This property is beautiful and in an exceptionally beautiful location in the Brecons. The scenery is incredible. The property was spotless and the hosts so accommodating, helpful and friendly. We ate at the lovely local pub and on our return the dark skies were incredible, we could see the milky way!

Great place. In the middle of the mountains. Absolutely gorgeous. Lovely family, super friendly and accommodating. Felt right at home. Room was very comfortable. The bed was very comfy and everything smelt really lovely and clean. Will definitely stay again. Brilliant Home made full English in the morning.

The hosts were very welcoming, helpful and friendly. Breakfast was excellent very tasty, beds were so comfortable didn’t want to get up and the whole property was spotlessly clean. A really pleasurable stay. I must give a mention to William who was so knowledgeable for such a young little chap also very helpful. Thanks for a great stay.🫛👍❤️

A fabulous place to stay. Sarah and Paul are very welcoming and helpful. The room, bathroom and journey through the farmhouse are so clean. The bed was very comfortable and breakfast was delicious good quality ingredients. The views are amazing. Such fantastic value for money too. If I could score more than 10 I would.

What an amazing place and helpful friendly people. I was going to go out after arriving and freshening up but it was so lovely I stayed in. The welcome was warm, friendly and informative. The room was spotlessly clean, warm and comfortable. The weather was windy and raining in the evening but I slept like a baby without anything disturbing me. And now to the best bit, breakfast. I do travel a lot so I do not say this lightly. Best breakfast ever. Tasty bacon and sausage , clearly excellent quality and everything else on the plate was perfect too. I am already thinking of an excuse to bring my wife for a visit for a short break away, there does seem to be plenty to do in the area. Bravo

The room was very comfortable, clean and had wonderful views of the mountains. The bed was lovely and comfortable, and the breakfast was just superb. Although quite a treck around narrow winding lanes to get there...it was definitely worth it. Lovely family-run bed and breakfast...I would highly recommend it. (Stayed 2 nights - 25th and 26th July, 25).

The hostess could not be more friendly and catered well for my gluten free needs. The location in Black Mountains is gorgeous but this results in no phone signal. We had the attic room which had low ceilings so will choose a different room next time.

A wonderful place to stay in a beautiful location. Everything was of the highest standard. The room was exceptional and the bed was the comfiest I have ever slept in. My breakfast was cooked to perfection. I wish I could have stayed longer.

The Celyn is located in an outstanding rural position. From the moment you arrive Sarah and Paul were very welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. Our room was good sized, clean with outstanding views over the farm. The sheep and lambs were in the field in front and it was nice to see them. The bed was very comfortable and we slept really well. The cooked breakfast was very high quality and very tasty and worthy of the reviews I had previously read. Overall the Celyn is a credit to Sarah and Paul and we can recommend it as a top quality B&B .

A comfortable stay in a lovely location. We enjoyed our brief visit and wish we could have stayed longer. As we don't eat breakfast the owners very kindly provided us with a generous packed lunch instead - thank you, Sarah and Paul, for your flexibility and kindness. We enjoyed a trip to the fascinating Llanthony Priory and charming Crickhowell which has a lovely bookshop and excellent organic shop. Dinner at the Crown in Pantygelli was amazing!

This property is beautiful and in an exceptionally beautiful location in the Brecons. The scenery is incredible. The property was spotless and the hosts so accommodating, helpful and friendly. We ate at the lovely local pub and on our return the dark skies were incredible, we could see the milky way!

The Celyn is located in an outstanding rural position. From the moment you arrive Sarah and Paul were very welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. Our room was good sized, clean with outstanding views over the farm. The sheep and lambs were in the field in front and it was nice to see them. The bed was very comfortable and we slept really well. The cooked breakfast was very high quality and very tasty and worthy of the reviews I had previously read. Overall the Celyn is a credit to Sarah and Paul and we can recommend it as a top quality B&B .

The room was very comfortable, clean and had wonderful views of the mountains. The bed was lovely and comfortable, and the breakfast was just superb. Although quite a treck around narrow winding lanes to get there...it was definitely worth it. Lovely family-run bed and breakfast...I would highly recommend it. (Stayed 2 nights - 25th and 26th July, 25).

Great place. In the middle of the mountains. Absolutely gorgeous. Lovely family, super friendly and accommodating. Felt right at home. Room was very comfortable. The hosts were very welcoming, helpful and friendly. Breakfast was excellent very tasty, beds were so comfortable didn’t want to get up and the whole property was spotlessly clean. A really pleasurable stay. I must give a mention to William who was so knowledgeable for such a young little chap also very helpful. Thanks for a great stay.🫛👍❤️

A wonderful place to stay in a beautiful location. Everything was of the highest standard. The room was exceptional and the bed was the comfiest I have ever slept in. My breakfast was cooked to perfection. I wish I could have stayed longer.

A fabulous place to stay. Sarah and Paul are very welcoming and helpful. The room, bathroom and journey through the farmhouse are so clean. The bed was very comfortable and breakfast was delicious good quality ingredients. The views are amazing. Such fantastic value for money too. If I could score more than 10 I would.

What an amazing place and helpful friendly people. I was going to go out after arriving and freshening up but it was so lovely I stayed in. The welcome was warm, friendly and informative. The room was spotlessly clean, warm and comfortable. The weather was windy and raining in the evening but I slept like a baby without anything disturbing me. And now to the best bit, breakfast. An extremely well run BnB. The hosts Sarah, Paul and dad Colin, were so friendly, hospitable and helpful during our 2 night stay, making us feel very welcome in their spotlessly clean, family home. The attic bedroom felt newly renovated and was very tastefully furnished and had a well stocked tea and coffee making station. The pitched roof was a bit of an issue for my 6'2" husband in the bedroom and ensuite, but the shower was full height. The location of the property was remote but idyllic, with stunning views and a pretty garden to enjoy them, but we did have to navigate some narrow, country lanes to get there. A full Welsh breakfast or scrambled egg and salmon was on offer with cereals fresh fruits and yogurts to start. Beautifully cooked and presented. We would certainly return and recommend.
