The young lady that checked us in was so sweet, friendly, and helpful. The room was spacious and clean. Beds were comfortable. Air worked great. The pool was clean and awesome for the littles. Entire property was clean and updated. There is a Bbq restaurant you can walk across the parking lot to that was great and convenient. Awesome breakfast with biscuits, gravy, sausage, omelette, pancakes, you name it. The lady at breakfast was nice and was working very hard. I really appreciated all the staff. They are to be commended and make the hotel. I recommend and would definitely stay here again. Thanks for a great overnight stay on our trip.

I was in Enterprise Al for work and i needed a room last minute to stay there in Alabama again. It was a great experience with top notch customer relations very clean room, great hot shower with very updated amenities. I would recomwnd staying at this location if you are in this area.

Stayed for a week. Staff and service was excellent, friendly. Internet and facilities worked very well for remote working. Swimming Pool, laundary machines, breakfast was very nice.

We were unable to stay there. When we arrived, we were told the place was not pet friendly. Even though the website said pet friendly and your site said pet friendly. But the receptionist at the counter was very helpful and understanding. She referred us to another hotel, (Candlewood suites). We also got our deposit refunded even thou it was a last minute cancelation.

Only given 2 towels. One regular coffee and one decaffeinated. Went down to breakfast at 9am nothing left. Then couldnt get into our room on last night because battery in door lock was dead and we had to wait about 20 minutes to get it fixed.

Upon arrival the sheets in our rooms were crushed and in poor condition. In one room the sheets were dirty. The manager and front desk staff were courteous and responsive in changing the sheets. I was disappointed that shortly after checking in and arriving to the room I had to wait to rest because the sheets were dirty. Unacceptable!!! whoever cleaned the room had a nerve leaving dirty sheets on the bed.

Felt safe and location was good. Nice breakfast setup. Staff at check-in was very welcoming. Could improve on cleanliness of common area, did t seem as our hallway was ever vacuumed hoben the same piece of tissue was on the floor during our entire stay. Asked for a specific item to be refilled by housekeeping, never happened. Overall an okay place to stay.

There was Blood on one of the pillows!!!!!! Also the carpet in half of the room was wet. I feel like a refund should be made. I talk to the manager and it Embarrassed her. I’m sure I won’t hear back from this. And that’s sad because I’ve always enjoyed doing business with you.

This stay, was okay I hate we were so far away from things we were there to visit family in Troy Alabama and it took away from the time to spend with family. The hotel was okay we did see one roach in the room but for the most part the room was clean the staff was nice and friendly. I would not stay there again if I'm there to visit Troy but if I was there to hang out in that town which is Enterprise Alabama I possibly would stay again.

Room was clean but….blinds were broken and would not open…no hot water for 9 am shower. We had very disturbing, noisy neighbors our last night. We didnt report it since we were leaving next morning. Breakfast was average.Overall, we were disappointed with the accommodations….considering the high price to stay there. We expected it to be better than much cheaper motels we have stayed.

The room was damp. It had been raining for several days so we know the humidity was high everywhere but our clothes were damp in the morning. The moisture was good for our sinuses, though, so we slept good. Staff was friendly. Our room did have some areas in the bathroom that appeared to be poorly repaired from damage but it was only an aesthetic issue.

The night lady and the lady who helped us with the daily breakfast service were totally amazing! I hope they both get a raise. It was totally clear they wanted to make sure we were happy with everything and that all of our needs were me. Sadly, I didn’t get either of their names. But I do have to say there was not a single employee we encountered who didn’t do above average service. Bottom line, the staff at this facility is to be committed, awarded, compensated but most of all service was the priority. Nothing but the best.

The night lady and the lady who helped us with the daily breakfast service were totally amazing! I hope they both get a raise. It was totally clear they wanted to make sure we were happy with everything and that all of our needs were me. Sadly, I didn’t get either of their names. Our room was clearly accessed while we were out. Staff didn’t care. Then when we showed there was a beeping sound coming from the wall, she was still unconcerned. She finally gave in and moved us to a handicapped room. The following morning, while trying to get ready for my son’s wedding, there was no hot water available to shower. We switched to the Hampton and they took us immediately so we could shower and get ready. Even offered breakfast even though we didn’t stay the night before. No one at the Holiday Inn seemed friendly or concerned about their guests comfort or satisfaction. Not welcoming upon check in or when they were issues. Desk person shared that she has the flu too. Just what I want before attending a family wedding.

