2 gece konakladık, otel beklediğimizden de iyiydi personel her konuda yardımcı olmaya çalıştı. Deniz hanıma ayrıca teşekürler tamamen bizden kaynaklı bir durum karşısında bizi yalnız bırakmadı 🙏

We stayed at Dalya Hotel for 2 nights as a group of 5 people in 3 rooms and paid almost £770. Unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing and far below the standard we expected. From the moment we arrived, we experienced serious problems. The door to our first room would not open, and despite reporting it to reception, we were simply told that there were no other rooms available. The following day, my father was unable to enter his room because the door stopped working again. Even after receiving a new key card, the door still would not open. A technician was eventually sent, but we were asked to remain in the room while the problem was being dealt with, which caused us to be late for our dinner reservation. In another room, my wife became locked inside the bathroom. We immediately contacted reception, but the replacement key card they provided was also incorrect and did not work. We had to contact housekeeping ourselves while she was still locked inside. The room door was never properly fixed during our stay, so we had to leave it unlocked for the rest of our stay, which is completely unacceptable from a safety perspective. There were also other problems: the air conditioning did not work properly, some beds were damaged, bathroom water was not draining properly, and even basic amenities such as shampoo and soap were missing. The biggest disappointment was the lack of professional management and urgency from reception and maintenance.

İnternet çalışmıyor. Odalar resimde görüldüğü gibi büyük değil. Deniz manzaralı birçok oda direkt denize bakmıyor. Balkonlar birbirine bitişik. Banyoda sabun, tuvalet kağıdı ve havlu dışında bir şey yok.
