Midford Mill

A very attractive old stone mill house beside a lovely flowing river. The house has been refurbished but there are areas that are not pristine .Some kitchen essentials were lacking. There is a good sized terrace and garden both of which we felt could have been better prepared. The terrace was in need of a sweep and the grass needed cutting . However we did enjoy our stay

A wonderful property. Perfect place for my daughter to get married from. We felt very at home.

Beautiful property and home, nestled on the outskirts of town. Very quiet. Peaceful. Relaxing. We had great family dinners outside and in. Loved our sleeping quarters. So pretty. Loved trying your Aga cooktop and ovens. So fun! We loved walking the foot paths. Great after dinner adventure. We would recommend highly. Somewhat difficult to find transportation to and from Bath. Bus not reliable. Ubers took quite a while to secure rides. Requesting rides quite a bit in advance did work for us.

This place was absolutely wonderful. It superceded all preconceived ideas of the home and location. We couldn't have asked for better. The trickling of water in the stream behind the home, flowers, back patio and beautiful view were very calming to the mind and soul. We wish we had a week to a month here. Just wonderful!!
