I loved my stay, super relaxing. Loved the pool and loved the staff were extremely welcoming.

I wanted a decent place at a decent price outside the hustle and bustle of Miami the night before a cruise. The hotel was clean and modern. The rooms were nice with a mini kitchen and table. The pool was clean and nice. Parking was free and secure. The beds were comfy and the night was quiet. The continental breakfast was better than most but free hotel breakfast are never amazing. If you want a great breakfast go out to a restaurant in my opinion. Overall Perfect for a family of 4! There is a big sports bar and a Texas Roadhouse in the parking area. The sports bar had great reviews but was packed for a Miami game so we ate at Texas RH. It was good! I would definitely stay at this hotel again for another Miami port cruise. Only 25 min from the Miami airport where we dropped our rental car and shuttled to the port.

Very quiet. Property has great breakfast and outside grilling area. Smells good. No mold.

Towneplace Suites was one of the best hotel experiences we've ever had! The hotel was cool, smelled great, and very clean. The staff there was extremely friendly and helpful. The continental breakfast was some of the best we've had with several different options to choose from. The pool was nice and they had a good sized laundry room too. With all of these things in mind, I don't believe you can beat the value of this hotel for the excellent service that they provide. Can't recommend this place enough!

The property was clean , quiet and staff were all friendly and eager to assist. Easy parking. Shops and food with in walking distance.

Great place with great amenities! Very convenient spot if you have a car rental and don’t want to pay for additional valet parking fees closer to Miami which is like a half hour drive.

We needed to book a last minute hotel to catch a flight out of Miami. The staff were super helpful as we needed to park our car there while we traveled do to last minute airline cancellations.

The place is good and the hotel facilities are good also, except the parking lot is too small for big cars.

Room was a bit dirty. The bathroom had small hairs on the ledge where you could probably rest the soap in the shower? The rug had small pebbles or debris near the AC & I don't work near construction

This was a very nice property and room. The only big negative was the blood on the pillow in the room. We flipped the pillow over and there was three spots of blood on it. We just set it aside. It would have been nice if there four pillows on the bed, but there were only 3 to start with.

We stayed here 2 months ago and had a lovely suite with a fold out sofa in a separate room. But this stay, we reserved a room with one bed and a fold out sofa because the other configuration was not available. The bed was fine. But the fold out sofa was too long to lie flat because it hit the end of the bed, and the mattress was so thin that it curved because of the short space and was very uncomfortable. The mattress pad for the fold out also had dried blood on it. It was replaced politely, but it was not pleasant to find. In addition, the person sleeping on the window side of the bed had to climb over the other person in the bed because there was no floor space to walk around due to the fold-out situation. It was, to say the least, a poor design of furniture in the room. There was also too much furniture in the room considering the fold-out bed: a large, unnecessary ottoman and a large desk chair made moving around very difficult.

Our room had ants. They came out at night: M27. And the guests picking up food with their bare hands, and not utensils was especially weird/ yuck, but Towneplace Suites is not responsible for their poor etiquette or upbringing. Welp...

Roaches! Baby roaches all over fridge and counter, and medium size roach inside cabinet roaming around the utensils.

Room was clean and spacious. The kitchenette was an “A” plus. The staff was friendly. Plenty of restaurants around hotel.

I have stayed here multiple times, and I have never been disappointed by service quality and cleanliness of the hotel.

First class. Our room was like a small apartment. Everything in the hotel is spotless. Free breakfast was a great variety and very tasty. The hotel is close to great restaurants. Definitely will stay again.

Terrible. I was here for one night and had to switch rooms 3 times because the AC didn’t work. The walls are very thin and you could hear what others are yelling about and dogs barking. The staff was incredibly dismissive of the AC problem. The AC was not working and they had someone over the phone telling me to shut the blinds and bathroom door in order for the room to cool down. After letting one room cool for 6 hours and another for 3 hours the front desk guy finally walked with me to another room to make sure the AC was working in that room almost if to not believe me. The bathrooms have no door in the shower and was dirty. I was here for one night and had that many problems. I’m glad I didn’t stay here longer

This was our second time staying here and it was as good as the last time; if not better. Gonzalo was a great help and was nice enough to check us in much earlier than scheduled. The hotel is very clean, the rooms are specious and the service overall was on point. Looking forward to future bookings. The built in nextflix is a big bonus.

This was a very noisy hotel stay for us. The walls are thin. So, it is hard to go to sleep before your neighbors do. You also wake up when the cleaning crew yells at each other in Spanish across the hallway. The doors also make a loud noise when they close. So, if someone on your floor closes the door late at night, you will wake up. The pool area is also noisy. Kids yell all the time and you hear them. I wish the hotel had triple pane windows to block the sound. It is very hard to get some rest and find peace in this hotel. Also, people talk loudly on the C area next to the pool and their sounds will wake you up, too. We checked out today and we feel quite tired after staying here. This hotel was the worst part of our trip.

From the UK- Fantastic hotel - very pleasantly surprised at our room. This felt like a 4 start hotel. Rooms have their own mini kitchen! Lovely hotel inside and out, lovely pool, lovely bathroom, most comfortable bed and pillows, huge TV with Netflix and YouTube etc. laundry room, gym, breakfast was well worth getting up for. Fantastic dining options just outside. Lovely kind and professional staff. Good location. 100% want to come back !

