Right off Turnpike; off the main drag. Seems like part of the hotel was/is permanent housing for some. Parking fee was unexpected since there are empty buildings surrounding the hotel and plenty of parking. No other hotels in this area charge for parkikg .

It was very noisy at night up until about midnight. Additionally, there was a charge for parking at this facility. That was NOT expected considering the location.

I travel a lot and this property was definitely one of the best I have stayed at. Staff were very friendly, the room was clean and had a very comfortable bed. The gym had a nice mix of cardio and weight equipment. The breakfast was tasty with good options, even the coffee was good. There is a Target, Starbucks and dining options close by! Even a basketball hoop for the kids. The assistant manager was exceptional. I requested a late check out and there was no issue getting it as a valued Bonvay member! This hotel is definitely our go to for now on!

The staff was wonderful. The silverware was dirty. I parked in the back, but the lighting was not good. I did not feel safe to go out back once it was dark.

The staff was excellent - however the noise level was excessive and quite honestly it was a little shady - the parking lot was traveled by transients at all hours even found one looking inside my vehicle at night - luckily it was locked. if you are going to charge $12 per night for parking perhaps it would be a good idea to secure the lot.

Very poorly maintained. Fire Alarm was hunging on the ceiling, bathroom floor tiles were cracked and uneven, bath tub was dirty and paint was coming off and rusted. Room selled like urinary. I wish i took pictures. I was soo tired adter 10 hr drive.

I don't normally write negative reviews, but found my stay to be quite different from what I had read online. If I had paid a fraction of the price it would have been expected, but for how expensive the room was, it was quite filthy. Smelled of stale cigarettes despite being a smoke free building. There were some short hairs in the sheets, and lots of hair (same color) on the bathroom sink as if a guy had shaved his beard and it hadn't been cleaned. The shower drain was rusted and the tub floor was stained and just dirty. Shower drain clogged within a few seconds of the water turning on. Every other aspect of service was fine, it was just a dirty room.

Sheets had dried stains all over, had two flies in my room, no spoons in kitchen. Minimal supplies. Doors were old and very loud, I could hear them open and close all night. I did like that the microwave was set to be very quiet. Overall was fine but have been to much better Residence Inn properties and expected the same level of quality here.

We checked in and there was a terrible foul odor in the bathroom. They switched us to another room and it looked like the room wasn’t cleaned crumbs on the floor crumbs on the two chairs by the table, sticky table the bathroom smelt, nice lol had to strip off the comforter to get a fresh clean one had the temperature on cool 45 and it was hot. See pictures below of the thermostat the only Good part staff was super friendly. I think they need better maintenance and better housekeeping. Actually, I can’t even show you pictures because there’s no way to put them up.

Close to restaurants and grocery stores. Room was clean, and bed comfortable. Extended my stay by a day with no issues. The hotel did not perform cleaning services as advertised every other day. I did get new towels from the desk twice with no issues. This was not a problem for me because I didn't create a mess to be cleaned up anyway.

The room was amazing for what we paid. We liked it so much we are going to book a longer stay for our daughter's wedding in the fall. We are also going to suggest the older family members who attend the wedding stay there as well. Allowing the younger folks to stay at another location close to the Country Club.

The beds are comfortable. Use ear plugs to block sound. The HVAC unit was loud but with ear plugs, I heard nothing. Their breakfast has lots of options. Housekeeping needs to do better.

Enjoyed the spacious suite and the room was quiet. Bed comfortable but every pillow was way too soft. The condition of the floors and kitchen were well worn and the bathroom toilet light flickered almost all the time. Staff friendly. Disappointed there is no decaf tea options. Oatmeal bar is great but needs cinnamon.

I appreciate Katie, the lady at the front desk. She is a girl's girl. She looked out for me knowing that i was a woman and checking in alone. She made sure she gave me a room where i'll feel comfortable and safe. Give her a raise!! Thank you Katie. ( She was the one working that evening when i checked in on 03/14/24!

Very slow in checking us in. A room was not available when we tried to check in. Asked for additional pillows and never received them. Went to the front desk to check on them and no body was at the desk. After 10 minutes of waiting I gave up.

I was pleasantly surprised by the appearance of my room - it was spacious, clean, quiet, and comfortable. It was convenient to everything we needed or wanted to do. The outside of the property was nothing special and the building appeared to need some up-keep. Don't be misled by that; your room will be excellent!

The staff was excellent - however the noise level was excessive and quite honestly it was a little shady - the parking lot was traveled by transients at all hours even found one looking inside my vehicle at night - luckily it was locked. if you are going to charge $12 per night for parking perhaps it would be a good idea to secure the lot.

We were in town for my son's lacrosse tournament. The hotel was clean, rooms were very spacious with nice kitchen area. Complimentary breakfast is always a plus in our books! Lots of restaurants on the street where the hotel is located. Starbucks nearby was a perk!

Close to restaurants and grocery stores. Room was clean, and bed comfortable. Extended my stay by a day with no issues. The hotel did not perform cleaning services as advertised every other day. I did get new towels from the desk twice with no issues. This was not a problem for me because I didn't create a mess to be cleaned up anyway.

They did not have our correct reservation and now I have to contact them because they charged my card a higher room rate. The lobby was nice, staff was pleasant. The room was ok, we didn’t get the king we requested. The air conditioner kicked on and off all night and made loud noises waking us up every time it went back on. Breakfast was average Ok enough but would not book again

I stay here when traveling cross country to be with my Mom, who is in Assisted Living. I always like having a kitchen. This has a 3/4 size refrigerator, microwave, 2 burner stovetop, sink, and dishwasher. I only combine or warm up foods, but actual cooking could be done here! I love the breakfasts, with eggs, oatmeal, waffles, bacon or sausage (on different days), cereals, bagels, fruits and pastries. This is way nicer than coffee and pastries. The desk is very large, for spreading out. The door on my room was out of alignment and problematic. They had their guy look at it right away, but couldn't really do anything for it. I would like to see recycling in the rooms. I left my recyclables on the counter, but they probably got trashed. All staff was friendly. Would recommend staying here, especially for the kitchen and the hot breakfast.

Paid in advance on Hotel.com, and I told the front desk I paid to hotel.com. They requested to have my credit card for usd $20 deposit, but ended up I was charged Almost USD$79 for a room fee. Room had a bit of a smell. Like covering smoke or pet odors. Door was very stuck and lock mechanism worked most of the time. Breakfast only had 1 attendant and could not keep up. Very little food was out. Will not stay here again. Not terrible, but not up to par.
