The property is in a great location, and very clean. Water and beach towels were an extra touch, and appreciated after traveling for over 24 hours. Two downsides are that bed was squeaked every time you moved, and communication from the property was very poor. We were provided the check in information in a timely manner but questions or confirmation of questions were delayed by hours or days.

It was fun being in the backroads of the old town. It was far enough away that there were no sounds, but still just a 2-minute walk to get to the waterfront. Not just the neighbors, but the whole town was extremely friend and they quickly guided me to the room. Of course, GPS also could have done that. The owners immediately responded to some minor queries from me, and I liked that.

I place worth your money. I couldn't imagine staying elsewhere, if no separate bedrooms are needed. The studio was well equiped and the host trustworthy and friendly. The only cons were: - The bed would require a mattress topper, it was only the spring mattress - Because it's an old building and guite humid, letting clothes or towels dry cam be tricky - A washer / dryer would have been perfect for our family
