Beautiful spot 5km outside Accency, small but (old) functional apartment at the water side. Morning sunshine till 11 am, good for easy breakfast time!Price per day is to hi, value for money...?

Our second stay at the studio. Fantastic spot right on the lake in the lovely Duingt village with all you need. Safe parking and great WiFi for working. The agency are also incredibly helpful. We will be back.

L'emplacement quasiment au-dessus du lac est extraordinaire, la vue sur le lac et les montagnes splendide. Le studio est vaste et bien équipé, la communication facile. On peut regretter les formalités demandées : caution, photos, propositions d'assurance, etc.

Lovely apartment right on the lake with parking and all amenities nearby. Will be back! The photos cleverly showed the apartment looking like separate rooms however it is a studio so one single room with bed kitchen and living room, we loved it.
