It was in a very rough area just behind a truck rest stop. When I first got there the room did not have a deadlock to be used or any extra lock of any kind, and it was a code to enter the room, meaning I could not fully lock myself inside. I brought this up, and at first the people in reception tried to explain the door self locks when you close it, as if I'm stupid and don't understand that. I explained that as a single female traveller I can't just rely on the locked door with a code, I need to be able to lock the door from the inside as well. Although unlikely, it is possible for someone to figure out the code and come in to my room. Eventually they managed to get me a maintenance guy who installed a lock on the door, but he also had to cut some things to make it work, and just left with sawdust all over the floor still there. The safety issue did get resolved, but took up a lot of my time, and energy. Also, the pool was empty (info says closed from November 1st, I was there in mid September). Even if it was open, I would not have wanted to get in to it from the looks of it.

Property is unkept, disorganized. Had a dog puke on the ground in front of my window, and they didn't clean it up that well Stray cats abound, some live in the attic space, I could hear movement. The rooms are clean though, so just don't go outside

Check in was plug and play on a machine with the help of a staff member (eventually) Door code was a good idea but not enough instructions on how to use it (Had to get staff member to come and show us how) No tv stations and couldn’t wifi to phone for streaming. Room was clean but tap in tub was loose and hard to find hot water on it. It’s a no frills motel but could be better. Staying another night in this area but not there.

Automated checkin computer wouldnt work for me. My shower was missing its shower curtain, had zero hot or warm water, water that did come out had rusty bits and color in it. Bed was comfy. Several stray cats around the lot act as security.

The contactless check in is a joke. My room was still not ready at 5:15 p.m. Fortunately I was able to find someone who checked me into another room. The temperature in the room was very hard to control, and I roasted all night. Worst, was the water temperature. My shower was mostly cold.

Starting from the pothole-ridden parking lot to the questionable cleanliness of the towels (there was black hair on the "clean" towel, my hair is gray)-it was pretty run down and dirty throughout. I didnt expect much though, I just wanted a cheap place to stay while working away from home. On a positive note, the bed was extemely comfortable and the unexpected fridge and microwave in the room was a plus.

Trash on property Mold in the tub and toilet. Electrical outlet not operating in bathroom. Sink stopper stuck so water couldn’t drain. Floor was dirty.

First our door was open (not closed) when we went to put the code in the door. Then, the sink looked like it had been used for painting and not cleaned up afterwards. EVerywhere you turned in the bathroom had loose black hairs. Like in one spot 20 strings at least. Along with finding hairs on the counter, tub and toilet floor. The lid to the seat was loose and at the bottom, it was stained a dark brown. No iron, no chair to sit down, no hair dryer in the room. Hard to lock doors top lock and had to lift and push closed. It was the grosses room I've ever stayed in my life. The bed was comfortable, the fridge worked and AV/Heat wokee correctly too.

Check in process and staff was great. But the rooms had dead bugs everywhere. Spiders in the sinks, roaches in the tub. The television ain’t work. The long term stays there are outside your door til 2am screaming at their kids; hanging out and playing loud music.

The place smelled of cat piss. There was cats everywhere outside. Alot of them . First room they gave me was never cleaned from last visitor . Second room they gave me wasnt clean at all . Both rooms reeked of cat urine and wet animal hair. I can smell it now. I wouldnt have stayed but my work paid for room . Im letting them k ow as well. Stay away.sleep in your car first.

Tv was in poor shape, however I did get a replacement. Towels were not available until the afternoon. Toilet paper also. My stay was actually for 4 days prior thru another booking in the same room. I probably would not book again. Did not like the pet friendly environment or lack of amenities.

To start with the Auto Check in kept saying my DL was expired, then went to my room to find no TP at all, and no Towels of any sort, front window says opens at 9 am i went in at 10 still not open had to call to get a hold of someone to get towels.

