7 Days Hotel

The location is out the way of busy streets. Security was very nice as well as staff. I stayed for a weekend but was exploring the city most of the day so it’s a pretty neat hidden gem to rest after a long outing. Vending machine was provided for snacks in the lobby.

The place was very clean , a few broken things like ice machine and vending.also machine took no cards. No fast food near unless u have car u good ,staff was awesome ,also mo coffee a stated in reservations so 7 out of 10

Nice,clean hotel, convenient to highway.Closet shelf support was broken, and no access to Netflix or prime video due to their network issues, I guess. Rear parking is small so when it's full you have to park on the street. The bed was comfy though. Overall it was a pleasant stay.

The Elevator was not working

Room was dirty smelling like smoke ice maker was broken the elevator was out of service the front desk never answers yhe phone the worst experience ever never again

The overall experience was ok. A few things to note: the bed linens and comforter has cigarette burns and the property is right next or an expressway. Also this hotel also rents it's rooms by the hour and the common breakfast station had coffee tea and condoms.

It’s a decent place for the price however the room floors was very dirty and the room smelled like a smokers room. Also I asked if someone could come and clean the floor and do something about the smell, the guy at the front desk at the time of my check in said he would send someone I waiting over 2hrs and no one came. I went back the speak to the man and come to find out his shift ended and was no longer there. So I cleaned the floor myself. Also it took over 4hrs for me the get an iron as the rooms dosent have any. Would have been nice to know that in the booking details

Upon arriving at this hotel, I became immediately concerned at the lack of cleanliness of the property. I was also overwhelmed by the smell of cigarettes and marijuana. The smell intensified when I walked into the building. The hotel claims that it is a non-smoking facility, but that is clearly not the case. My brother who has severe asthma began to react poorly to the smoking almost immediately. The entrance at the back was completely unmonitored and open (should be card-access only like the front entrance), and it was filthy. Our shoes were sticking to the floor. The smell was abominable. When I went to check-in, the man who was working barely spoke English and communicated mostly through hand gestures. The room key holders made of paper were being re-used guest after guest; they were dirty and wilty - another indicator of problems to come. Upon entering the rooms (we booked 2) we very quickly spotted how dingy and grimy this hotel and our rooms were. The curtains in both rooms were falling off the walls. Neither of the rooms were clean. In my parents' room, a previous guest left a towel hanging in the closet, and it was still there when they got to the room. My parents' bathroom also had not been cleaned, and the shower/tub was disgusting. There were also people screaming somewhere on the 2nd floor that we heard immediately upon getting off the elevator. We were in the hotel probably 20 minutes (between checking in, seeing the rooms, and checking out).

Im giving this 1 star because of the bedbugs. The room was clean but the bedbugs were a huge issue for me. I didn’t just see 1, I witnessed 5 of them. Never again will I stay there or recommend it to anyone. Which is unfortunate because the rooms are pretty, staff is polite, check-in & check-out is simple, and the area is convenient to airports and food. Although bedbugs is just a huge NO especially because I had my 8 year old child with me. Big NO NO!

Bed was uncomfortable. Sheets had stains on them. The comforter had cigarette burn holes. Had to ask for a wash cloth and iron/iron board. The front desk worker was nice enough to let me check in an hour early at no extra charge. The hotel/guests were noisy at all times.

This place was nasty. No washclothes, no clean towels.. The place smelled of marijuana smoke, which gave me a headache.I drove all the way from Staunton, VA. They KNEW I was coming. The bathroom lights were going off and on. The sheets were dirty, so I slept in the chair. It was supposed to be a room for two people, so at the last minute, I think he placed me in that room because I was by myself. I booked a room for two people, but they could not take the drive with me. It was a total waste of my money. Plus, at the function, I started itching from the towels I used. That picture is nothing like the lobby.

Room was ok. Not a hotel where you feel welcome, or enjoy lounging about. If you want an oasis for family to enjoy, this isn't it. Beds were clean and did not smell, but they were very used.

My room's door did not lock from the inside. However, they had no rooms that I could use. I have kept the chair by the door.

