El olor de un elevador era de raro a feo. Esta vez no habia cafe listo en el desayuno. En general bien.

Las instalaciones están bien, limpias. Comunicada con el metro lagunilla, cuánta con estacionamiento seguro

El precio es muy buena con estacionamiento y vigilancia 24hrs. Instalaciones amplias. El desayuno es tipo buffet americano muy reducido y sazón malo, todo es hecho a base de químico o muy procesado, sin embargo cuenta con lo básico para desayunar

Great price, minimal furniture and decor, big shower,clean, friendly front desk staff. Nice terrace area. Close to outdoor market. In need of new towels. No hair dryer or iron, can ask at front desk

Hotel bem localizado com fácil acesso ao centro. Vários restaurantes próximos. Estacionamento era bom. Meu quarto tinha apenas ventilador e não ar condicionado. Também não havia frigobar mas minha estadia foi positiva

La chambre était propre. Les draps, les toilettes, la douche, le lavabo étaient propres. La chambre a été faite tous les jours. Deux bouteilles d’eau (de 355mL) sont offertes chaque jour. Il n’y a pas de service de laverie. La peinture pourrait être refaite, traces de bagages sur certains murs. Le personnel est aimable.

The property has a feeshly renovated feel..in not brand new.Very clean. Our trip has been a back packing honeymoon. So we have gone with inexpensive (hotel just to sleep and feel clean and get clean)but fresh and very clean and well kept and this definitely fits that bill. All the coffee you can drink and fresh grind and free. Complimentary breakfast had four hot selections(kept fresh on rotation) and then typical continental selections it was good( my wifes Ukranian and very picky and she was happy with the breakfast). Easy to get to one bus ride to the national anthropology musuem and the castle(and not long) which are both definitely must see while in Mexico.. and you can mingle with the friendly locals. Show them courtesy and they are more then happy to be just as friendly back :) All though not in a pretty neighborhood its definitely a must for a quality back packing hotel. We lost one umbrella on our trip and hotel front desk gave us one last night so we could go out to dinner in tropical like lightning storm with rain and hail. Walking distance to all the Mariachi (lots of bands)you can handle and a great indoor dinner bazzare. This hotel definitely a diamond in the rough so to speak. There is also a nice center of building courtyard filled with lots of planted local plants, and the small but adequate gym is right next to it.Our trip has been about spend less on accommodations but still get quality of life and my wife and I have been really happy with this place.

La habitación muy limpia me gustó que el café es gratis las 24 hrs

la limpieza en el baño no es buena encontré barios cabellos en la regadera.

Los únicos inconvenientes fueron que nunca nos limpiaron la habitación, solicitamos una frasada por qué teníamos un poco de frío y nos dijeron que hiban a checar si tenían y jamás nos mandaron nada. Fuera de eso todo estuvo muy agradable limpio en buen estado y el servicio fue bueno

地铁方便离景点也不远；员工虽然不会英语但是还是会尽力交流，态度也很不错；一楼就是停车场停车很方便；早餐虽然不丰盛但味道不错。但是设施和卫生很糟糕。房间毛巾床单三天从未更换，地板上有沙子和头发，床板上有大量脏东西。窗户非常薄外部噪音很容易传入，半夜经常能听到摩托车的巨大声音。没有风扇只有一个噪音很大的风扇。淋雨没有门水会弄的厕所到处都是。床头插座不好用很轻易就会滑落。拐角处的房间非常小而且伴有巨大噪音（换房间即可避免）

La vez pasada no tuve ningún detalle con la habitación, la de ahora estaba sucia la cama, había cabellos entre las sábanas y con rastros de suciedad que se sentían al tacto, deberían tener más detalles con esto ya que mis hijas y esposa son alérgicas al polvo y fue el problema que tuvimos

Habitación limpia, el desayuno está bien en relación a lo que se paga por noche.

El desayuno es muy limitado en la variedad que ofrecen, dos días con lo mismo esta bien pero cinco es mucho. Las toallas se ven y se sienten viejas y de mala calidad

The service at this hotel is excellent, and the rooms are always clean. We have used this hotel in the past, and the experience is always excellent.

