Wir waren überrascht wie sauber und neu alles ist. Die kur war perfekt dank Artztbesuch. Am ende waren müde aber glücklich.. sehr Empfehlenswert!! Wir kommen wieder😁👍👍

We come here every year but this year the dude at the reception put a dent in our stay as soon as we arrived. Zero communication skills. Absent from the reception every 10 minutes he would disappear for 10-15 min. He refused to open the doors between our rooms claiming he does not have a key. His colleagues confirmed that was a lie. We had to change our sleep configuration (small kids) which was a major inconvenience to say the least

Thai is a new hotel in excellent condition. There is air conditioning. The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance to Bear Lake (Medve-to). The indoor spa is tastefully decorated and the staff is very pleasant and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

Pros: very friendly and helpful staff, clean rooms, nice spa area, great location Cons: it was too warm in our room and we were not able to adjust the temperature
