There are many stairs not only at this hotel but at many of the hotels in the area so if you are handicapped just be aware. However the staff at Zara Cave Hotel is very helpful and will carry your bags to and from your room as well as show you the amenities. The bathroom is well appointed and includes all kinds of items including toothpaste and toothbrush. The breakfast is wonderful with freshly made pancakes and other yummy delights. The view of the floating balloons early in the morning is easy to watch from one of their balconies.

I will recommend Zara Cave Hotel to anyone and everyone! We stayed in room 102, the Fairy Chimney, and it was a great experience. Everyone working at the hotel was extremely helpful and kind. The breakfast was great. The hotel had three to four rooftop areas and offered an amazing view of Göreme and the hot air balloons in the morning. The first night we stayed there, the restaurant directly next to the hotel had live string instruments playing, and it felt absolutely magical.

Great Hotel in Goreme with very good location. Lots of restaurants in the area. Staff is very friendly. The room was nice but the pillows they provided are extremely thick and very uncomfortable. When we enquired about a thinner pillow option, we were told that they have no alternatives and we have to suffice with the same thick ones which gave us uncomfortable sleepless nights. They should carry both options. The included breakfast buffet was great . There is absolutely no parking options at this hotel. The front desk asks you to park on the street, but there is quite a bit of uphill walk from the hotel. Be ready for lots of uphill and downhill walking in the area. Great views from the rooftop.

The most unique hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The patios have perfect views of the town as well as the hot air balloons. The breakfast buffet is delicious, fresh, and fulfilling! Hotels, walking distance from everything. Front desk is amazing service. Müslüm Was helpful with all transportation arrangements and just overall great at responding!

The setting was gorgeous with 5 terraces all with beautiful views! Their restaurant spread for breakfast was amazing and drinks always complementary! Room was super cool and staff was so hospitable, warm and very helpful!! Would def stay here again!! Walk everywhere and really experienced authenticity!! Thank you Zara Cave Hotel staff for a wonderful stay for our family!!

The hotel is gorgeous and the staff are exceptional. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable - they are truly among the most friendly and hospitable hotel staff we’ve ever met. The facility itself is brautiful - four terraces, each with breathtaking views in each direction. We would 20/10 recommend the Zara Cave Hotel.

Hotel muito bem localizado, a poucos metros do centro de Göreme. Vistas incríveis da cidade. Quarto confortável. Equipe muito atenciosa, nos ajudaram no planejamento as atividades que realizamos, fizeram as reservas, providenciaram o transfer ao aeroporto. Agradecimento especial e Emre, que facilitou tudo isso. O hotel oferece café da manhã, chá e café ao longo do dia, mas não funciona para almoço ou jantar. Mas há ótimos restaurantes ao redor, facilita tudo. Acordar vendo os balões passando perto é um super bônus.

We loved this hotel. The staff was excellent and helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable. I can’t say enough good things about this place. The staff coordinated our transportation, balloon photos, tours, and balloon flights. They made everything so easy. Definitely try the complimentary mineral waters because they’re amazing.

We loved our stay in Goreme at Zara Cave Hotel! We did not want to leave! Great staff, very clean. Room 204 was wonderful! The location was great and the view from the terrace was phenomenal. We got great pictures! One note for travelers, there is no parking on hotel property. However, street parking is so easy to find in the town. Don't worry about not finding a spot. Id just recommend staying away from the tight streets and stick to the main drags.

Zara Cave Hotel and Cappadocia was the highlight of our 10 day trip to Turkey! The view of the hot air balloons from the rooftop terraces is one I’ll never forget! The staff were very friendly, the bed was very comfortable and our room was large and clean. We couldn’t ask for anything more from our stay! Oh and the breakfast was very extensive and delicious as well! Thank you for an awesome stay!

We would give this hotel 10 stars if that was possible. This small hotel is steps off the main street of Goreme with it's restaurants and stores. It was opened in 2109, and is beautifully and tastefully designed with a meticulous eye for detail. The rooms are spacious and well appointed, and the mood lighting is spectacular. The stocked mini-bar is free, as is the coffee and tea, in the room as well as in the breakfast room, where they serve an extraordinary Turkish breakfast, which is not to be missed. Service at the reception, and in the breakfast room, is exemplary and really commendable. Our transportation and tours were perfectly organized. Prior to our arrival, they were quick to respond to our messages. The one recommendation we would suggest is better lighting in the bathroom. Thank you Zara Cave Hotel for a memorable stay.

