This is a really mice hotel. The loft concept is absolutely amazingand sets it apart from from the traditional hotels. The rooftop bar is also nice. The only this i did not like is the walls are not very well insulated, so o was able to hear everything in the room behind me. But other then that if your ok with noise this is a nice spot.

Fantastic stay at the Trilogy hotel. Parked and walked everywhere all weekend. Lots of great food options around. Area is pretty safe. Hotel is clean and quiet. Has an on-site restaurant and a rooftop bar. Starbucks is Nextdoor. The room and the bathroom was beautiful.

I loved the theme of the hotel. All the decor/furnishings were lovely. The room was very clean, not a fan of a sliding bathroom door, but that is minor. The front desk staff were awesome and very friendly. The gym was great. I utilized the treadmill and appreciated the scenic view option while running. The gym was stocked with towels and water, with proper places the dispose of the items after use. The dining areas were nice; however, the wait staff in the main dining area seemed short handed. People were waiting to be seated and left as there was no one available to assist.

Gorgeous property with interesting architecture. The rooftop bar is so nice! The staff was friendly and there’s a Starbucks very close. Parking is valet or you can park on the street Friday - Sunday. There’s also a parking garage near by

the renovations they have done are on point. our room was very nice, bathroom was extraordinary with the glass and black, white tile. The parking options (the college student valets were excellent) were very limited. They should make a deal the PNC bank next door. That parking garage is just be wasted. For a few dollars more they include breakfast in with the room, but we found a nice reasonable place about a couple of blocks away that very good with decent prices. (Just pass rosa parks statue)

There were two pelaton bikes in the workout center. Unfortunately, they could only be used by those who already had a pelaton account. Since I did not have a pelaton account, I could not use the bikes. I suggest that either the hotel invest in a pelaton account that its guests can use, or you add non-pelaton workout bikes that guests can use.

The rooms were very small. The hotel also had a peculiar smell and kind of had a damp feeling. There is no parking lot only $30 valet service. Everything costs extra. The decor of the hotel was nice, my room was clean and the staff was efficient. I would not stay here again.

I was very disappointed in the housekeeping services. The staff was lovely and responsive but my room was not cleaned for two days despite requesting services and when it was they did a terrible job leaving a dirty washcloth and no hand soap

We couldn’t recommend this hotel more. From the moment we walked in to the moment we left we were treated so nicely by the staff and a special shout-out to Mo who is a gem and deserves a raise! We had a minor issue in our room and he was there promptly and made it right. Rooms are very clean, beds were extremely comfortable and the shower was also fabulous. The entire staff was great. I can’t think of anything negative at all. This is the ONLY place to stay when you’re in Montgomery!!

Housekeeping was kind of rude, and let the doors slam so loudly upon closing that my walls shook, so that was unnecessary and annoying. They also knocked on my door at least twice hours prior to checkout despite my having the "quiet" sign displayed on the door. My check-in experience was rather lackluster. The valet service was extremely lazy and I had to juggle my own luggage.

Phone did not work in the room, edoor to the bathroom is also broken. We are Marriott Gold members and the room upgrade was not given. The rooms are dark and not well appointed.

Beautiful hotel, room a bit warm for our taste. Staff extremely helpful and courteous. They allowed us to try two different rooms but the temperature of the room were at its lowest and it did not cool. Truly beautiful hotel but if you prefer to sleep in a cool environment would not recommend.

Our room did not have a seat in the roll in shower, even though it was an "accessible" room. The adjustable shower head and wand was placed at a height that would have been unreachable for someone seated in a wheelchair or short in stsature. These should have been placed at the lowest level for each new customer. The aisle between the bed and the desk and the corner chair are too narrow for avwalker or wheelchair to pass through easily or comfortably. A television channel guide would have been welcome.

This hotel is lovely and very well-located. The staff seemed to be very uneven. For example, the staff in the rooftop bar were over-worked and nearly everyone seemed to be new to the job. It made what should have been a nice space to relax unappealing. A lack of training is not the employees fault, but it does impact the stay.

