The room smelled like sewer, it was quite dirty and the hotel is overall in poor condition. Stay here only if you want a central location.

This hotel is in a very good position near the central railway station. It comprises of 2 buildings joined together. There is a lift in only one of the buildings so if you have mobility issues you need to stress you need a room with lift access. The other building has steep staircases. The rooms are small. The beds are comfy. The en suites are new but are wet rooms so the entire floor gets wet when you shower. There are no hand rails so you need to be careful not to slip. There are no shower mats or bath mats we used a towel on the floor just out side the ensuite so we didn't slip on the bedroom floor. The rooms do get cleaned every day so the ensuite floor is dried and you have new towels each day.The room has a heating/air-conditioning unit which is very efficient. There is no mirror outside the bathroom. The bathroom mirror misted up after using the shower and as the floor was wet it wasn't easy to use. There is a coffee machine and nespresso pods. We had to ask for a kettle but it was provided. There is free tea and coffee in reception. The water is drinkable. There is a free safe in the room. There are some hangers for clothing but no other storage. The staff were very friendly and helpful. It is a good base for a couple of nights. With easy access behind the station to the free ferry to get to This is Holland for trips to Kruekenhof Tulip Festival. There are near by cafes that serve breakfasts. All in all recommended for a reasonably priced short stay.

The front desk staff were wonderful. The room and bed were comfortable and the location perfect. My only negative comments were about the bathroom door which was a heavy glass opaque barn door..terrible. It came off the track multiple times and hate see through doors on a bathroom. The room lighting was also a bit dark for me, but everything else was great.

Great location, but the room was very small and the bathroom didn’t offer any privacy and when the shower was used it got water everywhere.

The staff were really friendly, allowed us to check in early so we could make the most of our day. The room was quite small and did feel very limited for space, a little outdated but ideal for a short break