El recepcionista nos atendió con brusquedad y la habitación olio a caño toda la madrugada.

The room was is condition, but lacked some basic amenities, such as vent in the bathroom, a/c, etc. The staff did not speak English, so it was hard to communicate.

Everything was good except that there was NO air conditioning! It’s really hot!

En general, bueno lo que sí mejoraría es el servicio de internet la TV tenía roku pero nos sacaba constantemente de las apps y el control de TV se trababa mucho

This property is very well located, friendly stuff. Bed and pillows were to hard for me. Also my room didn’t have AC I don’t know if the whole property don’t have it, the weather was fine for no AC at the time of my stay

This hotel has a great location, the only problem is that is located between two main roads, Reforma and Eje Lázaro Cárdenas. You can hear the street noise all night long.

This hotel looks great in pictures but there is a major issue with the rooms. They do not have air conditioning. They have a large fan but the room has a large window that makes it impossible to cool down with a fan. Avoid this hotel in summer or hot days.

Walking distance from Garibaldy, taco stands, Mercado and subway station. The only down side was the shower it had no door or curtain so it was always super wet and slippery in addition the towels were quite worn out and thin. Other than that I would stay again.

This hotel is very nice and a big plus is that breakfast was included, even though it did get stale pretty fast. The room was spacious and clean, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. With that being said, one thing I didn’t like was that the walls were really thin so you could hear everything.

Terrible la atención de recepción al ingreso, una oersona Jugaba en el celular y no prestaba atención a las necesidades del cliente, habitación incómoda, falta amabilidad al personal. Calificación 2 de 10, terrible

La recepción pésima, creo no tenían habitaciones disponibles aúnque teníamos ya la reservacion, esperamos 3 horas par que nos entregarán la habitación.

Guess at night are very loud and the staff does not do anything about it to keep them quiet. In fact, the receptionist play louder music to make matters worse.

Decent hotel, but with a poor breakfast and reception process was slow. We arrived 14:30, we weren't allowed to check-in and had to wait 30 minutes. When we got back there was a line with all people trying to check-in, if they had just checked in upon arrival and given keys later, that would have helped with the customer experience!

Clean comfy. Staff rude. Very close to everything walking distance. It is a very busy area. Lots of food close by and shopping. Parking was good, never had a problem parking.

The morning staff, Eduardo, was especially helpful.

A great no frills hotel, clean with a great traditional breakfast(no powdered eggs). Great location to the historic district, metro and places to eat. Free and safe parking in their garage a bonus.

I didn’t even get a chance to check in, there was a few people doing drugs by the entrance. I didn’t feel safe at all. try to cancel but it was too late.

This hotel is an airport hotel, not the ideal choice if youre staying longer than a night. No A/C, the rooms only provide a strongish fan. The sun shines directly on the windows so that creates more heat for the room. Lots of homeless in the area.

La estancia fue buena, la ubicacion no es mala, pero esta rodeado de barrios no muy seguros, mientras andes con cuidado todo estará bien, el unico detalle es el desayuno, es poco y no tiene mucha variedad...

Clean room and very convenient location for walking. I felt safe and breakfast there was tasty

O lugar era de fácil acesso ao metrô e comércios locais. O café da manhã bom, tinha quemoegar uma semha para acesso e fracionada a parte de comidas que eram postas por funcionários com pouca quantidade. E uma senhora que servia muito rude e grosseira. O quarto muito bom, amplo, chuveiro bom, só senti falta de um frigobar para bebidas geladas ou colocar alguma comida trazida da rua. Os funcionários não te olham e nem são gentis. Muito frios, mas respeitosos. Existe o barulho da rua pois fica ao lado de uma avenida principal e alguns hóspedes um.pouco barulhentos.

La alimentación debe mejorar, es repetitiva. Su personal es muy serio y limita los alimentos. Falta un recipiente para basura fuera del que tiene el baño.
