I traveled for work and had a great experience. I greatly appreciated that the concierge was able to check me in when I arrived several hours early. I also recommend the delicious breakfast!

Day when we came, elevator did not work, they gave to us room with non working air condicioner, it was very hot those days, toillwt water was leaking non stop, drain in bathroom faucet sink dwas not funncioning. .I spike to front desk saying about these problems and no results. When room became extremally hot service desk guy connected me to the manager and manager gave me another room with working conditioner, but very loud one. .He alsooffered me two free breakfast , but I denied it. We had - me and my wife two terribly hot nights and so much unpleasant time with changing rooms etc. I am 67 and my wife is 62. manager

Good for the price. Good location. Close local transit. Safe area. Not a good location if you need a relaxing vacation. The room was not well ventilated. The hotel definitely needs to be renovated.

We kwamen hier terecht nadat een verblijf in een appartement plotseling gecanceld bleek. Er waren niet veel hotels meer beschikbaar voor 6 nachten voor een redelijke prijs, dus het werd Europacity. Het hotel ligt aan de rand van de Afrikaanse hoerenwijk met veel vuil, lawaai en politiecharges. Op de achtergrond is er voortdurend gedreun van vertrekkende en aankomende treinen bij het Noordstation. Overdag veel herrie omdat er aan de weg voor het hotel gewerkt wordt. Dubbele beglazing en dikke gordijnen zorgen voor enige demping. Inrichting geeft de indruk van vergane glorie (decoratie van nepwortelhout) die men weer opnieuw probeert op te bouwen. Muren en vloeren zijn opgeknapt, maar deuren naar wc en badkamer klemmen. Er hangt een airco, maar die doet het niet (wel een ventilator beschikbaar). Er zijn veel stopcontacten, maar de meeste zijn dichtgeplakt en onbruikbaar. Schakelaars die niets schakelen. Bedlampjes die het niet doen. TV-scherm stond tegen de muur; zelf maar opgehangen. WC-rolhouder met inbranding van sigaretten. Kastje voor een koelkast, maar die zit er niet in (was ook niet beloofd). Half gesmolten plastic plaatjes op plafondaanlichters. Toch een paar positieve dingen: ruime kamer, iedere dag schone lakens, handdoeken en WC-papier; dichtbij metrostation Rogier. Misschien gaat dit hotel nog een mooie toekomst tegemoet als de wegwerkzaamheden klaar zijn, de kamers helemaal zijn opgeknapt en de directe omgeving is gekuist.

It was opposite an active train station and trains ran till just after midnight but restarted before 5:00am. While there were no trains running, there were construction work happening. No bar nor mini bar available. Restaurant was only open for breakfast and staff could not recommend anything for lunch nor dinner. Outside of that, staff were friendly.

Solides Hotel zum akzeptablen Preis. Bad entspricht nicht mehr dem neuesten Stand. Rezeption und Service sind zufriedenstellend. Günstige Lage des Hotels gegenüber Gare du Nord.

The hotel is located in a very noisy area close to a train station and a police station, and we were woken up several times during the night because of noise. It also seems a bit rundown. The bathroom only had one working light and there was no fridge in the room. Breakfast was fine, but nothing out of the ordinary.

Sols vraiment sales. Rideau qui se décroche. Bruits toute la nuit, intérieurs et extérieurs. Literie et personnels ok. Quartier hyper bruyant la nuit. Aucun calme ni tranquillité.

Pas de ménage fait après la 1ere nuit. Café non remis à disposition après la 1ere nuit. Évacuation de l’eau du lavabo difficile. Climatisation non fonctionnelle

This property shouldn’t be recommended or listed online. The rooms are dirty and poorly lite, the bathrooms were smelly, dirty , no soap and the appliances broken. The area is very noisy. My stay was a nightmare. The online description is very deceiving compared to the reality.

Odeur de clope à tous les étages en particulier dans les toilettes et les couloirs (j'espère que tous vos clients sont des fumeurs parce que moi ça m'a bien dérangé), on entend le voisin se tourner dans son lit (des murs en papier), des tâches sur le sol (de nouriture...?), enfin bref c'est cher pour ce que c'est, c'est à dire une chambre sale et qui pue.

청결상태가 매우 않좋음. 욕실은 지저분하고 녹슨 부분들과 샤워기 레버도 작동이 원할하지 않음. 룸 중앙등 램프는 없고 매트리스도 불편함. 시내와 가깝다는 장정외에는 모두 비추천임

Le dimanche, la chambre n'a pas été nettoyée (???). Les équipements commencent à se délabrer, par ex dans la salle de bains. J'avais gardé un bien meilleur souvenir de mon séjour il y a un an.