Quick check in. Everyone anxious to please. Had to wait to check out about 15 minutes as no one at deck. Valet came quickly and very polite. Only real negative was in the restaurant. Only 1 waiter had the entire room and he hustled. Didn’t know the soup of the day or the catch of the day. Had to check snd took 15 minutes. Ordered the pork chop( Best I have ever had and I love pork chops) with mashed potatoes and collared greens. Came back and said no greens were too salty. So settled for green beans. 20 minutes later bought macaroni and cheese . Told him I ordered green beans. Never got the green beans. My wife wanted the fried green tomatoes but told “we’re out of them”. How in the summer time? What we ate was excellent and I still tipped over 25% because the young man was trying so hard. Need more than 1 waiter!

Quick check in. Everyone anxious to please. Had to wait to check out about 15 minutes as no one at deck. Valet came quickly and very polite. Only real negative was in the restaurant. Only 1 waiter had the entire room and he hustled. Didn’t know the soup of the day or the catch of the day. Had to check snd took 15 minutes. Ordered the pork chop( Best I have ever had and I love pork chops) with mashed potatoes and collared greens. Came back and said no greens were too salty. So settled for green beans. 20 minutes later bought macaroni and cheese . Told him I ordered green beans. Never got the green beans. Housekeeping was kind of rude, and let the doors slam so loudly upon closing that my walls shook, so that was unnecessary and annoying. They also knocked on my door at least twice hours prior to checkout despite my having the "quiet" sign displayed on the door. My check-in experience was rather lackluster. The valet service was extremely lazy and I had to juggle my own luggage.

Fantastic stay at the Trilogy hotel. Parked and walked everywhere all weekend. Lots of great food options around. Area is pretty safe. Hotel is clean and quiet. Has an on-site restaurant and a rooftop bar. Starbucks is Nextdoor. The room and the bathroom was beautiful.

Within walking distance of the ball park. Absolutely beautiful accommodations. I was very impressed with how quiet it was in our room. We could not hear other guests at all! We had a great time and our stay was memorable! We will be back again, soon.

The trilogy is abgreat new hotel located right near the river walkway. The lobby has a beautiful atrium that connects the original 3 structures, herringbone wood floors and a well designed waiting area. There is a Starbucks attached to building and there is real nice rooftop bar/restaurant with views of the city. Room was spacious with 14' tall ceilings and exposed wood beams. Valet parking was available as well. Staff was very friendly. The manager Tony gave us a tour and history lesson on the property. Will stay here again next time we are in Montgomery.

Noone @ front desk when I left after check out. Wanted to ask why I didnt get voucher for breakfast when I mentioned where is breakfast served? Thankfully I was abke to show wait. Staff email of my stqy confirmation that showed bfast included in reservation. Worst thing was no regular coffee in restaurant.

This hotel is lovely and very well-located. The staff seemed to be very uneven. For example, the staff in the rooftop bar were over-worked and nearly everyone seemed to be new to the job. It made what should have been a nice space to relax unappealing. A lack of training is not the employees fault, but it does impact the stay.

My dissatisfaction focuses entirely on the person who checked us in. Her name is Aisha. She was extremely inhospitable and unfriendly and did not make us feel welcome at all. She rattled off the description of the property and check out procedures at such a fast clip that the very clear impression I received was that she wanted to be done with us as soon as possible. She assigned us a room on the second floor. When I asked if a room was available on a higher floor she immediately responded “no” without even a cursory glance at the computer to check on availability . As it turned out, later that evening the room next to ours was playing music so loudly that it was impossible for us to get any rest. We went to the front desk and requested a different room and the staff member on duty, a gentleman named Aldricus, kindly gave us a room on the third floor which was perfectly fine. Given Aisha’s rudeness towards us, I believe she lied when she stated that no rooms were available above the second floor. I am very dissatisfied with the way I was treated by Aisha. If she is going to continue working in the hospitality industry she needs to learn to be hospitable to the guests.

We found the staff to be very cordial and helpful and our bedroom (located in the old building where Kinsmith is located) was comfortable and well appointed, with room robes and a coffee maker. The bathroom was large and pristine.

The only problem that I had with the property, was there was a smell similar to mold and mildew. I was concerned that I could contract something, but I was only there for five days and I don’t have allergies so I tolerated it. I was told it was due to a paper factory, not far from the property that burned and that was the smell. However, when I went outside, I did not smell it. It’s a beautiful hotel, but not up to the standing of other autograph collection hotels where I have stayed.
