I stood in room 110 and I didn’t feel secure the door didn’t lock when I tried to leave and the restroom looks like it has black mold on the ceiling the plus was it was inexpensive had a fridge and microwave and there was an ice machine on the premises

Has all the amenities! Very comfortable and quiet. Lots of food choices nearby.

Clean room

The room smelled so bad & the mini fridge smelled even worse inside & didn't even work? All my food went bad & the property itself was just ghetto Bed linen had cigarette burns all over it & roaches

Property was very dirty. The tub was stuck on with water running all day and night. There was mold in the tub and shower. The floors appeared to have water damage with tape covering the floors. The floors were also dirty. The bed and sheets were uncomfortable and did not appear to be as clean as they should be.

Our stay was horrible, there was roaches and other bugs crawling around my feet were black after i just showered. the bed was the only thing comforting although the sheets weren’t even on all the way .

This was THE MOST disgusting place we’ve ever stayed. When we walked in the room smelled of cleaning supplies, but it was visibly filthy. There was a used flosser on the bed, a used ladies razor in the shower, crumbs & debris on every visible surface & the floor. The fridge reeked, was moldy & ticked nonstop. The microwave, just as gross. When we pulled back the sheets, the pillowcases were covered in hair & the sheets had debris in them. The toilet was covered in long black hair & there were ashes on the floor. There were burn marks on every surface in the room, even the shower curtain! When you turn on the water and got in the shower, the smell of old cigarettes was overwhelming. When I told the man in the office the room was dirty he said it was clean & there were no more. When I asked for clean pillow cases he reluctantly gave me some, but I had to give him the 2 I claimed were dirty “right now.” I had to have my husband drop them down to me to get the clean(er) ones. We’d had this room booked for months. We didn’t expect luxury, just clean simplicity, which was what the advertisement & pictures implied. This was far below any of the low standards we expect from the cheap places we stay when we visit California. We just need to sleep and shower, and put our travel water/snacks in the fridge since we are in town to see family. Not here! Luckily we carry cleaning supplies just in case we ever get stuck in a disgusting situation. This is the first time we’ve had to use them!

You get what you pay for. The floors were dirty. I had to go buy slippers to walk around because my feet got that dirty. I found 3 small cockroches that ran into the baseboard under the bed so I didn't get a chance to kill them. The man that I checked in with wasn't the nicest but wasn't mean to me, just looked annoyed to be there. When I checked out I informed the girl that they should spray because I found the cockroaches, and she didn't look surprised at all just shook her head ok.

It’s a shady location so I didn’t expect much but this was awful! Tv didn’t work, it was so cold and there was only a very then sheet for comfort. The top blanket had two cigarette burn holes in it. It was a very cheap stay and I was desperate. I would not stay here unless absolutely desperate.

Roaches crawling next to microwave and refrigerator. No Ac or heater. Lock wouldn’t lock our door correctly. Very dirty conditions and reception will not return your deposit. Bad service and building is in disgusting status.

Paint is Falling Off The Walls, Crazy People & People On Drugs, Person Above My Room Would Not Stop Jumping & Stomping On My Ceiling!! Place Looks Like A Dump!! I asked for Non Smoking & they gave me a Room that’s Smelled like Smoke!! Did have to Complain but, never again will I come back!!

The first time I stayed at this hotel (A few months ago) I was greeted by friendly staff and a small pincher bug in my room when I opened the door. It was an overall pleasant stay. Now, Let's talk about my most recent stay. On Tuesday around 5 Pm I arrived at the hotel just to be told that the room I booked, paid for, and confirmed a week in advance was not available because "people were not checking out" This seemed like a minor inconvenience at the time so I looked past it and walked with the nice lady who helped me at the desk to my room. Onto the room itself. The door was broken. It is a keycard door that unlocks when you press the card against the scanner on the handle. The door itself did not close, and it was a safety risk considering me and my fiancé were going around LA to have fun with our trip. The only "clean" thing about the room was the bed. The headboard was smeared with graffiti, and roaches were infested in the unit. Me and my fiancé spent more time playing exterminators while at the hotel than we did sleeping comfortably or watching shows because of the anxiety of roaches crawling over us. The restroom was just as bad. The ceiling was peeled horribly, and the shower had bugs in it as well. We did not shower during our stay. I will not be staying at this motel again. I highly advise when you book this that you get protection for your room, or you will end up like I did.

What a horrible place to stay. Heavy smell of cigarettes in every room i was moved to. Walls were broken. Window screens were ripped. Checking was like walking up a drive thru. It reeked of curry at the check in window. Would not recommend to anyone. STAY AWAYYYY

First off the customer service was point on very nice people that run the place As for my room I wish I had taken photos but I did not because in the end it didn’t matter the room served it’s purpose Just a suggestion but maybe think about upgrading the mattresses the one I had was pretty worn out and I felt like I was just laying down on nothing but springs i hope management see this I’m sorry but your beds are long overdue to be replaced that right there is pretty much my only complaint I enjoyed my stay thank you for having me!!!

Overall experience was very bad. I waited almost 40 mins to check-in. The room was dirty the towels were bad and black I will never stay here again, there was lots of suspicious behavior. The AC was full of dust. No Iron no Blow dryer.

I booked a room here SOLELY BECAUSE the listing said pet friendly and pets stay free due to my travel buddy having his 4 month old pup. But when arriving at the hotel the young lady said there was $20 pet deposit that needed to be paid before giving me the key. After informing her that online said free I was told it was due to someone messing the room up 2 weeks before my visit. Upset I had told her that that should have been corrected because I chose to stay there just on the because it said pet friendly and pets stay free. I had to call around for additional money n could not get anyone who could help me so I was told my dog would have to wait off property until the deposit was paid. So basically either my friend or I would have to sit outside of the property until an additional 20 was given in cash . If it wasn’t for the nicer older lady letting us get our room with my promise to pay th fee i would have just said forget it! I will never stay here again or recommend this place to any one that’s in need of a cheap room. Lesson learned I’ll pay the money for a Hilton hotel at least I know what kind of room and service I will receive.

Super unprofessional, had no working heat, the lights in the bathroom were going out & they were so dim I had a massive migraine from my eyes trying to focus any time I was in there? I made a reservation & paid in full online & was never able to check in under that paid booking due to the lack of any payment details so I had to endup coming out of pocket & paying cash for my 2 night stay when I had already paid for a 2 night trip ? Top things off I still haven't received my refund for that booking & nobody at the motel is responding & they have become unreachable???

It was welcoming with pets, the restrooms are clean. This hotel is a drug dealers paradise.
