Nice hotel, very good shuttle schedule (every 15mins from airport to hotel), free t&c at reception which was handy, bus into city, down the road, returning to the airport there is a cost and the shuttle only runs every 30mins

Booked this hotel because the price was fabulous. It has great reviews and it’s super cute. I love that it has a gym, library, bar, ping pong, fuse ball and so much more.

Lively decor. Too bad there's not much to do in the area. The shuttle bus to the airport was booked above capacity on two occasions, which seems to defeat the purpose to having a reservation system for the shuttle bus.

What a cool place! Great style and function in the rooms. The staff was kind and helpful. The airport shuttle was frequent and no where near as crazy as the Ibis’ shuttle - so worth the small surcharge.

Airport hotels have specific challenges: Super long queue during check in with wait time > 20 min. Dinner is warmed up freezer food for high price - avoid! Rooms ok but loud traffic and airport noise even with closed windows - also no desk for working. Gym doesn’t have treadmill. I’ll try to avoid this in future.

The hotel no longer has a "free" airport shuttle as they once did. There is no shuttle charge from airport to hotel. There is, however, a 4.5 Euro charge from hotel to airport, 3.5 Euro for Bonvoy members.

The property is beautiful, staff is lovely and helpful. The only downfall was I found a small blood stain on my cover and small little unknown insects crawling around.

The room was spacious and clean. We ordered food from the hotel restaurant, which was decent, and were able to take it to the room to eat. The airport shuttle was 4.50 each, which I didn't realize would be an extra charge. My only complaint was that I booked a room with a queen bed for myself and my husband but upon arrival, we were told we were assigned a twin - apparently because they had "overbooked" the doubles and so the computer automatically changed it. They were able to change it when we explained that there was no way that we would be able to both fit in a twin, but we had clearly indicated on the reservation that it was for 2 adults.

The Moxy is a great hotel near Schiphol airport. The crew is very friendly and helpful. Room cleanliness is top notch, one of the cleanest and well kept I've stayed in. The location from Amsterdam Centrum is not super ideal, but it works. Parking at Moxy is 15€ a day, so keep that in mind. The food at the bar is not the best, tastes cheap and microwaved to me. The airport noise is quite loud, but that is to be expected. The area around is hotels and industrial areas mixed. Not much food within walking distance, only McDonald's.

Muy cerca del aeropuerto, cuentan con servicio de transporte para ir y venir para poder trasladarse hacia la zona turística de Amsterdam o ciudades vecinas. El personal muy amable, el cuarto amplio, cómodo, una TV gigantesca, conexiones USB y contactos eléctricos por todos lados, el baño amplio y cómodo. El hotel en general está diseñafo y decorado de una manera retro pero juvenil, muy bonito y cómodo!

This hotel feels new and was very clean. The beds were comfortable. My only complaints are that they only give you one pillow per twin bed and that the shower could've been hotter. The airport shuttle was convenient, and it didn't take us long to get to the airport. I'd stay here again!

Hotel itself was lovely, on the booking site says complimentary airport service- We used the shuttle service FROM the airport several times (Note: it is chargeable TO the airport! . Complimentary water and hot drinks machine in bar area a bonus. Rooms were clean and well maintained,considering its is so close to the airport it was quiet. Mcdonalds just a few mins walk too. so overall I recommend this hotel.

The staff was rude and unprofessional. I was treated less than because I used Expedia. The room I reserved was not given to me because of this. They shut down the coffee machine at night so you have to pay for coffee. This was free at other hotels. Please never book this hotel.

The breakfast was great, had many different options to choose from. The staff at the front desk were very helpful and nice. This is a perfect hotel if you don’t want to stay in the middle of the city and don’t mind a short commute to the center.

Very rude old man driving shuttle bus just for Moxy. I was at hotel shuttle stand and everyone else were picked up in a timely manner. Moxy hotel isn’t listed in any sign. Finally after about an hour I see shuttle bus with Moxy on it. About 12 of us stand and wave and he drove by and the airport with nobody in the bus. When he finally showed back up 45 minutes later he was so rude and he turned away many of us cause he didn’t want to load anymore luggage. Why employ someone like him because you’re going to not only lose my business but so many more. He is a money pit in a horrible way and if Moxy doesn’t address this then don’t go there!!!

