Church Farm Cottage

A lovely house - neat and clean. but very cold, we had to wear outerwear for the first two days. Too bad it wasn't heated properly - the owner knew we were coming. The kitchen and dining room never really got warm

Fantastic property located in the heart of the village. Immediate access to nice walks and a stone’s throw to the pubs and shops in the village square. Exactly as pictured. Well furnished. Easy check-in. Great information in the guest information wallet. One minor con, making it 4* rather than 5*. The property seems to struggle with insulation and, whilst the heating was generously on and sufficient to keep it warm, condensation falls from the skylights, as evident by the drips in the paint. In isolation this isn’t much of a problem but the condensation fell from the skylight on to our heads during the night in one of the rooms. Probably a way around this though and only relevant if occupying both rooms.
