The property is very spacious. Area is quiet and easy to get around. I felt safe staying here. There is also an elevator in thsi building so no need to worry about carrying your luggages up and down the stairs. Having said that, the unit was not left at its cleanest state. When we arrived, dirty dishes with food on them were still left in the dish washer. There were stains on the couch and hair on the ground (floor was like white so it was more noticeable.) We could not use the washer because it had moldy black gooey gunk inside the rubber ring and I tried to wipe it clean but couldnt get it all out.

Clearly very recently refurbished and everything new and high quality. Fully equipped for self catering. A bit of a climb to the metro but only 500m or so making it very easy to get to anywhere you want in the Lisbon area.

Great hotel in Lisbon location is very good it seems is newly renovated . I will recommended parking is in the same building extra charge of 15 euros a night convenient . Love this property .

It was easy to get in but it was a bit hard to find. I had to drive around twice. Since I was bringing a car, I required a parking spot which was available in the building. There was a lift, which was a requirement for me with my luggage. It was clean and modern, everything worked.

Es gibt begrenzte Parkmöglichkeiten in der Tiefgarage, die man vorher reservieren sollte. In 20 min. Ist man zu Fuß am Time Out Market Lisboa. Es gibt aber gute öffentliche Verkehrsmittel in der Nähe, sowie Geschäfte und Restaurants.

Lisbon10 apartment was well maintained and bright. We had a very pleasant stay. Adequate for a family of 5. The facilities - kitchen, downstairs toilet, and then two rooms upstairs with a bathroom. AC in the rooms and lounge. The kitchen was equiped with needful items. There is an elevator to access the accomodation. Just a note the rooms are in the loft space so be careful as you may hit your head against loft beams in certain areas of the room, whilst the rest of the room was perfectly fine. We did not have an issue with this after the first hit! The neighbourhood seemed fine. It would have been good to have a note of local points of interest - restaurants, nearest tram etc, but this can be soon sorted by checking on the internet.

We thought we had booked first or second floor with balcony, so be aware of the difference when booking. We had some questions about our stay beforehand, and contacted Lisbon10 by replying to the Hotels.com confirmation email and sms, but the reply was late and didn’t answer all our questions.

Great property for family of 4 to explore the areas of Lisbon bustling with locals. Communication with property manager was great! The unit was large, clean and bright. Walkable, with hills, to many great sites to see, parks, shopping and restaurants/cafes. Would highly recommend.

Met and exceeded all expectations. Modern, clean, convenient. Perfect neighborhood: close to everything, yet very quiet and charming. The host is super responsive, yet completely unintrusive. One of the best, if not the best,apartment I have seen in years, and I travel a lot.

It was a very nice, spacious property. Very easy to walk to places. The property wasn't ready for us at the time of check in, but we called and someone helped us clean the property within an hour. We could use some more amenities, such as clean towels and paper towels for the kitchen.

Appartement très moderne, spacieux, confortable et bien équipé (dont lave vaisselle et lave linge). Idéalement situé à 10' à pied du Principe Real. Seul reproche : les chambres sont en sous pente. Impossible de se tenir debout dans l'une des 2 chambres sauf en plein centre de la pièce; les lits sont situés dans les zones très basses de plafond : nos ados se sont cognés la tête à de nombreuses reprises...

Good location, main complaint is that it's two twin beds pushed together and not a true queen sized bed. But worse was that the bedding was all polyester and made it super hot and stuffy to sleep under :( kitchen did have anything you could need, decent location also. Just know it isn't a true hotel and if you want to leave your luggage while walking around, that is not a possibility- it's a secret a ir b n b type place with no staff on hand :/

The property managers were slow in getting the check-in information to me (it was promised 48 hours in advance, but as of 5 hours before check-in, I still hadn't received any information, and I had to call Expedia to get the necessary details), but once I got this information and was able to check in to Lisbon10, the arrangements were excellent. Neighbourhood is vibrant and well-situated. Proximity to the Metro was a huge advantage, as it made travelling to and from the airport cheap and easy. Nice place. Large. Great amenities.

We had some questions about our stay beforehand, and contacted Lisbon10 by replying to the Hotels.com confirmation email and sms, but the reply was late and didn’t answer all our questions.

The location can’t be beat and the ease of entering and leaving the apartment was fantastic. There are so many good places to grab a gelato, grab a bite to eat or just walk down into town in 15-20 minutes. There is a very convenient bus stop right around the corner as well.

Good location, main complaint is that it's two twin beds pushed together and not a true queen sized bed. But worse was that the bedding was all polyester and made it super hot and stuffy to sleep under :( kitchen did have anything you could need, decent location also. Just know it isn't a true hotel and if you want to leave your luggage while walking around, that is not a possibility- it's a secret a ir b n b type place with no staff on hand :/

It was a very nice, spacious property. Very easy to walk to places. The property wasn't ready for us at the time of check in, but we called and someone helped us clean the property within an hour. We could use some more amenities, such as clean towels and paper towels for the kitchen.

Clearly very recently refurbished and everything new and high quality. Fully equipped for self catering. A bit of a climb to the metro but only 500m or so making it very easy to get to anywhere you want in the Lisbon area.

Great property for family of 4 to explore the areas of Lisbon bustling with locals. Communication with property manager was great! The unit was large, clean and bright. Walkable, with hills, to many great sites to see, parks, shopping and restaurants/cafes. Would highly recommend.

The property managers were slow in getting the check-in information to me (it was promised 48 hours in advance, but as of 5 hours before check-in, I still hadn't received any information, and I had to call Expedia to get the necessary details), but once I got this information and was able to check in to Lisbon10, the arrangements were excellent. Neighbourhood is vibrant and well-situated. Proximity to the Metro was a huge advantage, as it made travelling to and from the airport cheap and easy. Nice place. Large. Great amenities.

Met and exceeded all expectations. Modern, clean, convenient. Perfect neighborhood: close to everything, yet very quiet and charming. The host is super responsive, yet completely unintrusive. One of the best, if not the best,apartment I have seen in years, and I travel a lot.

Logement idéalement placé au centre de Lisbonne dans ruelle très calme. Machine à café, bouilloire et frigo très bien. Place de parking en supplément que je conseille pour le prix. Je recommande fortement.

The flat is located in a quiet area with good access to central Lisbon. It has a bathroom, massive bed and fridge which was ideal for us. Check-in was relatively easy although I did message them to get the door code.

Fantastic place, very pleasantly surprised when I entered the first time - modern, clean, good size, good shower and hot water, nice patio off living room into garden area below, on and on. Plus the staff were very helpful and responsive to questions, including allowing me to store my luggage before and after check-in.

Lisbon10 was in excellent condition and extremely clean. The layout was lovely - very spacious, plenty of natural light from the windows/doors, and very relaxing. I appreciated all of the closet space for storing clothes and things (which I hardly used since we were only there 8 nights and kept most things folded in a suitcase). It was refreshing to have such an uncluttered space with plenty of storage options. Bruno was very kind, welcoming and accomodating. We really had a lovely stay and I would absolutely go back. It was in close proximity to plenty of cafes, restaurants, the Continente supermarket, parks, and other places so our family was able to easily walk around anywhere.