As a avid user of your service this property is a big disgrace to hotels.com and should be removed fron the app. The pictures are a true disalussion to the actual property and left a very bad opinion. There were many holes in the wall, no closet or place to but u bag coat or any thing. I felt un safe as the space between the door and floor you could clear see into the outside hall. I didnt lay on the bed as the dedding was very dared and unsanitary looking. The room looked nothing like its posting on your website!!!i could go on and on and i have video and photos!!! Please remove this establishment.

We booked this in an emergency situation. It was very hot in the room. We were not comfortable. The beds were not comfortable at all. It was extremely loud and we were hearing a lot of yelling from other rooms.

Was greeted by reception having been trashed by an irate guest. Photos are not representative of the hotel. The whole place needs a refurbishment. The rooms are basic to the point of minimal. Unfortunately cheap nasty towels provided and room has had a basic clean. No real attention to detail. The room door is flimsy and light pours in from the corridor at night due to the gaps around the door. The main issue is noise. I expected a certain amount of road noise due the large overpass outside but main issue was noise in the hotel. Noisy guests with no consideration for others but noise throughout the night and especially early morning from whatever the staff were doing. I’ve never experienced anything like it at a hotel before. I had to turn the a/c off at night as it was like having a car revving up in the room. Bed was fairly comfortable apart from the thin sheets covering a thick plastic covering over the mattress. Overall very disappointed. I was looking for somewhere that I could use again when visiting New York but will be avoiding booking here.

What made it more likable for me was the staff I've been there a few times before and I love the way that make me feel there and never been rude never treated me bad always polite always nice and if I had any problems they would fix it right away

I couldn’t get my room even after paying because it doesn’t state when booking you have to be 21+ so I’m waiting for my refund that I have yet to receive

We were denied staying in the hotel because only one of the two adults had their ID. Expedia had us prepay and now we have to fight to try and get the money back because the hotel would not refund us. So we had to spend the money, had no place to stay, and have not gotten a refund

The person that checked us in did not read my reservation and put us in a smoking room and We are non smoker. He did not mentioned that the room he was putting us in is a smoking room. We checked in drop off our bags after completing a 3 hours trip. We didn’t notice the scent in the room until we came back to the room after 1:30 AM.We were there for a wedding in the area and thought that this would be a convenient place to stay. Anyway, The next Day there was someone else at the reservation desk. After explaining myself and the situation and telling her that we need the room to have 2 beds. They eventually changed the room to a non Smoking room to a king size bed. I was once again disappointed in my how my complaint was handled. I was told that the manager will be on site the next day. He never was never there. The guy that checked us in did not apologize but rather tried to make it seems that it was our fault. I will never go back here again. The rooms had no closet or space to store personal belongings if you’re staying more than 2 days. The soap liquid was not working both rooms.

Basic hotel. It’s also a short stay hotel so if you book online through hotels.com you won’t be required to pay a deposit when you arrive. They are very strict with showing ID for your guest so please be aware they will treat you like your someone who is trying to sneak a group of people in so if you have a guest just bring them to the front so they can take their information but God forbid that person doesn’t have their ID they will deny them. The security guard is there just in case anyone gives them a problem. I guess there’s a lot of human trafficking concerns since they have that information posted in the front as soon as you come in. This should certainly give you an idea of the vibe and type of hotel this is. The bathroom however is surprisingly immaculate.

The neighborhood felt kind of questionable. Certainly no shopping around. Lots of freeway overpasses guaranteed quick lift an Uber pick up. Hotel lobby had well stocked variety of vending machines efficient staff behind safety glass check in process simple. My only real complaint would be that made service was nonexistent during my stay. I was out most of the day every day I was there Never got my roommate. Never got new towels. Never got sheets changed.

What was unique was that the day have a security guard which kind of makes you feel safe just because it's off of highway and Bruckner Boulevard so you know I don't know I just felt sexy there was a security guard there I also like the fact that they are vending machines were well stopped and that the concierge desk carries change to break bills in order for you to have to use the vending machines they also have a really nice kitchen area with a coffee pot and the microwave is there and the table it's nice and clean all the staff was very nice rooms were kept clean Atlantis were changed out everyday they even give you a little bit of time if you need to like me continue to rebook in the morning before they tell you how very nice people especially the young lady that works during the day

Our stay was great. Honestly, not 1 complaint, except there weren't too many stores readily available & the vending machines don't take cards & theres no change given. The staff was great, though. Was there a few days & they were all helpful & courteous.
