⭐ 1 STAR – ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE! STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL! 🚨 WARNING TO FUTURE GUESTS: THIS HOTEL DOUBLES AS A CHURCH VENUE ON SUNDAYS, AND YOUR PEACE AND QUIET MEAN NOTHING TO MANAGEMENT! If you value your sleep, comfort, sanity, or hard-earned money, DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL, ESPECIALLY ON A SUNDAY! I have stayed at plenty of hotels, but this experience was absolutely ridiculous. The lack of consideration for paying guests, combined with poor maintenance, inadequate supplies, and terrible service, makes me question how this property is being managed. 🔴 A CHURCH THAT LITERALLY SHAKES THE HOTEL! Apparently, a church operates out of this hotel on Sundays. And when I say the music is LOUD, I mean THE MUSIC AND BASS ARE SO LOUD THAT THEY RATTLE THE ENTIRE HOTEL! This isn’t a little noise coming from a conference room. This is booming music that travels throughout the property, starting early in the morning and continuing throughout the day. Imagine paying for a hotel room expecting to relax, sleep in, or simply enjoy some peace and quiet, only to find yourself subjected to what sounds like a full-blown concert shaking the building! Here’s the kicker: THE CHURCH ACTUALLY LISTS THIS HOTEL AS ITS CHURCH ADDRESS ON ITS WEBSITE!

When we got to our room at 11:00 pm Oct. 9, we discovered that the toilet was not working, there was no water in the tank. We were told that no one was there to fix the problem and that no other rooms were available. She didn't know when anyone would be in the next day but that it should be early. I went to the front desk at 6:00 am the following morning and was told someone should be in at about 6:30. Since no coffee was available yet in the lobby, I asked if I could get a coffee pod for the machine in the room and was told that the coffee pods were locked up in housekeeping and she didn't have access. I called the front desk at about 6:30 am and was told by another person at the desk that no one would be in before 8:00 am to look at the toilet or to clean another room and get it ready. I then told her that if I didn't have either a new room or a working toilet by 10:00 that morning that we would not be staying for the second night. A few minutes later she called back to say they suddenly found a room available for us. The most frustrating part of all this of us was all the lies we were told by the people working at the front desk. No rooms at 11:00 pm the night before but suddenly at 7:00 am it was available. Since housekeeping didn't clean the room that morning it was obviously available the night before. How could a room with a non working toilet get rented out to begin with? For compensation, we were offered a comp. breakfast (which was also offered to other people)

Hotel horrível, não tem nada a ver com a rede. Cama suja, roupa de cama com cheiro de suor, equipe mal educada, café da manhã horrível e servido em marmita descartável. Não recomendo.