Crumbs on the floor of our room when we entered. Restaurant tables not cleared well. Pizza was burnt. Paid for mozzarella sticks that did not arrive with our order without comment. Upon questioning, staff said they could not make them, and could not reimburse us. Had to get a manager to straighten out the bill. This took almost a half hour of our time.

It is conveniently located by the airport and 1/2 hour one way to Amsterdam and 1/2 hour the other way to Zandvoort a beach town. Just not much to explore around the hotel area and not much to do in the hotel itself. I would also ask that you get a few washers and dryers for those who stay longer to do laundry. Fun vibe though with the music

Das Zimmer war bereits ein wenig abgenutzt. Angeschlagene Ecken an den Möbeln und Flecken auf dem Boden. Einrichtung ansonsten identisch zu andern Moxy Hotels inklusive der umstrittenen automatischen Fußbodenbeleuchtung. Frühstück war dank der automatischen Pfannkuchenmaschine gut, davon abgesehen im Umfang eher reduziert. Mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln von der Innenstadt Amsterdams erreichbar, ein Taxi ist allerdings die bequemere Variante. Das Hotel bietet einen Shuttle der einen in 10-15 Minuten für 4,50€ direkt zum Flughafen bringt.

This hotel is not near the airport. Transportation is limited. You have to walk to get to it. The only way to get around is when they taxi or ride a shuttle bus a mile away some of the staff you cannot rely on. They get wrong directions when you’re asking. they make it inconvenient for you if you need to go to the airport in the a.m. time of the morning I wouldn’t recommend this hotel. I’ve had problems with their service.

Really nice hotel. Only complaint it is in a bit of an industrial area and there is nothing around to see or do. However they do have a shuttle that runs to the airport where you can quite easily get around from there.

Beautiful hotel , 10 minutes from the airport. The shuttle is available every 15 mins ( from the airport to the hotel is free but from hotel to the airport 4:50 per person) Staff very friendly and professional. The hotel and rooms super clean and it smells good. A McDonald’s 5 mins walking distance if you need to grab and go … Stay with my friend for 5 days and I’ll go back anytime.

The Moxy is a great hotel near Schiphol airport. The crew is very friendly and helpful. Room cleanliness is top notch, one of the cleanest and well kept I've stayed in. The location from Amsterdam Centrum is not super ideal, but it works. Parking at Moxy is 15€ a day, so keep that in mind. The food at the bar is not the best, tastes cheap and microwaved to me. The airport noise is quite loud, but that is to be expected. The area around is hotels and industrial areas mixed. Not much food within walking distance, only McDonald's.

The breakfast was great, had many different options to choose from. The staff at the front desk were very helpful and nice. This is a perfect hotel if you don’t want to stay in the middle of the city and don’t mind a short commute to the center.

Crumbs on the floor of our room when we entered. Restaurant tables not cleared well. Pizza was burnt. Paid for mozzarella sticks that did not arrive with our order without comment. Upon questioning, staff said they could not make them, and could not reimburse us. Had to get a manager to straighten out the bill. This took almost a half hour of our time.

Amazing hotel, amazing staff, really clean. 5 minutes from the airport, which you can get to via a private shuttle bus every 15 minutes apart from between 10am-11am and 7pm-8pm We stayed here to avoid high prices in Amsterdam central and it was just a 5 minute shuttle bus then a 10 minute train into central. Hotel does pizzas 24-7 which are the best pizzas! Didn’t have breakfast but the variety is pretty good for a quick breakfast. Nothing much around the hotel, as in you couldn’t really go for a walk and see anything. I’d definitely come back here as I haven’t got any complaints at all. Better than expected and the hotel staff were just lovely and friendly

Airport hotels have specific challenges: Super long queue during check in with wait time > 20 min. Dinner is warmed up freezer food for high price - avoid! Rooms ok but loud traffic and airport noise even with closed windows - also no desk for working. Gym doesn’t have treadmill. I’ll try to avoid this in future.

It's a lovely hotel, helpful staff, good air conditioning, but the noise from other people slamming their doors is AWFUL if you're not a deep sleeper. I asked for a fan to sort of tamp it down a bit, but they don't have any for guests to use. Friday evening, I heard bass throbbing from the room above me. Friday night I was hearing doors slamming shut (not on purpose, they're just heavy doors) until 3 AM and the housekeeping women were banging on doors and yelling down the halls at 8 AM the next morning, so I barely slept. I'm a pretty light sleeper; if you're not, this hotel will be great.
