We booked a stay here last minute after our flights were canceled and rebooked. Although the shuttle wasn’t running when we arrived (ends at 11pm), the front desk staff was friendly and welcoming, which made a stressful situation much easier. They were able to book us a shuttle for the following morning, which was great. The room was clean and comfortable. In the morning, the shuttle driver, John, was incredibly kind and professional — we really appreciated his help getting us to the airport smoothly. Overall, a great experience, and we’d absolutely stay here again if we’re in the area.

The hotel was very clean and staff was friendly. My only complaint is there is very limited parking for hotel guests. The hotel shares the building with an apartment complex. The complex takes most of the parking spots. Parking for the hotel is limited to one small corner.

Very convenient with shuttle to and from airport. Friendly service, modern and extremely clean room and lobby with oh, so comfortable bedding. Bar and food service in hotel with an excellent breakfast. Excellent choice and I would definitely stay again.

When i arrived late at night, my first thought was "small place". But was amazed at how clean the entrance, lobby, halls dinning area and room looked very nice. My only ossue was the towels had stains. Not good for a hotel. Should have thrown those out. Loved that room was large. Had a coffee maker, fridge and a micro! Shower was clean and large. The gentleman that greeted us was very helpful and very pleasant. Thank you (forgot your name, sorry!).

Room was normal, though didn’t get cleaned once in our 6 night stay. Not sure what we did wrong? We placed the “refresh room” placard on our door 4/6 days and came home in the evening to the room not cleaned. Trash in the room became in issue, we ran out of toilet paper and tissues and clean towels, had to ask front desk for more. Shower pressure was horrible. Great breakfast and lobby dining options. Awesome staff at front/bar. Only issue was housekeeping/shower.

I gave this hotel an average rating mostly because while the mattress had some give, I kept waking up in pain. To get continuous sleep, I needed to sleep on my back with a pillow under my knees. I’m sharing this to help others who have cranky backs.

The area is great. Walking distance to the beach and alot of restaurants. Target, liquor store and gas station right next to it. The 30USD parking fee is a cash grab. The breakfast was average. You have to request to have your room cleaned which we were not aware of. The room is not sound proof, we heard loud footsteps above us.

We got walked to another hotel, totally understand that happens. But the process for the airport shuttle was a mess. Front desk at the hotel told us the wrong location to go to, when I called back someone said ‘it’s free’ as an excuse for us walking to the wrong zone as instructed. Ended up just taking an Uber. The room/hotel they moved us to did not have the same beds which we were not told about. Overall this is why you shouldn’t book through a 3rd party site. You get the worst service.

My husband and I chose to stay here because the reviews seemed decent and the hotel said they had a shuttle. While they do have a shuttle, we found it to be impossible to get the shuttle to pick us up from the airport. We had to call the front desk after collecting our luggage to order the shuttle. We called several times and every time the call was either disconnected or we were put on hold and then hung up on. We ended up paying $25 for a taxi to the hotel since we couldn’t get ahold of the front desk after more than 20 minutes. When we told the front desk staff about this at check-in, they laughed and said this happened because half of them were on break. Not very helpful. I would not recommend staying here if you need the shuttle to pick you up from the airport. Some good things about the hotel are that it is clean and pretty comfortable. The free breakfast is also decent (although more milk options would be appreciated for those of us who can’t have dairy). The shuttle driver took us from the hotel to the airport after we checked out and he was extremely kind and professional. I wish we could have ordered the shuttle from the airport by contacting him directly rather than the front desk.

Housekeeping needs to be improved! We had a 7-night stay, every day when we left our room, we hung out the tag asking for our room to be replenished with towels and trash be removed, this never happened once! Every night when we returned to the room, we would have to call the front desk and ask for all the things we needed, a few times it took 2 calls and over an hour and half to receive towels and TP. Twice we were told we needed to clean our room ourselves, they would supply the things we need to do this. Finally on our 6th night stay after returning to a dirty room with no clean towels I had to insist on having someone else other than myself service our room. This took an hour to happen. We reported our shower was not draining and the bathroom was flooding every time we showered, this was not fixed till the 6th night. This was reported to hotel management both verbally and by email with no response.

