This hotel is always a reliably comfortable, pretty clean stay with wonderful friendly staff. The only issue was that I reacted badly to the fragrance they have piping through the hotel and it made me cough a lot during my whole stay. It’s very unfortunate because it’s not the staff’s fault, but it’ll make it difficult for me to stay here in the future. Please consider lessening the fragrance, as I’m sure there are other guests as well who are allergic.

First I would like to say, the staff were great!! However, the rooms didn't look that clean to me and the closet door was glass and it was broke. The breakfast was okay. Most of all the hotel just looked dirty.

Overall: A Pleasant Stay with a Few Quirks The attendee at check-in was very pleasant and accommodating. We were initially given the wrong room type, and when we went to the room, the door was already open, which was a little concerning. However, the attendee was agreeable and helpful when we requested the correct room type, and the second room was exactly what we expected. There were a couple of odd details—the towel was arranged in a strange position on one of the beds, which was a little unusual. The air conditioning also struggled to keep up throughout the night, so the room was warmer than we would have preferred. On the positive side, the beds were super comfortable, and the bathroom was very clean. Overall, despite a few quirks, we had a pleasant stay.
