Beautiful room, though no fridge but kept window open. Toilet rad boiling but maintenance fixed this immediately.would stay again but maybe a quieter room further back from road. Safe in room, lovely big telly, comfy bed, tea coffee sugar, biscuits and little milks left for us. Gorgeous Arran toiletries..Nice gardens, and a wee fun putting green too.

Parking is an issue throughout St. Andrews but there is a parking lot just a short walk from the apartment which was quite convenient, Murray Place Car Park, free 24-hour parking. We would stay at this location again without hesitation.

A beautiful apartment that was very convenient to the R&A and everywhere we wanted to go while in St. Andrews. Laundry; dishwasher; nice kitchenware; excellent coffee and tea amenities. Very comfortably appointed. Highly recommend.

No. 1 Apartments are the gold standard in St. Andrews. I’d previously stayed in apartments for a larger group, but this was my first stay in an apartment for 1-2 occupants. I loved the room—it was roomy with plenty of space for suitcases, to put my clothes away, etc. Although there was no kitchen, there are enough takeaway breakfast places in the vicinity that I didn’t mind and the Nespresso machine was a plus.

Nice to have the space of an apartment after several hotel room. Big selling feature was the in unit washer and dryer. My tip: leave plenty of time and even more time to wash clothes in the apartment size all-in-one W/D

Location was great as was the spotless mess of the actual apartment. Wish there had been more information on how to us towel warmers and washer/dryer and how to latch the balcony door. However, help was sent in the form of Davis who was wonderful at remedying all of those issues.

Our room was small, but clean and comfortable. The surrounding area is great - walking distance to shops, dining, historical places, and The Old Course. Easy to find parking - either the free lot nearby or street parking right in front (nominal cost and free at night ). The property manager was very helpful and responsive. We found the area to be quiet at night and busy during the day. We would stay here again.

Very nice overall. Outside area (at back of apartment 9 ) needs sweeping. Lots of bits and bird poo. I think addition of kitchen roll would be useful. Pepper in the pepper pot would be good.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a fantastic experience. The room was bigger than I anticipated, modern, and impeccably clean. Its central location made it incredibly convenient for exploring the town. Overall, I was thoroughly impressed and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. This was a beautiful well maintained clean property inside and out. The location was perfect as well. Short walk to downtown, the Castle and Cathedral, as well as St. Andrews Golf Club. The manager, Dawid was on site and was very friendly and helpful in his local knowledge and arranging for any of our needs.

This was a perfect weekend stay for us. It’s a beautiful property, quiet and easy to find. The communication was excellent and we really appreciated the upgrade to a room on the ground floor for my injured husband.

Check in process is poor. We booked two bedrooms with one room having two double beds according to Expedia advertising and selection at the time of booking. We were never told what room number assigned to us and on Apple Wallet upon checking in online said room 4-5. When arrived, it took us 1 hour to find out that we were put in room 20 with only two king beds and on the third floor. NO elevators. This has never been stated on the website and at the time of booking. We had many heavy luggage. How do you suppose to run this hotel with two bedrooms (assuming family) without a lift??? At least it should state on property detail. Other than that, property was clean and very lovely.

We enjoyed the apartment however there is not any staff at the property and communication not easy with management. Usually took them hours to respond. Not great after traveling far and being tired.

Absolutely amazing property! Location was ideal! Apartment was superb. Making arrangements and communication was super easy! Check in was great and they even allowed us to check in early which was a great thing! This place is special. I will definitely be back soon! I highly recommend!!!!

Stay at the property was very good, apartment was exactly as pictured, we were delighted, However the location of a disco which was open until 3am was not so good, although eat plugs were supplied I think that I would have appreciated the information beforehand.

No parking at the property. We checked in after 3 pm and then was expected to check out at 10am and as a result had 19hrs with the apartment. Not enough time and left feeling short changed And the clean team wanted us out at 10am on the . Un happy😳

No parking at the property. We checked in after 3 pm and then was expected to check out at 10am and as a result had 19hrs with the apartment. Not enough time and left feeling short changed And the clean team wanted us out at 10am on the . Un happy😳

Property was beautiful and conveniently located to points of interest and restaurants. Rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable. We were only in St, Andrew's for a short period of time but wished we would have been able to stay at the property and in the town for longer. Would highly recommend.

It was a little difficult to find because signage on building was small, but we really loved the apartment. Acutally wish we could have stayed longer.

The apartment was lovely and clean. Although there is no parking included the on street and car park right across the road were very good. We stayed in apartment no14 which was in the back building. On the Friday and Saturday night the noise was bad with the pub next door until about 3am, they do provide ear plugs, this wasn’t helped with the window in the bedroom not working properly, the handle was stuck so it didn’t seal properly. The bed at first felt very hard but ultimately was very comfortable. Great facilities and toiletries. My only other recommendation would be for them to not have as much furniture, the large table in the living room and other furniture means there isn’t much space to move around. The location is excellent and super convenient for the town. Even with the noise I would 100% recommend and stay again.