Zara Caves is a lovely hotel. I was a little worried before we arrived that our room would be dark and feel a little claustrophobic as it had no windows, but there was no concerns when we arrived - the room was very well lit and spacious and it was nice to do something a little different to what we're used to. As a family of 4 with two older children - the room was a great size (we were in King room 103 - the largest room at the hotel). The hotel is in a great location, right in the center of Goreme, so all the good restaurants and shops are within walking distance and all of the tours are nearby, so the drive is never too long. The highlight for us was the terraced areas where you can watch the balloons in flight at sunrise. We had the chance to go up in a balloon but wanted to see them from the ground too, and the Zara Cave terrace was the perfect place to do this from. The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful, messaging us well in advance to offer suggestions for tours etc and to help with transfers to the airport. We couldn't fault anything and would definitely recommend this hotel for your stay in Cappadoccia.

Incredible views. Hotel staff was amazing. The two people working in the restaurant were absolutely amazing. Our room was kind of tight for space but it was amazing having a jacuzzi with windows that open to see the balloons during sunrise.

Our stay was amazing! The hotel helps with booking excursions, such as hot air ballooning, and transportation to and from the hotel prior to your visit and all of the staff are friendly and very helpful with anything you may need. The rooms are beautiful, very clean, and a great location. And most important the views of the hot air balloons from the hotel patios is breathtaking. The balloons come in so close you feel like you can teach and touch them. I would easily stay at Zara again!!

The hotel is accessible to all restaurants and shops. the staff are very accomodating especially Muslum. The room is spacious enough to fit 3 guests.Their rooftop had an amazing view for the hot air balloon. Will recommend to all tourist visiting cappadocia
The hotel is accessible to all restaurants and shops. the staff are very accomodating especially Muslum. The room is spacious enough to fit 3 guests.Their rooftop had an amazing view for the hot air balloon. Will recommend to all tourist visiting cappadocia

Zara Cave Hotel was the best hotel we stayed at during our entire trip to Turkey. The property is absolutely beautiful, located in such a scenic spot. Our room was fantastic. It was spotless clean, cozy, and with the exotic touches of the pottery items displayed on the wall. The bathroom was spacious and luxurious as well. The hotel had a couple of balconies from which the baloons can be observed in the morning. A lot of other sitting areas beautifully decorated with traditional rugs and table ware were created for the enjoyment of the guests at the property grounds. The breakfast was amazing, including freshly cooked items plus a huge variety of cheeses, olives, sweets, fruites. The staff spoke very good English and was super friendly and kind. We strognly recommend this hotel.

Excellent property with great staff. Located perfectly in the center of town with spectacular views. Room was very nice, clean and for the cost really exceptional. Only negative comment was something basic like their pillows. They were hard and cheap, versus a comfortable down/feather pillow. At the very least they should offer feather options upon request. I would have even paid more. The beds are super firm so combined with a stiff pillow was unable to sleep and woke up sore and not rested. Just a suggestion the hotel should consider. Oh - and they don’t have ice at the restaurant. This is sort of odd considering preference by westerners for ice. Have a small ice machine is very low cost for the property and basic hospitality for international clients.

We loved this hotel. The staff was excellent and helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable. I can’t say enough good things about this place. The staff coordinated our transportation, balloon photos, tours, and balloon flights. They made everything so easy. Definitely try the complimentary mineral waters because they’re amazing.

The staff at this hotel were exceptional, they organized everything for us from hot air balloon tours to horseback riding to airport transportation. Beautiful property with lots of scenic view points that are perfect for pictures. Steps away from everything you want. Highly recommend.

The breakfast experience was one of the highlights—fresh, delicious, and beautifully arranged. Mariam and Ismail were absolutely amazing and incredibly welcoming every morning. Their kindness and smiles made each day start perfectly. The airport shuttle service was also outstanding. Both drivers were professional, kind, and made us feel completely safe and comfortable during each trip. Emre is a great manager of the hotel. Waited for us to check in till 9:30pm and gave us lots of information about tours before we arrived and after we checked in.Zara’s breakfast is very nice. Staffs in the hotel are all very nice and helpful. Recommend Zara to all who are looking for a nice place to stay in Goreme! Btw, they have nice balcony to shoot balloon photos in the morning.

We are very grateful for the efforts of the hotel colleagues. Due to schedule constraints, the hotel allowed us to check in two hours early on the first day. On the last day, due to schedule constraints, after returning from the Red Route, the hotel still arranged a place for us to shower so that we could continue our trip. We are very grateful for their hospitality. If we visit Cappadocia again, we will still choose this hotel.

