All and all it was a good stay. Booked for 2 nights. Positives are that the Hotel was very clean. They room had a decent layout. The room had a cooktop and full refrigerator. Temp in shower was hot. The negatives are there were no dishes or pots and pans to cook with. The mattress on the bed was very hard. It gave us back pains from sleeping on it. There were only 2 pillow on the bed. No extras. No iron in the room. The towels were not replenished the next day. Had to reuse what we had the next day. There was only one set of towels per myself and my husband.

Check in was quick and simple. Was a bit confused when the lady said she wasn't going to ask for the ID's of those who would be in the room with me ( my husband and 18 and 14 year old kids). We got a two - queen room and the lady gave us extra towels since there were only two in the room. The room was stark. No curtains, no art work. I sat on the foot of the bed and it tipped forward since it wasn't anchored to the wall. There were two standard paper- thin pillows on each bed. The beds were terribly uncomfortable and laying on my back I felt hyper- extended. Trying to log in to the wifi took me to a page where I had to pay for it. Overall, it served it's purpose; it gave us a place to sleep.

I loved the price and the kitchenette was nice. It was very noisy and shower water pressure wasn't the best. It was very clean and can't beat the price. Will likely stay again in the near future.

I found it quite upsetting that when I checked into what is booked as an extended stay property that they weren't allowed to issue guests any cookware or dinnerware because they don't have any dishwashers on site.

Even though the property seems to be newly built, the rooms at least mine was not clean enough, the shower curtain had some stains (looked like poops or vomit), there were neither iron nor iron board. The place was completely empty; you can't even make a coffee. Very terrible, I would not recommend to anyone.

The walls were thin, could hear people next door and people upstairs. I heard them so i know they heard us. Bed wasn't comfortable overall I will say the stay was ok. It was convenient and inexpensive. Service was great room was clean.

Not a good hotel for light sleepers. I had someone above me walking around all throughout the night and I got terrible sleep. The walls and ceilings are paper thin. I did get to go on the top floor my last night and it was much better. So stay on the top floor if you’re sensitive to sound. The only other thing was the tub and sink were dirty in both rooms. But staff were awesome and everything else went good. Beds are on the firmer side and the rooms are have a ton of space. I had issues with using the WiFi and you can’t get apps on the tv like Hulu, Netflix etc. I’d never come back due to how thin the walls are, kinda ruined the first half of my trip there bc I slept so awful. But it’s affordable so…

My room was not ready upon arrival 45 minutes after check in time. I had to carry all my stuff in at 1 am once I returned from the football game. My bed had a mattress cover with a zipper and was very uncomfortable. There were no room darkening shades I was given 2 flat pillows. People above me were up all night. I slept 2 hours. I will never stay here again. Worth the extra money to stay at IHG or a classier hotel

Well check out time is @ 11!!! I left for breakfast around 8:30 because they don’t serve breakfast. Made it back to my hotel room @ 10:08 to find house keeping inside my room with my belongings still inside. So I was upset about that. I took a shower & couldn’t find my bottle of expensive cologne. I go to front desk & said to the lady I believe I’m missing a bottle of cologne but I’m going to check my car 1st which I did and it was in my car. So I go to return my keys and was told I’m not allowed on property anymore because I threatened staff which is a complete lie. The lady at front desk was mad because it was a customer there when I stated nothing but facts. I’ve stayed here plenty of times. And acourse it’s some sketchy cleaning ppl @ almost all hotels & when I seen the person in my room I did apologize to him which nothing was missing the lady @ front desk was the problem

