Zeydem Suites

We had a wonderful stay at Zeydem Suites and truly enjoyed every moment of it. The hotel is a beautiful blend of Cappadocia’s history, traditional architecture and modern comfort. Staying in a charming cave/stone suite was a unique experience, and the atmosphere of the historic building and beautifully maintained garden made the stay even more special. The room was spacious, comfortable and beautifully decorated, while the entire property was peaceful and full of character. The location in the historic Esbelli area of Ürgüp is excellent, offering a quiet atmosphere while still being within walking distance of the town. What really made our stay memorable, however, was the warm hospitality and attention of the staff. Everyone was friendly, helpful and genuinely welcoming. The breakfast was also excellent, with a wonderful selection of fresh and delicious Turkish specialties. Zeydem Suites is a place that offers much more than just accommodation — it offers a genuine Cappadocian experience. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful, authentic and comfortable stay in Ürgüp.

The room Ac was really almost non functional. Given how hot the temperature was I wish they have better AC system. Infact the 2nd bedroom had nothing to keep you cool. Our kid had to sleep in the couch due to that. Other than that the property is really nice well maintained and staff is excellent and very attentive.

Magical property in the hills of Urgup. Zeydem has less than 20 rooms, enough to make you feel you're in excellent company, but not crowded. Rooms are HUGE cave rooms, and what I would describe as rustic luxury. We stayed at senior suites with, sitting rooms, huge tubs and delicious showers. In the mornings, breakfast is served in the dining room and is a major asset: Delicious, fresh, excellent service. We also had dinner in the dining room and it was equally super. Big shout out to the dining room manager. THe owner is friendly and helpful and the staff could not do enough for us, including booking our Hot Air Balloon ride.

Tekrar bu bölgeye gelirsek hiç düşünmeden aynı otelde konaklarız. Gönül rahatlığıyla herkese tavsiye ederim. Odamız çok temiz, konforlu ve özenle hazırlanmıştı. Kahvaltı hem lezzetli hem de çeşitliydi. Bizi en çok etkileyen ise personelin misafirlerine gerçekten değer vermesi oldu. Kendimizi evimizde gibi hissettik. Her şey için tüm ekibe teşekkür ederiz.

Konumu itibarıyla pek çok yere eşit yakınlıkta olması Kapadokya’yı keşfetmek için büyük avantaj. Otele girişten çıkışa kadar geçen sürede personel hep nazik ve yardımseverdi. Oda boyutları kesinlikle ortama üzerindeydi. Restoran, oda ve otel geneli tertemizdi. Yerel lezzetlerden oluşan kahvaltı ve akşam yemeği de bu konaklamayı daha da unutulmaz yaptı.
