My wife, our three children, and I spent a few days at Rixos Park Belek in August 2026. I have previously stayed at Rixos Premium Belek and Rixos Pera Istanbul, so my expectations for the Rixos brand were already very high. As always, we were welcomed by a beautiful, elegant, and luxurious hotel. Rixos Park Belek offers stunning green gardens, impressive architecture, and perfectly maintained surroundings. Our room was spacious, stylish, comfortable, and spotlessly clean. The staff were exceptionally friendly, professional, and service-minded—exactly what you expect from a five-star resort. The hotel has a fantastic beachfront location, a lovely pool area, and several restaurants with a good variety of dining options. A major highlight for our family was that Land of Legends access was included. This is an amazing experience for children, with both a huge water park and a theme park. Our kids absolutely loved it. The hotel also provided convenient shuttle buses, making transport easy and stress-free. To me, Rixos represents luxury, comfort, quality, and outstanding customer-focused service. This stay once again confirmed why we continue to choose Rixos hotels. During our stay, we had a few questions about our reservation, and the customer service was truly exceptional. Everything was handled quickly, professionally, and with genuine kindness, making us feel highly valued as guests. In my opinion, Rixos is one of the most reliable luxury hotel brands in the world.

This was by far the worst hotel and booking experience I have ever had. From the moment we arrived, everything went wrong. We had to wait more than three hours just to check in, which was completely unacceptable after a long journey with children. The hotel was also infested with mosquitoes. My children were bitten repeatedly throughout our stay, making it impossible for them to sleep comfortably. To make matters worse, despite booking a superior room that was spacious enough for our entire family, the hotel forced us to take an additional small room, claiming that two of my children could not stay with us. This was never made clear during the booking process and caused unnecessary stress and extra expense. This terrible experience completely ruined our family vacation. It became so frustrating that we decided to shorten our trip and even changed our return flight to an earlier date. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. The poor management, lack of customer care, and unacceptable handling of our stay made this one of the most disappointing travel experiences we have ever had.

After reading bad reviews about the property, I was little hesitant but I can tell it was a great hotel with plenty amenities.

Extremely Disappointing Cleanliness at Rixos Park Balek - Room 2166 stay from 5th to 10th Apr I must express my extreme dissatisfaction with the cleanliness of my room during my stay. The standards were simply not up to par. Specifically, there was a noticeable and strong stench coming from the toilet, which was highly unpleasant. Additionally, the floors were dirty, indicating a serious lapse in housekeeping. I expected a much higher standard of hygiene from a resort of this caliber, and unfortunately, this experience fell far short of expectations. I hope management takes immediate steps to improve the standards.
