Stunning views, welcoming hosts and a spacious room with all the necessary amenities. Perfect location just a 20 minute uber ride from the city. It was peaceful, safe and in walking distance of two local conscience shops. The room was great, enough room for two and a decent sized bathroom. Mini fridge was great and a stove top was handy for home cooked lunches enjoyed out on the terrace. The private beach was the main seller. No crowds, no hassle, just two loungers, an umbrella and the uninterrupted view of the water. I would highly recommend staying here along the coastline instead of the city. There is a walking path along the shoreline which takes you past multiple seafront restaurants and bars and is beautiful at sunset. I would absolutely come back again.

Great view from the hotel. Great service. Quiet area (few people at the hotel and nearby restaurants). We were able to rent SUP for free which the kids really liked. The beach in the area has a lot of stones.

The staff was super friendly, the location was superb right on the beach, the local bus stop was just on the opposite side of the street from the hotel and the bus took you to Split old town in less than 30minutes. Nice restaurants around the hotel area. Sunbeds and paddle boards are provided by the hotel. Strongly recommend!

Stayed in 2 bedroom apartment for 4 nights Firstly the welcome on arrival was outstanding, not sure we’ve ever been hosted by more friendly people, made a massive impression Accommodation spotlessly clean, very well equipped (we cooked every night in fully functional kitchen) Air conditioning in bedrooms was very welcome The proximity to the beach was exceptional, literally a few meters from our apartment. What was also great was the Zanic included sun beds and umbrellas unlike others nearby. Very nice accommodation with wonderful terrace to have breakfast on. The staff is super helpful and friendly. There are sunbeds and umbrellas to rent, which are not so comfortable but they are free and available :-) We stayed in the Panoramic apartment which had good air condition and a very comfortable bed. If you stay here you should definitely visit the resturant Cibus, which is 10 min walk along the beach.

I would highly recommend staying here. We did 3 nights and absolutely loved it. The staff was amazing throughout the stay and it felt like a home away from home. The room was clean, the place was safe and there are some excellent eating options just down the boardwalk. Happy to come back! Thank you to the Staff.

Vi følte oss så godt i vare tatt. Det var rent og ryddig. Vi fikk god hjelp med alt vi trengte eller lurte på. Kun en busstur til Split sentrum, og butikker i nærheten. Vi var 2 jenter som reiste og følte og kjempe trygge her. Kommer garantert tilbake !

All Staff was extremely helpful and so polite and friendly which made our stay so welcoming. Accommodation was amazing room was clean and the views amazing right on the beach. Will definitely be staying here again.

Danijela was an amazing hostess who cared about making you feel at home away from home. Her English was very good and the studio apt was literally right at the seashore. The apt was very clean, compact and functional with a bar fridge and kitchen cooking element with sink. The outdoor covered patio overlooking the Adriatic sea was amazing to spend an afternoon or evening. There are a few good restaurants and grocery stores withing 5-10 minutes walking. Breakfast served on the outdoor terrace was perfect each day and quite filling. Highly recommended and I will definitely stay here next time I visit Podstrana. It's truly a family owned business that cares about first class service to its customers....

We had a fantastic stay. The owners are very friendly and helpful in many ways. We loved the location on the beach.The rooms are great and the beds are really good quality so a great nights sleep guaranteed. We look forward to staying again next year love everything about it. The room had a great view and plenty of space and kitchen utensils. Was close to several restaurants with different types of food as well as grocery stores. The staff were very friendly and helpful and made you feel like family. Breakfast was good and plentiful. Be sure to take euros as they do not have a credit card machine to process payment.

Bed was not comfortable at all and worst pillows ever. Poor quality of bed sheets/comforter. Hard get in and out of parking. Very noisy at night from next door business.

This property is located on a beautiful beach with great dining options nearby. Breakfast every morning was delicious and plentiful. Our room was spacious, with a well equipped kitchen. Private balcony with an incredible view of the sea. The staff are amazing. All so friendly and helpful. They even did our laundry. It has a real family vibe. We were sad to leave.

The host and hostess were absolutely lovely. They were so helpful. They even did a load of laundry for us in the morning when they were washing the linens. Breakfast was delicious. Delicious. Access to the beach was fantastic with lots of restaurant choices within walking distance. The beachfront property was just perfect for our stay and there was a market just across the street for supplies.

