The Wolf Den is by far the best home our family has rented for our annual reunion. In addition to the beautifully designed and decorated house, the owners have filled it with entertainment for all. Our family loved the ping pong table and corn hole boards! We had several tournaments over the course of our stay. The location is also a bonus. We were able to travel into Oshkosh within 15 minutes and access a spot for fishing within a 3 minute drive! Overall, this home definitely earns 5 stars for a spectacular vacation. Thank you for sharing it with us.

We had a great time during our stay here for an annual cabin trip with a group of friends (20 years and counting). The weather was hit and miss at times but there was so much to do on-site and close enough to Oshkosh that it didn’t matter. We definitely took advantage of the darts, pool, ping pong, foosball, and gaming systems provided in the basement. Once the sun did come out, a couple of us were able to get on water in the kayaks on-site and paddle around the canal and even out in the lake. The kitchen was large enough to hold all the food, and had a good selection of kitchen ware to be able to both cook and serve meals for a large group. The two levels both inside and outside allowed space for people to do what they wanted, with spaces big enough for all of us to be together. I would definitely book here again!

We had an amazing time with family utilizing this space. The hosts thought of everything and had little odds and ends available that we forgot to pack. We played countless games of ping pong and pool. Grandpa and the kids enjoyed going out fishing and even caught two bass. Mornings on the deck with a cup of coffee were so peaceful. We would recommend this place to everyone.

Wolf Den provided an opportunity for our family to relax and reconnect. The home was very clean and towels and bedding were abundant as was paper products and even coffee. So many activities that our wide range of ages, 13-77, could do and have lots of room to do it. It was nice to have kayaks available and fire pit with plenty of wood.

We had a large groups of adults in Oshkosh to spend the weekend for XRoads41. The home was well stocked, more than large enough for our group and had so many amenities that made this the perfect place for us. The owner’s were very responsive and the property is beautiful. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and will be booking again!

We had a wonderful time. There was so much to do in the house that we really didn't have to leave. It was close to many good restaurants and the lake. We took 3 boats that all fit at the boat dock out back. Fishing wasn't so good but the girls had fun tubing. My son and grandson went kayaking. I would stay here again. The owner was very accessible.

Host very responsive and helpful! Clean and comfortable home with very comfortable beds! The lower level is full of entertainment for all ages with a nice, ice cold fridge, comfortable seating and easy access to outside patio. Well stocked kitchen, linens and towels! Surrounded by trees and quiet space and and a short little ride through the channel to the big lake! Lake was nice for fishing in the morning and kids in the afternoon. Downtown is just a few minutes away with some fun shops and a great farmers market! The aviation museum and veterans museum was very interesting and enjoyed by both young and old. The country club is just a couple of minutes away and is a beautiful course; easy to get a tee time!

The previous reviews are all very true! Kids and adults all enjoyed the ping pong, air hockey, bean bags, fire pits, etc. We have stayed at a lot of VRBO’s and never, ever have we stayed in one this clean! Sheets, comforters all washed and very clean, mattress pad was clean (noticed when we took sheets off to leave), counters were clean, corners were clean, literally everything! I have been so grossed out at rental homes before and never felt that way in this home! The decorations were adorable and made it feel like home! The owners were extremely responsive and even got us in fast when we locked ourselves out on accident! We have family in the area and we really hope this home is available next year when we come back! Thank you so much for letting us use your home! You take such good care it and we loved it!!

What a wonderful property to stay with family as we are in town for a Wedding. Played downstairs Friday evening as we all arrived for the weekend. Wonderful beds, living space and kitchen. Had no problem getting ready for our event with the bathrooms and amenities. Loved it!

The house is well designed and has everything you need for a fun relaxing stay. The downstairs is a great place for fun. The bedrooms were very comfortable for rest. There was lots of space for the six of us and the house was well stocked. We didn’t utilize the yard due to the cold time of year but the backyard also looked like a place set up for summer fun.

