Ekebyhov Hotell

In general: Check in info missing, no info at site, cumbersome and then rude services on call. Check out OK. Room construction nice,  however worn out and dirty. Smell was terrible. Only 1 (of 3) windows could be opened (broken amenities). No aircon is ok, but not fan at all - just a noisy heater on window wall. Terribly hot room. No airing of halls until day prior to departure. Would recommend to close the "hotel" during summer. The only cleaning service was day at departure, at 06:30 (!) even knowing we where leaving? Service by eastern european standing outside open door smoking. Bad communication in Swedish or English. Cleanlyness: Room smells awfully; stinking strongly of old ashtray. Room and beds were dirty. Beds and sofa where relokated between the two floors. Beds where soft and comfortable, and with clean linen, but terrible dirty - especially between madrass and topper. Equipment OK but forks and knives dirty. The coffee filter holder was full of old coffe and mold.  No vacum cleaner available. No cleaning during 5 nights, no change of linen or towels, no extra toilet paper.

Fullt utrustad lägenhet stor rymlig. minus är arbetsboende där de står och röker utanför entrén. Både lagliga och olagliga saker. Kändes inte tryggt med barn.

Very clean apartment. Very spacious. Well equipped with essentials for cooking. Washer/Dyer combo. Would stay here again.

Saknade sänglampor. Enligt hemsidan skulle det finnas hårtork. Min fru saknade en helkroppspegel. Toapapper saknades. Rummen var mycket rena och bra sängar. Synd att det inte går att casta TVn. Brandlarmet gick varje dag. En gång på natten.
