It was a great property. The place was well maintained and the breakfast was REALLY good. The only issues were the heater pump for the pool went out and my room was clean EXCEPT for the ice holder. Also there were no trash bags in the trash cans. Other than that great stay with a very courteous staff!

The only issue we had is our TV broke the second night and they had no replacement TV. They offered to move us to another room, but we had tons of luggage having returned from overseas and didn't want to hassle moving all our stuff. I was sad they don't have a hot tub, just indoor pool. Rooms are spacious, bed and sleeper couch very comfy. Breakfast offerings, simple but good

The hotel was nice and new. It was clean and the staff was all very kind and friendly. Breakfast was good, and the pool was a nice saltwater pool. The only complaints I have are the air conditioner didn't work, so it was a warm night, and the bathroom door is opaque glass. In a room with 6 people in it, when someone goes into the bathroom it blasts light into the rest of the room where others are sleeping. For the price, it was a great stay.

Convenient: We needed a place close to the airport. It’s about 10 minutes away by car. They have a nice snack shop with beer as well. I would prefer craft beer rather than Bud light, Miller light, and Coors light. However, this is a minor feedback which doesn’t affect my ratings. Value: Value was good for the space that we required. We had 6 adults. We rented 2 rooms which could sleep 4 each. These are suites. It’s spacious and high quality and super clean. I have stayed at other nearby hotels for same price, but they’re dated and need upkeep. This place is contemporary with 24 hour gym and complementary hot breakfast with eggs and oatmeal. This reminds me of a slightly improved version of Hampton Inn. Hampton Inn is usually my go to but the space and the updated design of Springhill will be a gamechanger. Physical plant: As mentioned above. Clean. Modern. Updated. Nice lobby where I could chill after hours after everyone else went to bed. Service: Front desk staff were cordial and welcoming. They were helpful. I met 4 idifferent staff members over 2 days, and all of them were professional and hospitable and warm.

We found our room very comfortable and quiet. It was modern and was a well thought out design. Unfortunately, there was one issue that could have easily been mitigated. We booked the hotel for the location and EV charging stations. There were two, one was occupied and the other was occupied by a non-EV vehicle and the stall next to it was a handicapped. We risked getting towed if we parked in it and the non-EV was there all night and the next day. The hotel should clearly mark inside the lobby and outside by the stalls a sign that only EV vehicles could park in those stalls. I was VERY frustrated as we had planned on charging the car overnight and was forced to find another charger and paid a premium for it. Very disappointing experience that should not have happened.

Freeway noise is really loud, lots of sirens. The room had a nice lounge area and a really nice bathroom. Breakfast was mediocre, but good coffee. Nice pool, but no showers in dressing room, and no clock on the wall. Nice workout room as well.

The hallway on our floor needed to be vacuumed, as did our room. When we arrived, there were obvious small pieces of trash in both places. The trash or recycling can in the room had not been emptied. We didn't know until we were leaving that the room would not be cleaned every day.

Property was new with decent facilities. When checking in for the week I was asked when to clean the room, requested Wednesday then Thursday morning requested again. The room was not cleaned all week, no linen changes or trash removal.

This is a nice place to stay. And we have stayed here before.It’s clean, the staff is friendly, the room layout is good and the beds are comfortable. The breakfast is good too for a free hotel breakfast. This time TV did not work when we arrived the clerk was unable to help us with that. My husband found the box was unplugged and got the TV situation remedied. The next issue was the air conditioning. It blew right onto the bed and was very very cold. And it also made a squealing noise when it stopped and started. Needless to say, neither of us slept very well. All in all, I would still go back to this hotel, but this experience wasn’t as good as our first experience here.

Very nice, clean, only complaint is the frost glass door to the bathroom is non blocking so when someone is in the bathroom it lights up the whole room!!! Not good when traveling with 4 kids, but other than that it was a great stay

Poorly designed hotel rooms. Bathroom is ridiculous. It is located directly across from beds. The door slides and is glass, so if you use the bathroom at night, turning on the light wakes up everyone else in the room. Also, very little privacy for a family. The “modern” shower has no drain which makes it impossible to not get water all over the floor, every time. There are glass shutters that separate the desk from the sleeping area that rattle every time you walk on the room or someone walks in the hallway. Sound proofing is so poor you can hear text notifications from the phones in the room next door. Refrigerator did not work. Hotel looks new and nice, but the room set up makes no sense.

The General Manager of those hotel (Aaron) is condescending, rude, and discriminating. He never apologized for inconveniencing me or talking to me like I was one of his employees. When I told him I won’t stay there in the future, he literally responded with, “Okay.” I have worked in customer service my entire life and I learned early on when a customer says they will take their business elsewhere, you do everything in your power to keep that from happening. Customer retention is the number one priority in customer service. How this guy became manager is anyone’s guess, but here’s something you don’t have to guess about: pick a different hotel. Because if you pick this one and have to talk to the manager about anything, you will see you had been better off sleeping in your car.

I stayed here before when I flew home for a funeral. This trip was for a birthday and was disappointing. I notified the hotel I would be arriving after midnight and to hold my room. My flight was delayed 2 hrs and I got to the hotel to find they had given our room away half the family slept on the floor because we got 1 bed instead of 2 queens. Debating if staying here in Aug is worth the gamble

Asked for a late checkout since we didn’t get in till 2am because of a 3 hour delay in flight, person at desk said you have to be a member, I am a member then said I have to a silver or gold member, how bout common decency that I only will have a room for 10 hours and I just flew 26 hours, unacceptable

The smoke alarm flashed all night despite reporting it twice. They also did not provide additional toilet paper despite requesting it twice, as well. The breakfast was also thirty minutes late being put out both days I was there.