Went in to the room the refrigerator had defrosted an leaked so I went to the front desk and was told there were no other rooms. Keep in mind its midnight, so my husband and three kids with me, I asked for towels to clean it and I am handed a 4 by 8 fiber cloth when its a major amount of water on the ground and we explain this is not going to help and he said well i am just going to issue you a refund as if it was so much to ask for assistance in cleaning up a mess that was present in a room that was supposed to be clean. What makes it worse is I had done business at the hotel and the previous gentleman working were great and that was some months back. Its amazing that this is considered good customer service. Its not I rate this interaction at a Negative 10,000 for failing to attempt an issue that is a management problem and not a customer problem. Now they haven't answered hotels.com calls to confirm my refund, why am I not suprised. Raggedy businesses do Raggedy things, never fails.

First I booked a queen room and knew I'd be checking in late. I called when I booked and asked if that was okay and he said no problem. I arrived and the kiosk said my room was not available (no real person in the office). I called the manager and he said there was an issue and no other queen rooms so I can stay in a double room or find another hotel. Since it was 11pm I did not want to go through the hassle of another hotel. I asked if I could have a partial refund due to the room being a downgrade and he refused, again telling me if I didn't like it that I could go somewhere else. I was charged for a queen room on expedia and the receipt the kiosk printed out for my 2 double beds was less than that. (I do know that rooms are not always guaranteed when booking on expedia - that is not the issue). The issue is I paid for a more expensive room and he put me in a less expensive room and refused to do a partial refund and was extremely rude about it. Even after chatting with expedia and having them contact the manager he still refused to compensate for the difference between what was on the receipts. The inn was not full and there seems to be dozens of empty rooms, I can't imagine that there was literally no other queen rooms or why he would not partially refund the difference.

There should definitely be a zero star option for this one. I wasn’t looking for anything fancy. Just a clean bed and a locking door for one night. Couldn’t even get that. Went to the property to check in for my pre booked and paid for reservation. Their “lobby” was an entirely empty and unmanned room. No one in sight to speak with. A sign said to quick check in with an app but no app could be found. Another sign said to use the kiosk but it needed a password to be accessed. No password was provided and the other two kiosks looked gutted of internal parts. A ring type doorbell was there. It was broken. There was a number to call and I called 6 or 7 times and it went right to voicemail. The place looked absolutely abandoned. There was a window into what looked like a security room with a tv screen showing camera feeds but no one present. Reminded me of an apocalypse movie where all the lights and screens are on but there’s not a soul in sight. I ended up having to book a room elsewhere.

Nothing! It was messy all around. The room did not have a place to sit. The shower handle broke off and was not repaired for over 24 hours. When we asked for clean towels we were told the cleaning lady was off for 3 days. We never received clean towels.

Run down, very bare bones. Stayed only because of a dust storm. The toilet seat was broken & shifted terribly causing me to almost fall on the floor the first time I used it. Very dangerous! Deadbolt lock required assistance from manage on the outside pulling as hard as he could & me on the inside pushing to get it to turn & latch. Room looked like a teenager made up the bed & horrid sheets which were extremely worn & dingy. Floor not swept & a wet towel was rolled up on bathroom counter & no clean linens provided. Th only good thing to say really about this property is that the manager on duty was extremely helpful with rapid response to the issues, friendly & professional. I wish I could remember his name as he deserves kudos. Also I could add that it was quiet inside the room despite being very, very near busy interstate.

Very filthy room! Drove up and 2 couples lighting up crack pipes in parking lot by the rooms. We did NOT feel safe!!! We drove for 14 hours and were extremely tired or else we have drove to Tuscan. There were pieces of toilet tissue around the toilet. The floor was disgusting. The place should be condemed from any business!!!

Showed up checked in and while carrying my tools up to the room two drunk mexicans where helping themselves to the stuff in the bed of my truck. Went got my money back and told the clerk i didnt feel safe here. He refunded my money according to the amount on the reciept and when i checked on my credit card he had charged my card 26 dollars more than what the reciept showed. Strait crooked business from the gate.