Front desk staff efficient. Wife left her tablet in the room and noticed after we were at the airport. Staff retrieved her tablet, put it on the next airport shuttle. We had it promptly and made our flight. Cheers to the front desk lady and airport shuttle driver 9/28/24 in the AM! We loved the decor in the lobby and our room. Would recommend this property to anyone staying in Boston.

Great stay! The staff are so kind and helpful. I got in very late Saturday night after 36 grueling hours of travel hell, and had to get last-minute supplies and copies for a work stint. They received packages for me and made copies quickly. Don't know what I would've done without them, given that it was Sunday and not much was open! The room was fine (though very noisy from neighboring rooms). Great breakfast included. Highly recommend.

The night prior to departure, I requested a take-out breakfast before my 5:30AM departure via shuttle. The woman at the front desk LIED about this and said that there were no staff or simple items were available. However, at time of departure, there were several take-out bags available for guests leaving before the breakfast room opened at 6AM.

The young man who checked us in was charming and professional and the bartender in the lounge was friendly and attentive. The third person, another front desk staff person was a real sourpuss. Also, the bathroom faucets (sink and shower) were absurdly hard to turn. Proximity to the airport is a real plus.

We liked that it came with breakfast and there was an airport shuttle for pick up and drop off. Staff was friendly and answered all our questions. Rooms were clean. It had a small fridge and microwave, which was a plus. Only approx. 7 minute walk to the "T" and about 6 stops away from the aquarium and other downtown sites. There's a shopping area with Target within walking distance of the hotel. Also there was a arepa foodtruck in the parking lot of the liquor store down the street which we enjoyed.

It had a small fridge and microwave, which was a plus. Only approx. 7 minute walk to the "T" and about 6 stops away from the aquarium and other downtown sites. There's a shopping area with Target within walking distance of the hotel. Also there was a arepa foodtruck in the parking lot of the liquor store down the street which we enjoyed.

Nice property to stay at when visiting Boston. The T stop is a 5 minute walk and it’s a 15 minute ride into the center of Boston. Limited food options available around hotel area, but there is a Target and Stop and Shop a few minutes down the road. Rooms are clean and comfortable.

My overnight stay was on December 22nd 2023. The hotel room was very clean. The staff was amazing and very accommodating. But, they need to improve the breakfast. First of all, paper plate and plastic cutlery????!!!! Food was horrendous and not fresh at all. If you improve breakfast, it will be worth the money I paid.

We requested an early check-in and we never heard back. So, we just assumed we had an early check-in and we went early to find out we would have to wait 4 hours to check-in still. Another complaint was that their breakfast was not the greatest compared to their other locations around the states.

I liked the openable window in the room and the bed was comfortable. There was only on hook to hang one towel on in the bathroom - my wife and I need four hooks between us. The food available in the evening was laughable. The breakfast, while convenient and expected, was second rate. It was not warm, it looked and tasted cheap, and there was not one sticky bun for dessert.

I liked the airport shuttle service. The room was not cleaned and towels were changed in a strange way. The first night I was alarmed at 6 AM in the morning by the noise, house keeping was making in the hall. I liked the gym very much. The use of plastic cutlery at breakfast is rather poor.

The staff was very helpful with a few things we needed, including transportation to the airport and credit card switching. The room was comfortable and clean. The availability of the bar and food, and large TV in the lounge area, was nice. I definitely recommend if you want a nice place to stay near the airport.

Across the street not too far there was a Target and fast food that worked well for a later evening arrival. FYI - The hotel is a combo building with Staybridge Suites and Holiday Inn. No coffee pots in room but coffee available in the morning. Breakfast was standard Holiday Inn.

This should be a 5 star - very clean, very nice facilities with helpful staff. It gets downgraded due to the “dumb” tv, poor channel selection (no guide with information as to what is playing on the different channels (just lists the channels - HBO, CNN), and uncomfortable bed. We had just completed an 18 day east coast road trip and had way too many good ones to compare against.

This is a clean and new hotel. The location is good for exploring Boston and flying out from Logan. Subway is easy eight-minute walk away. We felt safe walking back at night.
