First night we had to be moved 3 times to different rooms bc there were no TV or the TV didn't work ..2 out of the 3 (including the one we stayed in) had a cigarette odor or a smell of trying to cover up the smell of cigarette smoke. The receptionist on duty that night 5 stars very polite and helpful...the next day everything was terrible we moved to a different room same thing the smell of cigarette smoke being covered up the manager on duty whom we dealt with was very rude ignorant unprofessional.. she didn't even ask us any questions just accused us of smoking in the last room and when we tried to explain what we encountered when we moved into that room she just walked away . She immediately tried to charge my credit card and when the card wouldn't allow the charge to go through she called our room and to us we had to vacate the property or pay the additional fee which was outrageous more than the room itself i refused to pay and we were made to leave the property ... we were there for maybe 1 hour in the new room paid for the room for that night they refused to reimburse me any money for the room or for my deposit...Totally unprofessional...I believe it's all a money scam ...how they can just tell someone that they are smoking kick them out and charge them an additional fee on top of the fee you already paid for the room and the security deposit still has me baffled all this while having a 1 and 2 year old child with us ...

The room smelled musty. The a/c filter did not look like it had been changed in quite some time. The TV in one of the bedrooms did not work. I reported same to staff but it was not fixed. The coffee in the dining area was usually empty during the morning meal service. We had to go to a local store to buy our morning coffee.

Paid in advance on Hotel.com, and I told the front desk I paid to hotel.com. They requested to have my credit card for usd $20 deposit, but ended up I was charged Almost USD$79 for a room fee. I requested late check out. And I Asked IF they would charge me for a late charge. the front desk girl said NO when I Checked out
