Pros: - Room size - kids slides are very entertaining Cons: - doesn’t feel luxury in the slightest - kids club looks good until you see all the broken toys and the staff on their phones instead of interacting with the kids - sun loungers get taken from you if you leave for 40 mins or longer. So basically you can’t return post lunch. - be sure to check the boat timing to / from the island as they only run certain hours and if you need to privately hire it’s $850 sgd for one way (35 mins)

Everything was lovely. Perhaps a little over landscaped and not very natural, but I am being really picky here. Very , very clean. Staff were lovely and food was great

The rooms, the hotel and the food was 6-star rating. Amazing ! We unfortunately didn’t get the Thai-mentality/hospitality here. A lot of the staff seems like robots; doing the job. Other places in Thailand we enjoyed very much the smile and conversations with the staff - but here this has 0 interest. And hey, that’s a choice they made and for some that’s most likely very good. We gave our feedbacks and I’m disappointed in how their Customer Experience Support is handling it. Basically writing all the right things - but no action. We were greeted very nicely good bye by the staff, but we feel like the culture in this hotel is broken and for us that’s the main reason of not coming back again.
