Buenas instalaciones y personal muy agradable

Todo estuvo perfecto, tienen estacionamiento por 15€. Lo único malo fue lo duro de la cama.

The good: Great window shades and AC in the room. The bathroom is nice too. The bad:The parking situation is not adequate because there are 17 parking spaces for 42 rooms, and parking can't be reserved, but they don't tell you that. We arrived at midnight with a child, and we had no place to park. We had to drive to a parking garage by the Plaza Mayor and walk back. There are a couple of parking spaces in front of the hotel that are for short term to do check-in, but you're not allowed by the hotel to park there, unless you're the "directora" of the hotel, in which case it's fine to leave your car there. This is supposed to be a four-star hotel, but a triple room was pretty crowded. Additionally, we were given only one bath towel for the three of us. Yes, I guess you can ask for more, but the point is that they did not prepare well for our arrival. That's not what you expect from a four-star facility. The third bed was a sofa bed, and it looked like a 70s style. It had metal rails on the side that made it very uncomfortable to sit on the edge to put on your shoes. The breakfast option is expensive at 10€/person (yes, it's a buffet) because you can have a great breakfast for 1/3 of that at a local bar/cafe, just 200m away.

Déçu de notre arrivé à 14h30 , fatigué d'un voyage en voiture et devoir chercher un parking de stationnement en ville pour notre voiture, parce qu'il n'avait plus de place dans le parking de l'hôtel.. Trouvé à 19€ le parking et à 10 minutes à pied. Aucun geste commercial fait par l'hôtel.

Good location. Room 501 should be avoided as right next to the lift shaft, very very noisy!!!! The shower head was too high for me to reach (5ft 2). The bracket was broken and it hung with water hitting the wall. Not great. No view. Garage was accessed by driving your car into a lift, we had maybe 5cm each side to spare. If you have an extra wise car you will never get in! No bar or restaurant in the evening.

Hotel situato a pochi minuti dal centro storico, accoglienza ottima, il personale della reception è stato gentilissimo. L'unico problema potrebbe essere il parcheggio, nel mio caso sono stato fortunato trovato appena fuori...

El baño con muchas hormigas y alcachofa de ducha con bastante moho, almohadas incomodas, habitación muy poco insonorizada, lo que quiere decir que a las 8 y poco que empieza la gente a salir y la limpiadora a trabajar, se escucha todo y es imposible no despertarse.

L'état de la chambre et de la literie n'était pas en accord avec le prix.

The room was ok and everything was clean but the rooms air conditioning was the main reason I booked the night and it couldn’t keep up with the heat.

Al hotel no le corresponden las 4 estrellas. Hay humedades, zonas deterioradas y las habitaciones no son muy grandes. Hay ruidos. En mi habitación se escuchaba mucho el ascensor y los pasillos y otras habitaciones. Mis amigos, que sus habitaciones daban a la calle, oían el jaleo de una discoteca cercana. Lo bueno, que esta cerca del centro.

CÉNTRICO Y MUY BUEN ESTADO

We identified some issues with management and supported by photos. Main issue was with ants that were coming through a crack.

Padrao otimo atebdimwnto , limpeza e conduções gerai . Quarto espaçoso e confortavel . Banheiro nota 10 - completo. Proximo a conercio e centro historico. Recomendo.

Excelente servicio, pero la cama muy incómoda y el aire no funcionaba bien.

Our trip was during summer and the temperature was over 25 Celsius. Air conditioner was not working properly.

Je fais une réservation a mon nom bien évidemment, je règle avec ma carte bancaire et ils me font une facture a un autre nom.... J'écris un message pour régulariser, pas de réponse.... Je téléphone en parlant espagnol, il m'explique que je n'ai pas de réservation, avec la date et le numéro de chambre.... hallucinant
