No one was at the front desk when I arrived. Rang the ring doorbell and called the office numerous times and no one showed up. Stood in the cold for 45 minutes before I had to sleep on my car. I will NEVER come back to this place.

Staff was very courteous but the room was very dated and the detail items were not clean. Bed, floors, toilet, and counters were clean. But there is work to do when it comes to floorboards, vents (especially the bathroom fan vent), caulking around the shower insert and the complimentary hair dryer looks like it has never been cleaned. You could feel every spring in the mattress and the pillows were very flat. Room had a moderate to light scent of stale cigarettes. But you get what you pay for. Would I stay here again? Yes, if it was only me and only a night or 2. But if I'm bringing the family, I would fork out the extra $40 to get a nicer room.

Staffing was great. However the room did have bed bugs, and the cleanliness of the room was not the greatest.

The room was nasty. Opened the refrigerator and had all kinds of stuff in it. The bathroom looked like it wasn’t cleaned in a while. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to stay there. The website said $10 for pet deposit and they charged $30.00.
