We traveled to St. Mary's, WV for my son's regional wrestling tournament. I booked this motel because it was very inexpensive. Just under $50 per night. Honestly, I wasn't expecting much. I actually had to change my reservation night due to weather, and the staff was so nice, friendly, and helpful. They moved my reservation no problem. The bed was way more comfortable than I expected, and the room was really cute. We ended up staying a 2nd night. The rooms have a mini fridge, microwave, and satellite tv. There's an adorable little restaurant right next to the motel that had great homestyle breakfast and awesome prices. Also...the peanut butter pie was AMAZING! The location was so close to several hiking trails and the Ohio River. It's a beautiful area! All in all my expectations we're exceeded and I'd go back and recommend it to anyone and everyone! Thank you!

Impeccable room, the staff was very kind. I brought my little dog, there was just a $5 deposit for her and that is refundable. In my room was a dog toy, some treats, and a roll of poop bags. In the bathroom was a bath soak and some lovely bath items. All in all it was very good. It had a sort of Airbnb feel to it. I would definitely stay there again.

We love this little place! The staff is amazing and the rooms are so cozy! Plus, who doesn't live the little retro microwave?!? This is our 2nd stay here. Our last stay was about a year ago.the Aldeco Motel has been just as wonderful the 2nd time!

Motel room was outdated but very clean and the bed was comfy. Would definitely stay here again! River is right across the street! Dollar general and gas station within walking distance. Walmart about 20 mins away.

The room was clean and well maintained. Plenty of towels were waiting on the bed. The room was warm when it was cold outside and a cozy place to stay. The bath room was a bit small, but clean and it did have a roomy shower. Check in was fast and efficient with friendly staff.

The building is certainly older, but its been kept up well. The room was clean, the beds were comfortable. I didn’t actually interact with any employee. They texted the check in process to my phone and had the room ready for me when I got there.

We absolutely LOVED our stay!!! My wife & I were in the area for a music festival and the Aldeco Motel provided exactly what we needed. The room was SUPER clean, the bed was very comfortable and I can't say enough about the service provided by Chasity, the General Manager. She was so helpful!! We will definitely stay here again next year! If you are looking for a clean, comfortable place to stay w/ a helpful staff, the Aldeco is for you!

I would absolutely stay here again. The service young lady was very sweet. Our room was clean and it smelled good. Very quiet and homey feel. The beds were very nice and the linens were super clean. The bed and pillows were soft. We stayed one night and I would recommend this to friends and family who would be in the area.

The location was so close to several hiking trails and the Ohio River. It's a beautiful area! All in all my expectations we're exceeded and I'd go back and recommend it to anyone and everyone! We traveled to St. Mary's, WV for my son's regional wrestling tournament. I booked this motel because it was very inexpensive. Just under $50 per night. Honestly, I wasn't expecting much. I actually had to change my reservation night due to weather, and the staff was so nice, friendly, and helpful. They moved my reservation no problem. The bed was way more comfortable than I expected, and the room was really cute. We ended up staying a 2nd night. The rooms have a mini fridge, microwave, and satellite tv. There's an adorable little restaurant right next to the motel that had great homestyle breakfast and awesome prices. Also...the peanut butter pie was AMAZING! Motel room was outdated but very clean and the bed was comfy. Would definitely stay here again! River is right across the street! Dollar general and gas station within walking distance. Walmart about 20 mins away.

Upon arrival we were instructed to call the number in the lobby. I was immediately greeted by very friendly woman who got us all set up. She was very professional. The room itself was your typical old motel room. It did not have any odor which was a plus. There's black mold in the shower stall all over the ceiling because there's no ventilation whatsoever. There must be a gap under the door and also the windows are very old but even if they were in perfect condition the truck traffic never ended all night long constant tractor trailers back and forth. It's not the hotels fault but it was impossible to sleep without earplugs. The bed was clean and comfortable the carpet was clean the bathroom was clean less the mold the fridge was clean. For the price if you're a deep sleeper I suppose you could make it work. But I won't be returning
