Mumu by Bernalo Hotels

This was our first time in Guatapé and wow! What a great first impression - from the moment we were greeted with cookies in the reception area to spending the evening relaxing in the magical oasis of our balcony. What made our stay even better was the incredibly kind and helpful staff. They went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of, that we had a good time and they gave us some tips so we could get around town. We even had fun practicing our Spanglish with each other. This was by far the best customer service we've experienced during our whole trip to Colombia. Special shoutout to Deisy y la sonrienta que trabaja en la recepción: muchas gracias por todo y esperamos volver algún día! The only feedback we would give is that, on one of our 2 nights, our neighbours were playing their music very loud for several hours long. Although the backyards are very private, they are still very close to each other so it's important for guests to be mindful and respectful of others so everyone can enjoy. (But I think this has more to do with inconsiderate guests vs. the hotel itself.)

Excelente hotel, bella vista, localización

Todo maravilloso pero los huéspedes en las diferentes cabañas parecen hacer competencia a ver quién pone la música más duro. Ese es el detalle negativo de este hotel dónde al parecer no obligan a los huéspedes a poner la música con un volumen moderado
