We booked this place because they said they had a pool, sauna hot tub and air conditioning so we figured we can enjoy the last 4 days of our trip. As we were checking in I asked where the pool and everything is located and they informed us that the original pool, hot tub or sauna due to maintenance which was really upsetting. They did not give us any notice or warning of this as if we would have known would not have booked our stay. Next big issue was the air conditioning or should I say lack of the air conditioning unit was set to 16 yet the room would not go below 26° and when you have four people in the room one lady who is 87 it was very uncomfortable. They ended up sending someone to try and service the AC without informing us and they wandered right into our room at their leisure with all of our stuff laid out and then made a mass and spilled approximately 5 gallons of water all over the floor and it did not fix anything. Very disappointing trip. I will not recommend this place.

Schönes und sauberes Apartment inmitten einer belebten Gegend, trotzdem kein Lärmproblem. Personal sehr freundlich. Frühstück auch sehr lecker.

O apartamento era em um prédio sem portaria. Um apartamento grande, porém os colchões das camas eram duros, um travesseiro fino, horrível. O banheiro não tinha box e nem cortina, as toalhas de banho bem velhas e encardidas. Um horror. E depois de cada banho precisava secar o banheiro. Não voltaria jamais.
