To far away from anything socialising

Excellent place to stay, clean quiet and felt really safe. All the staff were friendly and very helpful. Excellent value for money and a great location. It was about a mile walk to town and fairly pleasant. We love Moreton in Marsh and will definitely come back.

It was hard to find the apartment as there were so many. The other guests were opening and closing doors which was loud. The shower was cold no hor water very dissapointing. Glad it was only 1 night stay. No where to eat no swimming or gym open as advertised.

Loved having a guarded gate, a washer and dryer,cleanliness and price. Rooms were chilly unti 7 am. Nice hot showers.

When I rang to ask about the booking I said I was staying away for my partners 40th birthday and wanted to check the facilities were open when we were booking it for the Saturday night. Facilities included bar, pool table, darts board and swimming pool. I was reassured they would be and they were not open when we got there. The receptionist said we can use the pool table but the bar was shut. I was happy enough with this until the security kicked us out. I spent £82 on one night here and it was a joke. Would not have spent the money if I knew all this. The room was dirty and the bed had silverfish in it and there was nobody present to help after 6pm. When we arrived the receptionist didn’t know my name for the booking didn’t know how much money I had left to pay and asked me to load my email and tell him how much I have to pay. Very unprofessional and said he doesn’t work there normally and doesn’t know the system. Wish I knew all this before paying the remaining £41 because I would not have paid it. The service was dreadful, promised things that weren’t even there and a waste of money. I would really like a refund or an offer of a free stay during the week so I can see if it would be worthwhile staying there when facilities are open and maybe I could take some of this back.
