Very good place for 3 or 4 people to explore Edinburgh. Stayed during the Fringe Festival, so it was nice to be a 15 minute walk away from the crowds.

Perfect location in Edinburgh for attending the Fringe. Everything walkable but just far enough away from the noise and bustle. We would pick it again for the next Fringe.

Perfect place to stay as the flat is close enough to the center of the fringe festival but far enough away to avoid the partying on the street. A good number of coffee shops a short distance away.
