Hotel is beautiful, room was spotless, staff very helpful and friendly, excellent customer service! They gave us two free drinks from the bar, which we used to purchase mocktail drinks. The parking was cheap, $30, compared to other hotels in the area. There are several good restaurants and shopping across the street and within walking distance. Safe area to stay. Will stay again :-)

Cute hotel. Room felt a tad small. No refrigerator (or microwave, but i can do without that) is a bummer. Did not get told about parking with key card until i had spent $66 on parking on my own. Staff were all nice. Loved the bar area, even had live music. Very walkable to shops and dining. Pet friendly but not a lot of outside grass areas.

Loved the convenience to the university and shops/dining. The staff were incredibly friendly. Loved the “stash closet” on each floor where you could get your own extra towels, toiletries, etc instead of having to wait for staff to bring it to you. Loved the 2 free drinks you get upon check-in. Really cool vibe as well.

My experience with the Moxy hotels have been excellent. No room service- however, bar upon entry - great eats- snacks- DJ, Pool table- Games- Just fun and a great vibe! Staff excellent- Manager Stephanie was so accommodating and warm! Personable and welcoming!

This is nice place to stay for a night or two especially if you don’t actually expect to spend a lot of time in the room. The hotel is in very convenient location with lots of food options and stores within walking distance; easy parking option is attached to the hotel; Great bar area with lots of seating. In fact, the check-in counter is attached to the bar. The lobby is great for meeting up with friends or just hanging out. Rooms are minimalistic, no actual closets, bathrooms are fairly small, etc. We’ve stayed here a few times in the last several years and the property is being well maintained. The workers are always friendly and seem to enjoy working here.

I enjoyed this hotel more than any other I have stayed at. The staff was always very friendly and the downstairs lobby area was a great place to hang out. The check in desk is a bar and the lobby is full of games (pool, darts, shuffle board, ...). We hung out there on several nights after our other activities and had a great time.

The hotel room floor was dirty. I spilled water and when I cleaned it up the paper was black. The parking garage lower level smelled like sewer. Strong smell of marijuana outside on the street. Bar across the street. The staff were polite and friendly.

Great location to Vanderbilt campus and surrounding shops/restaurants. Came for a Vandy baseball game and enjoyed an easy 15 min walk to the Hawk. Modern hotel- very friendly staff- room was spacious enough for our family of 3. Very clean and comfortable.

Dirty room/bathroom/shower. Shower had metal pieces on the floor that were supposed to be connected somewhere but were not. Hotel staff was so unhelpful and not understanding. Will never stay at a Moxy again. It felt more like a college dorm than a hotel.

I wish I would not have stayed here. I could deal with a few of these, but not all at once: Parking is $30.00 a night!! No Coffeemaker in Room No Microwave in Room No Fridge in Room No Dressers or anywhere to lay folded clothes. No table for two people to sit and eat at (there was one chair.) The WORST smart TV ever....incredibly slow and just bad. The ONLY saving grace is that the staff is amazing!

Loved the modern look. Friendly service during check in and ordering food. Hotel is in a convenient location. Parking is great because you can self park and price is not outrageous for Nashville. The only drawback is the bed was extremely uncomfortable. It felt like a box mattress. I would stay there again for the conveniences, but not the mattress. Hoping I just got a bad room.

Nice place in a fun area. Great vibe in the lobby. Friendly staff. Only drawback is that the a/c would not allow a setting lower than 68 degrees. Was an issue for us as we like to sleep in something a little lower than that.

The staff were very friendly and helpful and the hotel was very nice. However, our room was very hot and the a/c could not be turned down. The outside temp was 95 so not having a cool room to return to was a disappointment. The hotel engineer brought us a fan, which was appreciated, but it did not help.

The room was clean. Everything is very minimalist. No in room coffee, small bathrooms. Definitely not somewhere I would want for a long term stay. We were just here over night for a medical procedure at Vanderbilt Hospital so it served our purpose.

At 4:30 the room was not ready Refused to accept cash And told me after already paying $350 for a room in advance that if I couldn’t give him my credit card which I didn’t bring that they would not allow me to stay there so I had to actually drive and get a gift card and even when I did that there were still no room available Probably the worst service I’ve ever experienced any hotel in the world

The front desk/ bar staff was amazing, friendly and fun, we were able to hang out and enjoy the lobby with a our son and his friends that go to Belmont University. The room was clean, I loved that there was no waste and if you needed something you could just go to the stash closet!

I had a lot of issues with this hotel. There were items that were broken and I never saw any evidence they were being repaired--especially the elevators--they were down one elevator the entire stay. There is a trashbucket under a leak in the hallway and no evidence anyone cares. The last straw is that I was quoted $10 per night for parking and charged $30 per night. They wouldn't listen to my complaint because I couldn't name the person who checked me in. The lobby is noisy. I started trying to work there while my daughter was sleeping upstairs and they crank the music up at 6 AM. They were kind enough to let me into the 'listening room' to be able to make a phone call.

