The first room was poorly cleaned the floor The second room had 1 fork 1 butter knife no dish towel. The staff was unavailable no one at the front desk. Some people paid a pet fee while some guests were told upon arrival that they could claim there pet as a service dog but u see they weren't because service dogs dont run up to people. Charging $40.00 for one skillet & pot another 30.00 for 2 coffee cups,plate & bowl.(they advertise fully equipped kitchen) lol.. The pictures they show u online are very old pictures. The garbage was over flowing with stinky garbage all over that area. U have watch where u walk because dog poop 💩 is every where. Because we complained. Susan the manager we were baned from all Woodsprings in the further.

Weird hotel! There is no one at the front desk after a certain hour. On the weekends, there’s no one at the front desk after 2:00 PM, when you check in, there’s nobody there. You have to be buzzed in the TV had no remote. It was filthy dirty. The refrigerator was wobbly and the room itself was cold and uncomfortable in its presence. It felt like somebody was watching us. You can hear every conversation from other rooms including ones down the hall. It is strange. We literally checked out and elected not to stay there. We literally went back home to stay in our home that had no power with no food no air-conditioning as opposed to staying in this hotel.

Not sure who’s fault it was but I booked 2 queen beds on hotels.com but when I arrived was informed at check-in they only had single queen rooms available. Front desk clerk said she wanted to inform me but they didn’t have my phone number. Very inconvenient sleeping situation and at the late hour I checked in not many other hotel options. Besides they won’t give you a refund, only a credit which is typically not immediately available.

A nice place to stay if you don't need a lot of extras. The kitchen did not have any kitchen items, but I understood you could get a kitchen package for an extra charge. I did not need that, so wasn't necessary. There was no ice machine, but the hotel provided ice cube trays for the freezer, which was even better. The location is central for Farmington, Novi, and Northville, and getting on the Highway, it took me about 30 minutes to Detroit. Great for my needs.

The room reminded us of a halfway house!!! The staff was rude!!! The toilet and sink had a black ring around it and garbage left in the room! The refrigerator was cheap and dirty.
