This guest hotel was a great find. It was in an ideal position, just five minutes walk into the centre of town. We walked from the train station but you can get a bus to the centre. It’s a self check in system which was very easy to use, your key to your room is in a key box outside of your room. We got a free upgrade to a superior room, which was very nice. Our room was at the front of the guest house, it was very spacious, a comfort bed, all very clean, a bathroom with a shower, a wardrobe and chest of drawers, a TV and a digital fan. You get a breakfast with your stay, it’s in a breakfast room in the ground floor, toast and cereal included with fresh juice and hot drinks. Must say that Gabriella who answered all my queries was wonderful, helped us with what ever we needed, we just messaged her and she hit bs k immediately. We met Gabriella on the morning we were leaving and she was very helpful as our train had been cancelled and she went straight into her laptop to try to help. If we returned to Cheltenham then we would definitely stay here again.

The easiest check in system ever. The room was as lovey and comfortable plus super clean. Would definitely stay again.

At first I was a bit grumpy about getting a basement room, but it was an excellent choice as it was nice and cool down there. I availed myself of the not one, but TWO fans to keep me cool in the heat. Everything worked, everything was clean, the bed was comfy. The self service breakfast was pretty much what I would eat at home. The guesthouse was ideally situated for our weekend activities in the town. I was lucky and found a great parking spot very close to the guesthouse (and an excellent coffee shop just round the corner!). I would certainly stay here again. I am fine with steps, but some people might struggle with the steps up to the door and to the different levels of the building

Lovely guest house. Very clean. Great location for town centre. It's on a self service basis with a continental breakfast that works very well with good choices, catering for gluten free. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Can highly recommend.