Bartender is the receptionist, very rude and terrible customer service. On day 1, while in our room another guest showed up to our room with a key that works! Thankfully we knew them but imagine if that was not the case. Walls are all blue. Dogs peeing inside the property multiple times. Wouldn’t stay here again honestly. It was close to location so convenient but I would try a different hotel. Cannot believe this is a Marriott…

Great location to Vanderbilt campus and surrounding shops/restaurants. Came for a Vandy baseball game and enjoyed an easy 15 min walk to the Hawk. Modern hotel- very friendly staff- room was spacious enough for our family of 3. Very clean and comfortable.

Hotel is beautiful, room was spotless, staff very helpful and friendly, excellent customer service! They gave us two free drinks from the bar, which we used to purchase mocktail drinks. The parking was cheap, $30, compared to other hotels in the area. There are several good restaurants and shopping across the street and within walking distance. Safe area to stay. Will stay again :-)

My family had a nice stay at this hotel. The beds were extremely comfortable. The hotel felt very clean! It was easy walking distance to lots of nice eateries. The games in the lobby were a big hit with the kids (shuffle board, darts, connect 4, pool, ect.). There are not coffee makers in room but they have complimentary coffee 6-11am daily, as well as tokens for beer, wine and espresso. We would stay at this location again.

Cute hotel. Room felt a tad small. No refrigerator (or microwave, but i can do without that) is a bummer. Did not get told about parking with key card until i had spent $66 on parking on my own. Staff were all nice. Loved the bar area, even had live music. Very walkable to shops and dining. Pet friendly but not a lot of outside grass areas.

The staff at Moxy was so nice and helpful. When my flight got cancelled they were more than accommodating and truly concerned about my situation of being stranded from the snow. I am also thankful to the staff for staying the night to offer one of the best customer service experiences in food and drinks that was able to do with the severe winter conditions. They ended up being the only facility open going into the night which I was truly grateful to be able to get a good warm meal and drink. Thank you to the Moxy staff who worked on January 15th!!

My experience with the Moxy hotels have been excellent. No room service- however, bar upon entry - great eats- snacks- DJ, Pool table- Games- Just fun and a great vibe! Staff excellent- Manager Stephanie was so accommodating and warm! Personable and welcoming!

This is nice place to stay for a night or two especially if you don’t actually expect to spend a lot of time in the room. The hotel is in very convenient location with lots of food options and stores within walking distance; easy parking option is attached to the hotel; Great bar area with lots of seating. In fact, the check-in counter is attached to the bar. The lobby is great for meeting up with friends or just hanging out. Rooms are minimalistic, no actual closets, bathrooms are fairly small, etc. We’ve stayed here a few times in the last several years and the property is being well maintained. The workers are always friendly and seem to enjoy working here.

My girls and I had an amazing stay. The food was great for hotel food and the staff were the absolute best!! The property and parking was excellent and very convenient. I felt 100% safe allowing my 16yo daughter come and go as needed to the lobby as well, which is a big deal these days. The only unsavory part was water, there wasn't water easily accessible on the floors or in the rooms without walking all the way to the lobby.

Loved the shower itself, but No place to sit in shower to shave. No microwave or refrigerator. I had to throw away my leftovers when eating out as there was no place to keep them in my room. No ironing board in the room-had to go down the hall to iron if needed. Was told that I could get any drink with my two free drinks, but when went to get was told only draft beer and wine. Did not like the wine.

It was just ok for the price. No coffee or mini fridge in your room. And no ice on the floors either. The machine downstairs with soda u could buy was broken. So had to ask for ice and a glass at the bar for any drinks purchased. The employees were nice and I don’t know if I could have been if everyone coming down was asking for cups and ice all the time. Mgmt needs to consider this nicety to have for people spending upper prices in the area. Heard other guest calling it a murder mystery hotel due to the dark paint dark carpet and dark lighting in the hallways. I had not thought that until I heard them say it….so there is that…. And no coffee in the room either. U get it free but had to completely dress to go to the bar for that as well…..other than that it was fine. And we felt safe

I did not check in until 9:30 PM because I drove in from Chicago and helped my son move in all day. While checking in, I was informed the air conditioning had not been working, but was slowly coming back and to be patient. After over an hour of sitting in my hot room and not getting any help from the staff, I left and went to the Fairfield. Way better hotel with much more helpful staff. I will never stay at the Moxy again! Definitely convenient to Belmont, but always way overpriced and not even that nice of a hotel.

Location, pricing, hotel amenities and convenience of stores and things to do around were great!! Bed, floors and shower were clean. Hotel was clean. Elevators and common places were clean. Overall, hotel was great and would recommend and also stay again!! Some of the staff could have been nicer or like they wanted to help when asked questions but overall hotel was great.
