O hotel tem algumas falhas que prejudicam a experiência. Há dois blocos mais novos que são afastados da recepção e é muito ruim chegar a eles com a bagagem (distância, escadas, ladeiras). Não há serviço de maleteiro e o próprio hóspede deve levar suas malas por toda a distância e obstáculos. Isso foi o que mais me impressionou negativamente e, apesar de o hotel ter uma boa estrutura, não me hospedaria novamente.

4th stay here this year, fantastic hotel & i didn't want to leave & can't wait to come back, facilities are good, staff are great & the food is nice & good value oh & the area is beautiful. I was seriously considering extending my stay & wish i had,i got to the airport & stuck on the plane over 3 hours then cancelled flight so i booked along Arenal for 2 further nights, i should of stayed where i was, Arenal does not compare to ona hotel & Paguera.
4th stay here this year, fantastic hotel & i didn't want to leave & can't wait to come back, facilities are good, staff are great & the food is nice & good value oh & the area is beautiful. I was seriously considering extending my stay & wish i had,i got to the airport & stuck on the plane over 3 hours then cancelled flight so i booked along Arenal for 2 further nights, i should of stayed where i was, Arenal does not compare to ona hotel & Paguera.

The hotel is reachable in a little over an hour with the A11 bus from the Palma de Mallorca airport. Get out at the La Romana bus stop and walk 6 minutes. Pay attention that the bus stop names in one direction are not all the same as the bus stop names going the opposite direction. Positives: Hotel was secure, recuring a code for entry if late a night Staffed reception Clean Room but small Pool was nice Short 10 minutes walk to the beach Restaurants all around Water pressure good, warm water available Refrigerator in the room Balcony with 2 chairs and small table Negatives: Very soft mattress. Curves down. Not comfortable. Beds squeeky and can move (if you know what I mean) Safe available in the room but costs extra (why for such a supposedly good-rated hotel?) Room is small, just enough space for 1 person to walk around the bed to get to the balcony Bathroom not well ventilated AC capped at a specific temperature (sleep with just a single sheet) Door lock does not feel secure Limited slot given for breakfast due to full hotel Bar personnel not very friendly (two of them) If looking for just a mid-range hotel that costs more than a mid-range hotel, go here. I would suggest look somewhere else. We would not stay here again.

The Delux are far from deluxe, they are very ordinary and boring. Cleaning is making the bed and putting in new towels. The breakfast is the same as a three star hotel. The staff in the reception has one focus and that is to make money. My daughter had an emergency detal issue and we went to the reception for help, I explained the situation and the first question was “What is your roomnumber”, secondly she said we needed to talk to an emergency doctor in Palma and if that she could arrange the transport. I asked if we couldnt just see a dentist, the answer was no, the doctor says you have to come and see him in Palma, I asked if there were any dentist in Peguera and she said no. I now new that she was not telling the truth and only trying to make pay for the doctor and transport. We left the reception, google dentist in Peguera found several and one 15 min away, called them and got an appointment one hour later. They fixed the problem, if I had gone to Palma I would have spend an entire day, now it took two hours.
