Good location within the old town of Chania. Slightly confusing check in as this is completed at one of the hotel groups other properties but not a big problem.

room great but unfortunately the owner is a disaster. We got keys to a room that was in a different location. The owner did not answer the phone. Complete failure. I do not recommend