It was convenient for the Nord Station. The noise from the trains was cut out by the windows. The staff were friendly on my arrival. The room was large, making it very easy to re-organise my luggage before heading back to the UK. The shower head attachment was broken but the shower worked fine. The electric sockets were difficult to plug into. These were the only negatives that I had.

Right next to Gare du Nord. So, good for transport but area is not the best. Hotel is basic but staff friendly and room very big.

Great budget hotel. Bit outdated in terms of furniture and amenities, but location is perfect (noisy due to trains, not a problem for me though) and price is honest!

The benefit here is that this is more or less directly at Brussels Nord station. So if you have an early train and you want to be out of hotel and into station quickly it’s fine. But it’s a poor quality hotel with old style. But beds were comfy and shower was hot so ok on a budget

très belle chambre avec vue sur Bruxelles. Service impeccable. Personnel à la réception très disponible. Isolation phonique avec chambre voisine pourrait être améliorée.

Some oatmeal would have been nice. Also there’s no concierge so you’ll have to wait for someone at the reception desk to help you with your bags. All in all will say it was an affordable stay right in the city center and easily accessible to the train.

Vi hade helt missat att hotellet låg i Bryssels värsta ghetto. Det gick inte att få ut på kvällen för att det var så mycket påtända personer och prostituerade i området. Det låg dessutom vid ett rivningshus som drog till sig ännu fler påverkade personer. Jag gick utanför hotellet för att ta en promenad och det tog tre minuter innan en man kom fram och försökte köpa sex. Hotellet i sig var inget fel på, det var vad man kan förvänta sig för den prisklassen. Receptionisten som arbetade när vi checkade in var dessutom otroligt trevlig och serviceminded. Han hjälpte till, var tillgänglig och gav ett mycket gott intryck. Rummet var okej även om det inte var så välstädat.

Positif : Les employés étaient courtois et agréables. La chambre était propre et confortable. Les petits déjeuners étaient très corrects. l'emplacement était pratique puisqu'il est près de la gare de nord Négatif : Le quartier n'est pas sécuritaire puisque de l'autre côté de la rue, c'est un lieu de prédilection pour les consommateurs de drogues et d'alcool et ce sans compter que sur une bonne partie de la rue, il y a dans les vitrines des filles en petites tenues proposant leurs services. Négatif : l'air climatisée à fonctionnée une seule journée sur les 8 que nous y avons passées.

The hotel is well located. The staff was friendly and helpful. The only difficulty is that the train station is very close which in many cases it can be an advantage. However, if you're very sensible to the noise this can be a problem.

Access from air port is very good and can enjoy walking to city center.

Hotel in buona posizione centrale a pochi passi da Rogier e dalla Stazione Nord. In 15-20 minuti a piedi si può raggiungere la Grand Place.

The hotel is well located. The staff was friendly and helpful. The only difficulty is that the train station is very close which in many cases it can be an advantage. However, if you're very sensible to the noise this can be a problem.

The location was good if you are using the north station

Overall, good place to stay however, be aware of the fact that the hotel is located in the Red Lights District of Brussels. There is a police station next to hotel and this gives you a peace of mind. The train station across and all night hustle & bustle make the area pretty noisy at night, use ear plugs before going to bed

The room was clean and comfortable byu i had to ask members of staff for milk and coffee twice because it was delivered to my room and it's near the red light district and it's in a rough and dodgy area and but it's quite near the city centre and the metro

Der var rent, blev gjort rent dagligt. Vi savnede et køleskab på værelset. Udsugning på toilet og bad kunne godt være mere effektiv (måske var det ikke tændt). Nye håndklæder dagligt. Der manglede en brødkniv i morgenbuffetten, da smøreknivene ikke kunne skære bollerne over uden at mase bollens indre. Dejligt med Nutella. Koldt mælk, appelsin- og æblejuice, men vandet var ikke koldt. Hotellet havde en god beliggenhed (hvis man gik mod Rogier, der var lidt utrygt i området ellers, med mennesker der hang på gaden, til gengæld var politiet til stede 24/7). Personalet var ikke så gode til engelsk, og vi kan ikke fransk (vi spurgte bl.a. om isterninger, men det blev ikke helt forstået). Vi var glade for, at vi kunne få et værelse med 3 enkeltsenge. Bruxelles generelt: Det virkede til, at folk ikke spiste på restauranter, men drak øl/vin/drinks. Der var heller ikke rigtigt restauranter, men masser af fastfood. De fleste kunne slå over i engelsk, men ellers var der meget fransk. Metroen var nem at finde ud af, bycykler også nemt (men vi fik valgt de dyre).

Quartier un peu bruyant, sinon la chambre était correcte. Il serait intéressant que la personne de l'accueil parle un peu mieux l'anglais. Nous prévenir aussi s'il n'y a pas de petits déjeuners dans l'hôtel ou que cela se fait autrement. Sinon cela restait acceptable.
