Staff was top notch. Nice renovation of 3 ancient factories. My wife said she wishes the floors and walls were thciker due to noise transmission, I didn't notice. The bathrooms are very nice, the large king bed could have been more firm for us. The roof top bar and the BBQ restaurant are crazy good. Very walkable, bagels across the street.

Super cute boutique hotel with spacious rooms and great restaurant next door. Roof top bar too. We stayed here for a concert at the Hard Rock Hotel and took a nice cab that they recommended. Uber was not readily available. great room and saved $250 by not staying at the Hard Rock.

The property and room were fantastic - well-designed, comfortable, and full of charm. We especially loved the record players in each room and the great collection of vinyls available in the lobby. It’s a unique touch that really made the stay feel special. The front desk staff was very pleasant, especially James, who gave us some great recommendations for local restaurants and things to do when we checked in. His friendly, helpful attitude really made a great first impression. Being in downtown Bristol, the parking was a bit unusual (split across two separate lots) but that’s to be expected in a city setting. With the central location also came some street noise and a bit of rowdiness from late-night crowds. Unfortunately, through no fault of the hotel, we had a concerning encounter with another guest who was clearly intoxicated or unstable. The front desk and security team responded quickly and professionally, helping keep us separated from the individual. When we made the decision to leave early around 12:30am, the security guard kindly escorted us to our car and kept watch as we packed up and hit the road. Despite the unexpected situation, we really appreciated the staff’s professionalism and support. This is a well-run property with unique character, and under different circumstances, we would’ve loved to stay longer.

Unique hotel with a restaurant on site. On certain nights they offer live music and a rooftop bar. Just a short walk on State Street to other restaurants. About a 15 min drive to Bristol speedway. 20 minute drive to outlets.

Nice adaptive reuse of an old mill, candy factory, and grocery building in this complex. The brick buildings gave great atmosphere, and the views were impressive. The themed hotel was fun, and the buildings are well-maintained. Very walkable to shops, restaurants, coffee in Bristol, and convenient to highways for travel/day trips. We ate in the restaurant for breakfast which was kind of pricy with limited options. We also ate dinner there (had BBQ) which was very good.

The Sessions Hotel in Bristol is easily one of the best hotels that I have ever stayed in. The parking is ample and attached to the hotel. The check-in process was quick and seamless. The front desk staff was professional, friendly, and knowledgable. The room keys are super cool and look like casettes. The room was extremely clean. The floors appeared recently vacuumed, I couldn't find dust anywhere (even behind furniture), and every surface looked clean enough to eat off of. The rooms are music themed. There are microphone lights, music themed artwork, and framed song lyrics. The beds are comfy and inviting. There were no issues with any light switches, outlets, remotes, air conditioning, or the tv. The tv is easy to plug into if you have a firestick, chromecast, gaming console, or other similar device. The bathroom was both beautiful and immaculate, one of the cleanest bathrooms I've ever had in a hotel. The shower had both a stationary head and detachable head, which was a first for me. The toilet is separated from the rest of the bathroom by a door which is great for privacy. The restaurant attached to the hotel also had some great food. I recommend the pulled pork. If I am ever in the Bristol area I will be sure to stay at The Sessions again. 10/10 Highly recommened.

My stay was very brief but enjoyable. I arrived late, but the friendly person working the front desk checked me in and oriented me to the basics I needed to know quickly and kindly. The room and the hotel overall were impeccably clean and well-designed. Highly recommend!

I loved the aesthetics of this property. This was my first stay. Check-in was easy, there was plenty of parking, I loved my room, and the extras (coffee, bottled water, aromatherapy, etc.). The only two negatives was the AC unit was a little loud and the pillows a little too big. But that’s something personal to me and may not affect anyone else. I would absolutely stay at this location again.

Room was beautiful. We had a queen suite. But it went down hill a bit from there. The walls were paper thin and we had to listen to neighbors tv all night. Also we requested room service (towels trash etc) and they did not do it. We had full trash and no bathroom supplies by end of trip.