1. The woman at checkin was rude. Told my husband that if we were to smoke, we had to do it away from building, thst was fine. We only smoke in our car anyway, then told us no butts on griund, ok common sense since we dont thriw butts on ground, we have ashtray in car.it was her attitude and the way she said it. 2. Adked about upgrade to get a coffee maker in room, according to your we site you have this choice. But again with the attitude she said, we do t offer that, and thst there was on in the lobby. Which was out of order. Asked if there was a bathroom i could use and she told us thre was no public bathroom. Excuse me, in hotel thst we are staying at?? I have cancer and i had judt came from hospital after having a procedure done and needed a bathroom. She then hannded me a room key and told me to go to the 3rd floor. Where are room was but never told me which room. She got lucky that i made it to the room before a disaster happed thst someone else would have to clean up. After that, everytime we left the building or when we cane back we got discussing looks from her. We come to Indianapolis to see the oncologist. We will not be staying at your hotel again

And I ordered a handicap room ( I had a receipt) but had to take regular room because it was too late to book another hotel on the site it said room is your until 10;00pm Also had to wait for 20 minutes to check in because he left the desk to do something in a room, there was a number to call 500 but still no answer, so i just had to wait…

I reserved online, arrived at the hotel had to wait over an hours for them to find me in the system. Get to my room, very dirty. For 3 nights I hardly had any sleep as my room was extremely loud, doors slamming, people laughing, people arguing. Walls are so thin u can hear everyone's conversation and tell whenever they we using the bathroom. I would also like to mention breakfast was not available and lots of sketchy people as well live here. I left for work and almost got my leg chewed off my a pitbull that was living in the hotel. Do not come to this hotel.

Clearly an area with a high drug use population. Between the homeless man jumping over the guard rail, to the multiple people passed out in vehicles in the parking lot, and others opening doing drugs on the property I did not feel safe in the area and had to switch hotels. The room also had a terrible odor and felt like a prison cell.

Nothing was wrong with the property, per se.. but not much was right about it, either. Pillows were small and thin which was annoying, but being $150-200 cheaper than surrounding hotels made it easy enough to overlook. There was an unusual amount of paperwork to sign when checking in, but that is far from a dealbreaker. It was a smooth 15 min drive to Rouff (Deer Creek So if you’re on a budget and headed to a show, I recommend bringing a pillow.

Well check out time is @ 11!!! I left for breakfast around 8:30 because they don’t serve breakfast. Made it back to my hotel room @ 10:08 to find house keeping inside my room with my belongings still inside. So I was upset about that. I took a shower & couldn’t find my bottle of expensive cologne. I go to front desk & said to the lady I believe I’m missing a bottle of cologne but I’m going to check my car 1st which I did and it was in my car. So I go to return my keys and was told I’m not allowed on property anymore because I threatened staff which is a complete lie. The lady at front desk was mad because it was a customer there when I stated nothing but facts. I’ve stayed here plenty of times. And acourse it’s some sketchy cleaning ppl @ almost all hotels & when I seen the person in my room I did apologize to him which nothing was missing the lady @ front desk was the problem

The room was clean and basic. For the price, it provided what we needed. I was happy for the full size fridge and freezer, though it didn't seem to be as cold as it should have been. But don't expect any extras. No hand towels, no coffee maker, no cups. And the coffee maker in the lobby was out of order 3 out of the 4 days I stayed. But it was clean, which is important to me, so I did give it 3 stars. Just expect to provide many of your own essentials.

Hi If you are going there later in the evening.. dont get surprised to see closed counter … first time ever in my life One sign says call 500 using lobby phone … its a puzzle to find the phone .. u will find on the other side of the hotel… over there you will see another sign the phone is out of service so call another number from your cell phone to let someone know that you are here to check in. Some one will showup in 10-15min later and check you in. In the morning you wont see any body at the front desk either Beds are too cheap and mattress also, you will find no coffee cups, no iron, no coffee machine or anything Such a bad stay

I left before breakfast. The staff was amazing. There was a permanent ring around the bathtub that I thought was dirty. I did end up going to CVS to buy cleaning supplies to clean the bathtub myself, but I discovered it was a stain.

The staff was very helpful. I kept a classic car there for the big car show. They were having in carmel on saturday and I had no fears or problems leaving the car in the parking lot. The room was large and had good amenities for cooking or staying long term, but it did need more shampoo and soap for the bathroom and shower.
