I stand there 43 nights and four days. On the day we checked in after driving fourteen hours. We get to our room. We could not shower. The tub was clogged, the sink was clogged. I pulled out a big glob of hair when I pulled up the drain cover and it still continued to be club. I was only able to wipe down because there was no hot water went downstairs. They changed my room when I get to that room. There were no towels and the room was not the cleanest I had to go back downstairs. Get towels and still know how water the next day. I again reported. I asked him for fresh towels. I put them out at the door like they asked. When I get back at late at night, no towels. The service was not that great, and nothing was done. To compensate us which, at that point, it really didn't even matter because we didn't even have hot water 42 days. So we got a real good bath. Late saturday night cause they finally brought someone out in fixed. Whatever issue they had with the hot water.

They gave us a handicap accessible room which was not needed. The curtains were broke and my husband had to climb up to try to rig them shut.The walls were disgusting as well as the bathroom. Would not recommend. Spend the extra and go somewhere else.

Was staying with a group. Hotel staff was helpful but surprisingly it is part of Marriott. Breakfast was disappointing and even the coffee made me sad. Bed was uncomfortable but room was decent size and room service had to be requested which was fine. Location is behind a gas station but everything else needs to be driven to.