This hotel iwalls are like paper - the drunk people next to me would not stop being loud. I called the front desk - they did nothing - then the drunk people started ‘having relations.” I called the front desk, and they did nothing - no offer to move rooms - no one went to the other room to tell them to be quiet - I had to leave with no sleep at 3AM - they knew this and did nothing - I refuted the charge, and they fought it - they are thieves - the service was nonexistent. It’s shocking and disturbing. I’m very upset.

Very cool and unique property. The lady at the front desk was very sweet and nice. The only problem I had, was the we showed up for check in at 4pm. We had to be at the Paramount down the street at 6pm. When we checked in, we were informed that our room just needed to be inspected before we could go there. We ended up sitting in the parking lot for an hour before they finally gave us our room keys at 5pm. We had to rush to try to get ready and ended up being 15 minutes late to our show because of it. We came from North Carolina for my Wife's birthday, and while we have enjoyed our trip so far, the late check in put a damper on our evening.

We had to be at the Paramount down the street at 6pm. When we checked in, we were informed that our room just needed to be inspected before we could go there. Staff was top notch. Nice renovation of 3 ancient factories. My wife said she wishes the floors and walls were thciker due to noise transmission, I didn't notice. The bathrooms are very nice, the large king bed could have been more firm for us. The roof top bar and the BBQ restaurant are crazy good. Very walkable, bagels across the street.

the lady when we checked in wasn’t the friendliest of people, very short and no smile, made us not feel very welcome, after we had made our way to our room we went downstairs to be greeted by James who was absolutely fabulous made us feel very welcome, and helped us with taxi recommendations and couldn’t do enough to help us, the same lady was there this morning checking us out and did not make any effort to smile yet again, no thank you, how was your stay, we would love to see you back, that is not good customer service by marriott standards!

The property and room were fantastic - well-designed, comfortable, and full of charm. We especially loved the record players in each room and the great collection of vinyls available in the lobby. Awesome place to stay very unique. Very comfortable staff is very friendly. We were there for a concert at the Theater in town which was easily in walking distance. Overall great place we will definitely come back and stay again.

The themed hotel was fun, and the buildings are well-maintained. Very walkable to shops, restaurants, coffee in Bristol, and convenient to highways for travel/day trips. We ate in the restaurant for breakfast which was kind of pricy with limited options. We also ate dinner there (had BBQ) which was very good.

Wonderful hotel! So friendly and welcoming. King suite was so clean and comfortable we were blown away. The only thing I would say to fellow travelers. If you are got to want to sample the restaurant next door make reservations. Do not think you will get a table quickly.

Super cool hotel. We were on road trip to Austin — stayed in Bristol Hotel on way there, and this place on the way back. The BH was fine, but this place hands down more spacious and way better. Very stylish and hip — this place would be totally at home in NYC. It is in a renovated former factory/grocery store/grain mill (or something like that). Very sensitively renovated — with all kinds of touches reflecting that the 1927 Bristol recording sessions were done here. The only very slight modifications I would suggest to the management — get real glasses (made of glass) and coffee cups in the rooms — everything else so high end (including Molton Brown products) — why are these disposables? And get half and half rather than Coffeemate for the coffees. But these are really minor details, the rest of the vibe of this place very cool. And staff kind and friendly. Good BBQ in adjoining restaurant.

My only complaint (and it’s a very minor one) is I wish the hotel had an onsite fitness center for guests. Apparently, guests’ only option is the local YMCA or another offsite fitness place (neither one of which is particularly walkable and for which, I assume, guests have to pay a fee).

This is a beautifully repurposed building that makes a quiet, spacious hotel. The property is very clean and we like the vinyl record players we even brought our own records this time. My wife liked the beautiful landscaping and I like the fact that it’s attached to an outstanding barbecue restaurant! lol!

This is a unique and enjoyable hotel. The room was extremely well appointed and we loved the old record player (that actually still worked). The room was extremely clean and the bed very comfortable. My only suggestion would be the shower wall should be extended so the water stays in the shower stall..... But we loved the place and would not hesitate to stay here again.
