It was wonderful! Staff was great, room was clean. Check-in was fast and easy and so was check-out. The only issue was the elevator, other than that it was a great place to stay. Breakfast had a great selection.

Location was in a well lit and video monitoring of parking lot felt safe. Staff was amazing and very nice and respectful. Greeted with a smile and “good afternoon” or “how was your night”. Breakfast was pretty nice and had a decent spread. Check in and out was easy. Parking lot filled up on Saturday night but staff figured it out quickly.

It stayed here many times since it was built. It's a very nice hotel and the staff is very accommodating and friendly. I would like to personally think the manager who helped us and the staff who were present during our visit. The property is clean, quiet, secluded, well maintained and has EV charging. I literally feel safe when I stay here.

We got to the property at 6:15pm where we were informed our room wasn’t going to be ready for at least 15 minutes, which was surprising since it was 3 hours after check in. So I took my girls and found dinner. Came back to a room that had dirty sheets on the bed, floors a mess and hair all over the shower. In 5 days we stayed there staff didn’t speak. When I went to check out as soon as I walked to the counter staff went in the office. I rang the bell and waited about 5 minutes and nobody came out so I left. Breakfast was microwave sausage, over salted eggs and stale cereal. Nobody was working In the food area so if we ran out of anything it was just out. We won’t make the mistake of staying there again. Looks like a beautiful hotel on the surface. Very deceiving.

Clean, nice staff, secure with easy parking. Little bit of road noise at my end of the building, but good black out curtains. Room at a few cosmetic/aging signs, but was very clean. Overall chose this for price, location and convenience and it very much fit the bill. Staff was also very gracious when I needed to make a change to my nonrefundable reservation.

Comfort Inns have always been great, and this one was no exception. Very clean, comfortable room...this one had a great walk-in shower (big enough for my wife and I). This was a great addition. And of course, a very nice breakfast.

When turning on thermostat there were electrical snapping sounds, USB ports not fully working and were moving inside the wall, not locked in place. The corner trim pieces on the walls toward the ceiling were coming off to the extent that they were leaning off the wall. Freeway nearby was noisy at night and construction nearby a little noisy during the day.

I arrived at about 11:15pm (1:15am to my body clock) got up to the 5th floor and my keys didn’t work. I had to go back to desk & get new keys. The next day I came back to my hotel in the afternoon and got up to the 5th floor and again my keys did not work-back downstairs. Apparently the desk clerk the night before did not key them for a two night stay. Other than that apathy the rest of my stay was good. The lady at the desk in the daytime was very friendly & helpful!

All the staff I encountered were very friendly and hospital. From the front desk to the cleaning crew. Everyone was welcoming! Even the young msn watering the outside plants was hospitable. I enjoyed my stay and if I have to come back to Tacoma I already know where I’m staying!!!! Thank you for a great week!!! Room 209!!!

Clean, roomy, comfortable. The area seems a little sketchy on first impression but we walked to the nearby Mexican restaurant, which turned out to be very good, and had no problems. Good location for just popping on and off the interstate.

The property itself is great! Parking lot was newly sealed and painted. Looked brand new. The adjacent lot behind the building (where our window faced) looked like a junk yard and neighborhood in general is a little sketchy. Still would stay here again when in the area and the staff couldn't have been better. Excellent breakfast too!

Nice stay in a good location. Came for a concert at the Tacoma Dome and we were just a convenient 15 minutes away. Rooms were clean and comfortable however the walls were pretty thin and it was a little noisy. Overall a good experience.

Overall, my stay was good. I had an accessible room and it was helpful for my mom. Housekeeping was very helpful and understanding. Thank you Lady and Ms. Atmor(probably saying her name wrong. I apologize), they were excellent with ensuring our syay was good. Improvement needs to be made with breakfast. Overall, my stay was good. I had an accessible room and it was helpful for my mom. Housekeeping was very helpful and understanding. Thank you Lady and Ms. Atmor(probably saying her name wrong. I apologize), they were excellent with ensuring our syay was good. Improvement needs to be made with breakfast. It was wonderful! Staff was great, room was clean. Check-in was fast and easy and so was check-out. The only issue was the elevator, other than that it was a great place to stay. Breakfast had a great selection.

Upon arrival, the staff was very nice and greeted me right away. Felt safe in the property. Room was nice and clean and comfortable. The only thing I would change is the breakfast was a little bit bland but other than that, it was a very great stay and I will be back.

We were delighted to find it was near the train tracks, and we found an outstanding family owned Sushi restaurant quite nearby. The main disappointment was the staff were completely disinterested in patrons or requests, and when we arrived, they had the lobby closed off while they were spray painting the loading zone.

The evening staff member was very friendly and check in was easy. It area felt very safe and was easily accessible off the highway. The breakfast was ample with waffles, biscuits and gravy, eggs and cereals etc..Coffee was hot. The rooms are spacious, clean and nicely appointed.