It wasnt my favorite Holiday inn. We sat up front for a solid 20 minites for the front dest guy to let us know he canceled our reservation as a "no show" we got in after mid night. I stay at hundreds of hotels a year and this has never been an issue. He then double charged me. I also asked for a king on the reservation and i got two double beds. It was a tight squeeze for the gf and i on one of those. It was a nice bed though. Very comfortable.

We were over charged, tried calling to get this resolved and was given fax numbers to call, numbers with no one answering, and shuffled around until we had to file a complaint with our bank. We will not go through this hassle again and we go to Enterprise several times a year to visit our daughter.

We were over charged, tried calling to get this resolved and was given fax numbers to call, numbers with no one answering, and shuffled around until we had to file a complaint with our bank. We will not go through this hassle again and we go to Enterprise several times a year to visit our daughter.

Key cards to the rooms never worked. We had to make multiple trips to the front desk to get new key cards. No blankets or pillows for the pullout couch. I had to stand at the front desk for 10 mins before a worker came to the front desk. Not kid friendly. Employees didn’t like the kids outside plying volleyball or football. Breakfast kitchen staff was RUDE, especially the older lady working the morning breakfast. Extremely understaffed. Hotel was completely booked out for the weekend, and they only had ONE employee working the front desk.

I didn't like the attitude of the employee who worked with the breakfast. I did ask for the remote to change the channel she said it's on the news. Like sorry can't have it. Rude. Also, this morning having an early coffee with my husband I saw an employee on her cell phone and telling me to lower the volume of the tv, for what? So she can listen to her show on the phone? Rude. Also our room was a handicapped room. We didn't ask for a handicap room. We r 60+ but not handicap. The refrigerator didn't cool enough. The toilet holder was semi out of the socket. So.... unsatisfied staying. Thanks.

Felt safe and location was good. Nice breakfast setup. Staff at check-in was very welcoming. Could improve on cleanliness of common area, did t seem as our hallway was ever vacuumed hoben the same piece of tissue was on the floor during our entire stay. Asked for a specific item to be refilled by housekeeping, never happened. Overall an okay place to stay.

This stay, was okay I hate we were so far away from things we were there to visit family in Troy Alabama and it took away from the time to spend with family. The hotel was okay we did see one roach in the room but for the most part the room was clean the staff was nice and friendly. I would not stay there again if I'm there to visit Troy but if I was there to hang out in that town which is Enterprise Alabama I possibly would stay again.

We were traveling on our way to the Gulf Coast and stopped here overnight! We found a friendly staff, clean, well-appointed rooms with everything we needed, and a terrific, hot breakfast the next morning. We couldn't be more pleased with the night's stay. We will definitely stay here next time we're in the area. Thanks so much for a great experience!

The young lady that checked us in was so sweet, friendly, and helpful. The room was spacious and clean. Beds were comfortable. Air worked great. The pool was clean and awesome for the littles. Entire property was clean and updated. There is a Bbq restaurant you can walk across the parking lot to that was great and convenient. Awesome breakfast with biscuits, gravy, sausage, omelette, pancakes, you name it. The lady at breakfast was nice and was working very hard. I really appreciated all the staff. They are to be commended and make the hotel. I recommend and would definitely stay here again. Thanks for a great overnight stay on our trip.

Stayed for a week. Staff and service was excellent, friendly. Internet and facilities worked very well for remote working. Swimming Pool, laundary machines, breakfast was very nice.

Only given 2 towels. One regular coffee and one decaffeinated. Went down to breakfast at 9am nothing left. Then couldnt get into our room on last night because battery in door lock was dead and we had to wait about 20 minutes to get it fixed.

This was the very worst hotel that I’ve experienced in my lifetime. The common area / A “two thumbs down”. Potato chips, gold fish crackers along with dirt and other filth was strewn in the hallway next to the elevator. My Room Accommodations - Horrific. The first room I checked into there was no air conditioning (out of order). It was no less than 85 degrees in the room. After moving to another room, it was evident that there was old second hand smoke that had been lingering for a while. Being a non-smoker who is extremely allergic to smoke, it was the worst might of my life. I was determined to ride it out because we had just gotten settled into a new room and it was already after midnight. We ended up leaving very early that morning because we had it with the mustiness, filthy room, and stale smoke. I will never, ever, again stay at this holiday inn. This place needs to be destroyed. Awful, just awful. The only bright spot was the exceptional customer service by the front desk clerk.

This "new" Holiday Inn Express is a very nice addition to the area, away from 84 traffic noise. Very clean rooms, great breakfast, very good coffee, friendly staff. Clean pool is a nice bonus too, it's 95 today and toasty