This was a great house for our group of bowling women! Everything we needed, plenty of towels, fully stocked kitchen with everything you need to prepare a meal. Lots of space to play games together. Beds were super comfortable! Would definitely stay here when we are in the area again!

We were in OshKosh attending a wedding, and had family arriving from multiple locations. This rental was a short drive from downtown OshKosh and convenient to many amenities. It was well stocked with everything that you would possibly need. There was plenty of towels and extra bedding. All of the rooms/beds were clean and comfortable. The house had several large family rooms which were great for spreading out and relaxing. We had 8 adults staying at the property and we never felt like we didn’t have some place to spread out if you needed some quiet space. The outdoor space and kayaks were a plus. Thoroughly enjoyed our time. Highly recommend!

We had a group of 11 adults for our daughter's wedding at EAA. This place was amazing! Very spacious, clean and equipped with everything needed to make our stay comfortable. We were so busy with the wedding events that we did not get to enjoy the water activities or game room, but the space was beautiful. We would definitely book this VRBO again.

Spacious and well equipped. The game room downstairs was perfect for passing the time during a snowstorm. We found everything very comfortable and loved our week of time here while visiting family.

I originally booked for a total of 11 family members to stay at this beautiful home on the Lake Winnebago channel. We ended up having a total of 8 who could make it. We had more than enough sleeping accommodations. The home is fully stocked with everything that you can imagine, from condiments in the cupboards and refrigerator, to body wash, shampoo and conditioner in each of the three bathrooms. There are plenty of games and areas to occupy everyone both day and night. Everything is neat, clean, tidy and beautifully decorated. I highly recommend this getaway to everyone. The owners were very attentive to all of our needs. Thank you very much.

I have stayed in a lot of VRBO's through the years. This is one of the most well-appointed I've ever been in. You could basically just bring your clothes and be set. It is such a comfortable, welcoming place. It is perfect for any large group...one that wants to relax, kayak, lounge, have a fire and/or one that wants to be more festive (we did both). Communication was fantastic as well. I could not recommend this place more highly!

We stayed for a weekend and had tons of things to do! Great restaurants near by, fishing, and of course all the activities at the house to do! Very easy to communicate with property managers. Overall I’d strongly recommend staying here and I look forward to coming up again!

The property was perfect for our group of 12. There was plenty of room for various activities going on at the same time. The house was clean, updated and very well stocked. Dawn was an excellent communicator, answering questions almost immediately. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Loved the size and location of the home. We used the kayaks and fished most days during our stay. The weather was a little cold however the firewood and firepit kept us warm and able to enjoy the outdoors. We really appreciated the extra supplies ie. shampoo, garbage bags, cooking supplies etc. I highly recommend this home.

The Wolf Den is by far the best home our family has rented for our annual reunion. In addition to the beautifully designed and decorated house, the owners have filled it with entertainment for all. Our family loved the ping pong table and corn hole boards! We had several tournaments over the course of our stay. The location is also a bonus. We were able to travel into Oshkosh within 15 minutes and access a spot for fishing within a 3 minute drive! Overall, this home definitely earns 5 stars for a spectacular vacation. Thank you for sharing it with us.

We were in OshKosh attending a wedding, and had family arriving from multiple locations. This rental was a short drive from downtown OshKosh and convenient to many amenities. It was well stocked with everything that you would possibly need. There was plenty of towels and extra bedding. All of the rooms/beds were clean and comfortable. The house had several large family rooms which were great for spreading out and relaxing. We had 8 adults staying at the property and we never felt like we didn’t have some place to spread out if you needed some quiet space. The outdoor space and kayaks were a plus. Thoroughly enjoyed our time. Highly recommend!

Property was as advertised. Came for a guys weekend ice fishing trip and the basement Rec room was a hit. Not on the lake but only about a 1/4 mile from the boat landing for easy access. Ample sleeping and parking for everyone.