A fantastic and exciting experience in a beautiful Göreme valley. The manager of Zara Cave Hotel Mr. Emre Eker was extraordinary in every detail and supported my family in everything. Mr. Hakan also from the hotel was very kind, he helped me I had a memory problem on the phone and he solved it. In these four days of stay the hot air balloons did not fly due to the weather and we could not find a place for ourselves....but Emre and Hakan helped us to take the hot air balloon on the last day of our stay. Thank you all, we will be back.

This was a wonderful experience. The hotel manager Emre and all the staff treated us so well and were extremely hospitable to us. The hotel is very intimate with 17 rooms, so it felt very cozy. Beautiful terrace to watch the hot air balloons fly in the early morning, there is truly nothing like it. The cave room was very cool. Highly recommend this hotel.

Overall property was great. From date that reservation was confirmed, Emre the hotel manager reached out to introduce himself and to offer recommendations on anything that would be of interest to us. Upon checkin we met with Emre and he again went into a detailed introduction of property, services and excursions that are available to hotel guests. All hotel employees were great and friendly. Nurula went above and beyond with his attention during breakfast and during anytime he saw me or anyone else lounging anywhere on property. I definitely recommend. All photos are as advertised.

Cappadocia was magical and the staff at Zara cave hotel were amazing. Maryam cooked the most amazing breakfast with fresh cakes and mezze and pastries. The location is great near the main street in goreme but fat enough away that you won't hear the noise. The terraces were a perfect place to see the balloons in the morning as they came right over us! A delight!

We loved our stay in Goreme at Zara Cave Hotel! We did not want to leave! Great staff, very clean. Room 204 was wonderful! The location was great and the view from the terrace was phenomenal. We got great pictures! One note for travelers, there is no parking on hotel property. However, street parking is so easy to find in the town. Don't worry about not finding a spot. Id just recommend staying away from the tight streets and stick to the main drags.

Great Hotel in Goreme with very good location. Lots of restaurants in the area. Staff is very friendly. The room was nice but the pillows they provided are extremely thick and very uncomfortable. When we enquired about a thinner pillow option, we were told that they have no alternatives and we have to suffice with the same thick ones which gave us uncomfortable sleepless nights. They should carry both options. The included breakfast buffet was great . There is absolutely no parking options at this hotel. The front desk asks you to park on the street, but there is quite a bit of uphill walk from the hotel. Be ready for lots of uphill and downhill walking in the area. Great views from the rooftop.

Equipe muito atenciosa, nos ajudaram no planejamento as atividades que realizamos, fizeram as reservas, providenciaram o transfer ao aeroporto. Agradecimento especial e Emre, que facilitou tudo isso. O hotel oferece café da manhã, chá e café ao longo do dia, mas não funciona para almoço ou jantar. Mas há ótimos restaurantes ao redor, facilita tudo. Acordar vendo os balões passando perto é um super bônus.

朝ごはんがとっても美味しい！！途中部屋のシャワーが壊れたけど2回言ったら直してくれた。毎日ルームクリーニング入ってくれて綺麗にはなるけど、使った備品を補充してくれないのは残念！街にすぐアクセス出来るし、ホテルに住み着くにゃんこはベリーキュートだし、トータルGood！！

The most unique hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The patios have perfect views of the town as well as the hot air balloons. The breakfast buffet is delicious, fresh, and fulfilling! Hotels, walking distance from everything. Front desk is amazing service. Müslüm Was helpful with all transportation arrangements and just overall great at responding!

Tyckte allt var perfekt, vi hade ett rum med jacuzzi, dock slutade den fungera men eftersom de hade så bra service gav de oss ett nytt rum som var till och med större och med en jacuzzi. Vi blev så glada och tacksamma, stället var fantastiskt och låg centralt och nära till allt man behövde. Personalen var extremt hjälpsamma, vi blev chockade att bli så bra bemött av ett hotell. Tack så mycket!!
Tyckte allt var perfekt, vi hade ett rum med jacuzzi, dock slutade den fungera men eftersom de hade så bra service gav de oss ett nytt rum som var till och med större och med en jacuzzi. Vi blev så glada och tacksamma, stället var fantastiskt och låg centralt och nära till allt man behövde. Personalen var extremt hjälpsamma, vi blev chockade att bli så bra bemött av ett hotell. Beautiful hotel with wonderful staff. We had a fantastic 3 nights staying in cave room 207. The hotel was offset from the road allowing it to be quieter and more peaceful than the busy streets of Goreme would suggest. The 3 terraces are beautiful and a great place to watch the balloons from. Although the hotel doesn't have an alcohol license, you can buy wine and beer from the shops opposite and take it up to the terraces to drink.