Nice hotel with good breakfast. We stayed 10 nights and everything worked well. If you like to shower chose another hotel. The shower is unable to chose amount of water and it pours out through all the floor due to bad cover. Also not possible to hold a shower head.

Horrible stay. No AC

This hotel was nice, clean and spacious. My only complaint was that it was advertised as sleeping 4, but the second bed was a pullout sofa which ended up being quite a lot smaller than a double bed, and we Had to move it from one wall to another in order to unfold it. Nobody offered to come in and do this for us, even knowing we had Booked the room with 4 people staying in it.

Modern well kept ...breakfast great ...staff friendly and helpful..front desk clerk resistant to provide a printed receipt at check out ...bathroom toilet slow to flush and modern shower beautiful but could be hazardous...with floors that are wet due to shower design... not reported to front desk as it did not negatively affect overall experience at hotel. Would stay again.

This hotel cancelled my reservation eventhough I called to confirm my stay as per their email. Had to look for another place to stay at midnight

It was an excellent experience staying at Town Place Suites. The place is super clean, and the staff is friendly and attentive to the guests’ needs. It’s well located and surrounded by restaurants that are a one minute walk away from it in a save neighborhood. I highly recommend it to anyone. I have stayed multiple times and will continue to do so.

It’s a good and clean hotel. The staff in the morning checking out, Hispanic lady was very nice. The gentleman in the evening didn’t seem like he cared to be there and the breakfast lady was indifferent. There’s plenty of restaurants around and it was quiet. The room itself was nice, the beds were good, the tv and chairs were good. Not the biggest room. But it did have a small kitchen, cups and dishes, with microwave and small stove. Shower was good, water pressure excellent. Biggest issue was customer service in the evening and at breakfast.

I stayed here for 9 nights while recovering from surgery. I specifically chose this hotel because it offered a full kitchen, which was really important to me during my recovery. One concern I had was with the cookware provided. There were only two pans, and both had damaged, chipped bottoms. I found this out while boiling milk for oatmeal the pan started smoking and gave off a burning smell. I ended up cleaning it myself and set it aside, only to notice the other pan was damaged too. I brought one down to the front desk to show the issue. The man working that night (dark brown hair, often working the night shift) looked me in the eye and just said “OK.” He didn’t apologize or offer a replacement until I had to specifically ask for one, even after I explained that this could pose a fire hazard. It felt dismissive and unprofessional, especially considering the safety risk. Thankfully, another staff member an older Spanish gentleman overheard and immediately stepped in with excellent customer service. He apologized and brought me a replacement pan right away. I truly appreciated his kindness and willingness to help. Another issue was on the first night when I called the front desk because Netflix wasn’t working on the TV. The same front desk pers person told me to unplug the TV and plug it back in, and if that didn’t work, “some of the TVs are just outdated and not compatible with Netflix.” That felt like a very careless answer, especially since working TV access. I got there, they didnt have a room. They sent us to a Holiday Inn 20 minutes away. I book the Marriott and I get a room at the Holiday Inn which is being rennovated, for the same price as the Marriott???

This was not our first time staying at a Marriott chain hotel, but it was the first time we experienced blatant disrespect from the staff. The rooms were clean but the service left much to be desired. At this hotel, they accommodate the guests with breakfast in the morning. However, when we tried to get some food and bring it to our room for our kids (since they wake up late); the manager there told us that we were only allowed to eat breakfast there and were not to take food to the room. Gonzalez also inquired how many people per room we had, which felt an unnecessary question to bother a patron with. In the same place, we asked a lady to find out what time breakfast would end and she told us with a needlessly terse, “no speak English” to brush us off, instead of pausing and asking for assistance from an English-speaking employee (which is my suggestion). We have eight people in two rooms. We would assume that their highest priority would be keeping it kid-friendly, or at least respectful for each guest, but the distasteful treatment we received this stay has convinced us not to return.

Melani I hope I am spelling correctly at the front desk is absolutely amazing. Kind friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and stocked if you need anything to cook. Large refrigerator for a hotel room. Beds are very comfy. Great value. I stayed here for two months so far on a work contract.

We went on a family trip and the hotel was perfect for our stay. The beds were extremely comfortable, breakfast was delicious, and the staff was friendly and polite. There is a Panera Bread close by as well as other restaurants. Walmart, Publix and Target are also close by. The kitchen had all the necessary equipment for our needs. We plan on returning!!!

The hotel was next to restaurants and not far from shopping at Dadeland Mall. I have no complaints, it was new, clean and peaceful.

The location is good if your visiting in the Kendall area, it's close to shopping and restaurants. The airport is only 30 minutes away.

You need to upgrade the breakfast with better quality eggs and better quality bacon. The frozen stuff in the bag is terrible.

Very clean, modern suites and property in a new, safe, and cool small shopping center surrounded by several restaurants. The only below par aspect was the tasteless, minimum free breakfast although coffee was good. I will definitely stay here next time I visit Miami.

The King Room is definitely not suitable for a family - when you open the sofa bed (which was not made) it completely blocks the room! The hotel is well maintained and looks new/renovated. Water pressure in the shower was very weak and breakfast was basic. Overall - disappointing.

I like how clean and well maintained the rooms are. The dining options around the hotel you have a wide variety to choose from. The breakfast in the morning is enjoyable and it changes daily.

Rooms are beautiful! Love the free breakfast, wish it was given until a little later in time; such as 10:30, as when I’m on vacation, I like to sleep in a little. Staff members were very nice!