We had a wonderful time. There was so much to do in the house that we really didn't have to leave. It was close to many good restaurants and the lake. We took 3 boats that all fit at the boat dock out back. Fishing wasn't so good but the girls had fun tubing. My son and grandson went kayaking. I would stay here again. The owner was very accessible.

Host very responsive and helpful! Clean and comfortable home with very comfortable beds! The lower level is full of entertainment for all ages with a nice, ice cold fridge, comfortable seating and easy access to outside patio. Well stocked kitchen, linens and towels! Surrounded by trees and quiet space and and a short little ride through the channel to the big lake! Lake was nice for fishing in the morning and kids in the afternoon. Downtown is just a few minutes away with some fun shops and a great farmers market! The aviation museum and veterans museum was very interesting and enjoyed by both young and old. The country club is just a couple of minutes away and is a beautiful course; easy to get a tee time!

the property its self was perfect for our usage. We planned a Guys only trip to this location. the game room on the bottom floor was well utilized and the main reason for the decision to rent this particular house. our only hiccup which is no fault of the owner is that this rental is on an inlet to the lake which became full of seaweed and other stuff, which made it difficult for out Jet Skis to get from the house to the lake and vise versa. the neighbor was super friendly and helped us tow the jet skis when the got stuck. I would highly recommend this rental.

We just stayed the weekend with our adult children and grandchildren. The place was clean and big enough for the 12 of us, plus a few dogs. The kitchen was well stocked and worked out well for the group. We especially loved having the basement den/game room. The owners answered quickly to a few texted questions. We would recommend!

What a wonderful property to stay with family as we are in town for a Wedding. Played downstairs Friday evening as we all arrived for the weekend. Wonderful beds, living space and kitchen. Had no problem getting ready for our event with the bathrooms and amenities. Loved it!

We had a great time during our stay here for an annual cabin trip with a group of friends (20 years and counting). The weather was hit and miss at times but there was so much to do on-site and close enough to Oshkosh that it didn’t matter. We definitely took advantage of the darts, pool, ping pong, foosball, and gaming systems provided in the basement. Once the sun did come out, a couple of us were able to get on water in the kayaks on-site and paddle around the canal and even out in the lake. The kitchen was large enough to hold all the food, and had a good selection of kitchen ware to be able to both cook and serve meals for a large group. The two levels both inside and outside allowed space for people to do what they wanted, with spaces big enough for all of us to be together. I would definitely book here again!

This was a great house for our group of bowling women! Everything we needed, plenty of towels, fully stocked kitchen with everything you need to prepare a meal. Lots of space to play games together. Beds were super comfortable! Would definitely stay here when we are in the area again!

There were 4 couples, all aunts and uncles who got together to celebrate a nephew’s wedding. The house was very comfortable and spacious. We cooked dinner and everything we needed was available. Beds were comfortable and all rooms were clean. Highly recommend this for large groups!

The WolfDen was beyond our expectations. A perfect family getaway. There was nothing, I mean nothing, that wasn't there to make our stay fantastic. Lake Winnebago is HUGE. The farmer's market in Oshkosh was nothing short of spectacular. Plenty to do at the house. Communication with our hosts was A++++.The Laboy's know how to do it right.

We stayed for a weekend and had tons of things to do! Great restaurants near by, fishing, and of course all the activities at the house to do! Very easy to communicate with property managers. Overall I’d strongly recommend staying here and I look forward to coming up again!

We stayed here with 3 other couples. The house is organized for entertaining! We enjoyed the open floor plan upstairs that allowed us to socialize if we were in the dining area, living room or kitchen. The basement is filled with games - board games, video games, pool/ping pong, and on and on. We didn't bring our boats, but wished we did since the dock was on a great channel close to the lake. The location was near many restaurants. A must see is the EAA museum and eating at TJ Harbor. The VRBO hosts were easy to communication and had everything in the house we would need for a fun-filled weekend with friends.

This was the perfect house for some of our family to come together while attending a family funeral. It got our minds off of the day/s while recreating in the game room or chit chatting in the kitchen around the island. Would wholeheartedly recommend this home.