Easy check in. Everyone was so kind and nice. Newer hotel and that’s nice. Updated and modern. The carpet looked newer and nice! The bed was really comfortable. I just passed through quickly, but the area is really close to a big shopping center. Close to the interstate. Nice big clean room.

Excellent customer service during check-in. Hotel is located within walking distance of quite a few restaurants, which I didn't realize at the time of booking so that was a bonus.

Convenient: We needed a place close to the airport. It’s about 10 minutes away by car. They have a nice snack shop with beer as well. I would prefer craft beer rather than Bud light, Miller light, and Coors light. However, this is a minor feedback which doesn’t affect my ratings. Value: Value was good for the space that we required. We had 6 adults. We rented 2 rooms which could sleep 4 each. These are suites. It’s spacious and high quality and super clean. I have stayed at other nearby hotels for same price, but they’re dated and need upkeep. This place is contemporary with 24 hour gym and complementary hot breakfast with eggs and oatmeal. This reminds me of a slightly improved version of Hampton Inn. Hampton Inn is usually my go to but the space and the updated design of Springhill will be a gamechanger. Physical plant: As mentioned above. Clean. Modern. Updated. Nice lobby where I could chill after hours after everyone else went to bed. Service: Front desk staff were cordial and welcoming. They were helpful. I met 4 idifferent staff members over 2 days, and all of them were professional and hospitable and warm.

Large room and it was quiet when I was there. Very good breakfast. Easy check-in and check-out. Close to shopping areas and good restaurants.

Freeway noise is really loud, lots of sirens. The room had a nice lounge area and a really nice bathroom. Breakfast was mediocre, but good coffee. Nice pool, but no showers in dressing room, and no clock on the wall. Nice workout room as well.

The hotel is very clean, the staff is amazing. We were staying here to catch a flight in the afternoon the next day. They do not have airport shuttles or a hot tub. They do have a pool that is indoors, so the kids still had fun. We absolutely loved the rooms, the trundle bed was amazing, the kids played on it more than sleeping on it. The water pressure was good as well. The breakfast has a variety of goodies. The waffles were already made, I don’t like to eat waffles this way, but tried it anyways, and it seemed to have sugar crystals on them, which was okay, but a little too sweet. Just whatever you do, do not eat the sausage links, absolutely nasty.

Requested shampoo be supplied to our room after first night NEVER happened. Breakfast had limited options on our first day and only improved slightly over weekend. TV channels were limited and less then we expected. Proximity to great food and shopping was key for us.

We had a wonderful stay at Springhill Suites. It was very clean!! All staff was very kind and helpful. It was very quiet. The beds were very comfortable! Breakfast was great. And it was close to everything we wanted to do! Thank you Springhill Suites Northwest Kansas City, MO

Mini fridge didn't work. Hardly ever saw front desk service. Pool was closed. Breakfast was a joke. Stayed for the NFL draft.

Hotel was nice enough, biggest issues were that when going to shower at 7 am, there was no hot water in our first floor room. Not at the shower or the sink. When the handle was moved all the way to hot it was barely warm and then the water pressure dropped off. Looks like the heating water system is undersized for the demand of the building. The breakfast was not very good, eggs were from a box, sausage was cold and dry, coffee was below par. I've stayed at many Bonvoy hotels, including Springhill Suites and this was the worst experience by far.

Currently still staying here 😊 They let us extend our stay to accommodate us and we are thrilled! The breakfast is very good! My kids and I enjoy it every morning!

The smoke alarm flashed all night despite reporting it twice. They also did not provide additional toilet paper despite requesting it twice, as well. The breakfast was also thirty minutes late being put out both days I was there.

We have stayed here before. This is our 3rd time. The hotel itself is great. The location to Zona Rosa is great. What wasn’t great was on Sunday when we checked out. There was a couple probably in their 40s/50s sitting outside the entrance to the hotel. They weren’t dirty looking but you could tell they were probably homeless. They asked us for a ride to downtown KC. We weren’t going that way (thankfully). I don’t like to sound mean to anyone and I try to help when I can, but in this day and age you don’t know if you’ll be safe when helping strangers. Next he said they were hungry and could we bring them back some food. I had earlier offered them both cold cans of Diet Pepsi but they said it had too much salt. McDonald was close so we took their order and brought them back what they wanted: Big Mac meal with large Coke and large water for him & qtr pounder with cheese meal for her with large Coke and large water. I’m not sure what the sodium count is in all of that but they seemed appreciative. Maybe we were entertaining angels unaware. Who knows. I just hope our next stay will end with us walking to our car without being stopped by the homeless. I’m praying that couple finds increase in their living arrangements from where they are today. We did eat at the nearby Minski’s Pizza and it was great.

Megan at the front desk was very rude and unprofessional about an issue we had. Ask to have the manager call and never received a call back about the issue. Sadly, would not recommend.

Clean and cozy room. Front desk staff greater us anytime we walked by. We missed breakfast because the bed was so comfy. We'll be back for more shopping and laughs at Funnybone comedy club

The breakfast was really good and well attended/supplied. We liked the big comfortable rooms too. My only complaint was the frosted bathroom barn door because when someone went in at night and turned on the bathroom light it is very bright.
