St. Louis Airport Hotel

Elevator was broken and had to walk to the 5th floor by stairs! Smoke smell everywhere.

They had a sewage leak in the lobby and it smelt disgusting. The sewage guy was outside and confirmed, sewage water was everywhere.. The elevator and key fob system was broken, so the desk attendant had to walk everybody to their rooms which everyone had to take the stairs consecutively to had to be swiped in their room by the attendant and if you left the room, you had to take the stairs go back to grab the attendant to swipe you back in.

Elevator didn’t work had to walk flights of stairs the ice machine didn’t work had trash in it key wouldn’t let us in room an lobby is filled with sewer water

Customer service was insanely poor, workers were very intoxicated and unprofessional. The elevators and stairs weren’t working and the keys to the rooms weren’t working. The room smelled like cigarettes and smoke and had stains in the comforter and pillow cases, smoke detector was took off the wall and it felt very unsafe.

This is an old hotel that could use some maintenance and renovation. Over all it is good and the fromt desk staff was very plesent. The halls and rooms could use a little better cleaning.