The hotel owners are truly amazing—warm, welcoming, and incredibly friendly. From the moment we arrived, they made us feel right at home, going out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Literally no complaints! The ladies were lovely and the room we had was really nice! Transportation, convenience stores and restaurants were near by. Of course the beachfront view was stunning! Chairs, umbrellas and towels provided. They gave us pamphlets, booked our restaurant reservations, did our laundry and we also got the paid breakfast. Honestly, my friend and I were really happy with our stay.

Staying here was a truly pleasant experience. The staff were friendly and helpful, and we felt very welcome throughout our stay. Our flight back to home was early on morning, so Miriana kindly brought us breakfast the evening before to make sure we had time to eat before heading to the airport. Such a thoughtful gesture that really made an impression. I can warmly recommend this accommodation!

Hands down one of the best places I’ve stayed. From my initial interactions with the staff, everyone was absolutely friendly. We felt like family. We had the sea view apartment and it didn’t disappoint. Absolutely beautiful to wake up to the sea view every day. The beach was footsteps away and not crowded at all. Great restaurants in walking distance. Breakfast was amazing! My family and I can’t wait to return! Best vacation ever!

Can’t say enough about this place. The people are so kind. It was like staying with family. Location is great out of the hustle of town but easily accessible. The promenade on the beach side goes for miles and has great restaurants along the way. Grocery shopping is close by. The beach is on the small side which I liked. Beach chairs and umbrellas were available for use. The water like everywhere is pristine. Our unit was very spacious. Highly recommend.

Very nice all together. Hotel was small, but so nice. Eight meters from our terrasse to the Adrian sea - nice. Location was perfect for us, as we did not look for downtown hassle, but wanted to relax. Everything we needed, sea, dining restaurants, beach bars, grocery, ATM were all in short walking distance. Of course we went downtown Split too. We used a taxi ordered by hotel personnel. I think price was 30 € one way. You can also use über or bus. And finally, I must tell you about the hotel personnel. They were one of the most helpful and friendly hotel workers I have ever seen. Anything you need, they will fix it or advice how to get it work. Breakfast was flexible, meaning not a buffet, but lady will make what you like. Finally, I must tell you that I stay 150 nights in hotels every year, but I never write these reviews. This time, I just had to. Thank you Danijela and others to make our stay perfect❤️

Stunning views, welcoming hosts and a spacious room with all the necessary amenities. Perfect location just a 20 minute uber ride from the city. It was peaceful, safe and in walking distance of two local conscience shops. The room was great, enough room for two and a decent sized bathroom. Mini fridge was great and a stove top was handy for home cooked lunches enjoyed out on the terrace. The private beach was the main seller. No crowds, no hassle, just two loungers, an umbrella and the uninterrupted view of the water. I would highly recommend staying here along the coastline instead of the city. There is a walking path along the shoreline which takes you past multiple seafront restaurants and bars and is beautiful at sunset. I would absolutely come back again.

Great view from the hotel. Great service. Quiet area (few people at the hotel and nearby restaurants). We were able to rent SUP for free which the kids really liked. The beach in the area has a lot of stones.

The staff was super friendly, the location was superb right on the beach, the local bus stop was just on the opposite side of the street from the hotel and the bus took you to Split old town in less than 30minutes. Nice restaurants around the hotel area. Sunbeds and paddle boards are provided by the hotel. Strongly recommend!

Loved our stay here. The host was so helpful, kind, professional, and made our honeymoon stay memorable. We couldn’t have asked for a better location. I’m not sure why people stay in split when Podstrana is prettier and not as crowded. Would ABSOLUTELY stay again.

The apartments are right on the beach and beautiful. They are a bit south of “downtown” Split, which I enjoyed as Split is quite busy. And an easy Uber ride away. The entire staff was friendly and helpful, and the included breakfast was delicious. I would highly recommend a stay.

This property is located on a beautiful beach with great dining options nearby. Breakfast every morning was delicious and plentiful. Our room was spacious, with a well equipped kitchen. Private balcony with an incredible view of the sea. The staff are amazing. All so friendly and helpful. They even did our laundry. It has a real family vibe. We were sad to leave.

We had a wonderful stay in the apartment. The view is superb, even when laying on the bed. The host is so lovely, speaks good english and gave us a beer as soon as we arrived! she even helped us with breakfast items when the shops were closed. The use of loungers and paddle boards is a great extra. Do not hesitate to book!

Amazing appartment, staff was so accommodating and friendly. This property was amazing. 1/2 hour bus ride to Split or Omiš, and bus stop is right across the street. Also food stores across the street. We were there early october. Many of the beach clubs and restaurants along the promenade were closed but seems like it would be very lively in the summer. Was an excellent beach getaway for a few days in between walking old towns.
