This property was very clean and well-appointed with little extras! The man checking us in was very nice and on-site when we arrived after a long day of sightseeing! The room we had did not have a balcony as the picture shows. Not sure if any of the rooms had this feature. The only reason I gave it 4 stars was because of the location. It was close to the train station and a few nice cafes/restaurants but otherwise it wasn't located in a spot we'd want to spend much time. Great and convenient for a one or two-night stay.

We had a lovely one night stay at Relais del Principe before our flight home. The room was spacious, modern and very clean. We were notified in advance that the front desk is not manned 24/7, but you are given a key to access the outside door, unit door and your room door. We had no issues with this process and all of our messages before and during our stay were answered promptly. A breakfast is provided, but we left too early to try it. The hotel is near the train station and the neighborhood is a bit rough.

Room is simple but in good condition. Basic amenities. Hotel feels more like a B n B. Front desk only there when you arrive. Nice and called ahead of time to ask when I arrive. The neighborhood is pretty shady, but convenient. So a good place for basics, not great for a full service experience.
